With teams in Denver, San Francisco, and New York, we support more than 500,000 small businesses nationwide and are building a workplace that reflects the people we serve.
All full-time employees receive competitive base pay, benefits, and equity (RSUs) — because everyone who helps build Gusto should share in its success. Offer amounts are determined by role, level, and location. Learn more about our Total Rewards philosophy.
AI is a fundamental part of how work gets done at Gusto. We expect all team members to actively engage with AI tools relevant to their role and grow their fluency as the technology evolves. AI experience requirements vary by role and will be assessed during the interview process.About the Role:
As a Partner Manager at Gusto, you will be responsible for driving the strategy and growth of a portfolio of Gusto Pro's largest and most strategic accounting firm partners. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding current revenue and usage within these firms, as well as identifying, pitching, and facilitating growth opportunities. You should be comfortable building deep relationships at all levels of a partner organization, from staff accountants to managing partners, and adept at managing complex partner relationships and product configurations. Use AI-powered workflows as a core part of how you sell: running assigned tools daily, surfacing friction and inefficiencies as you find them, and collaborating with your team to influence what gets built or improved next. You will also work cross-functionally with senior members of Gusto’s team to strengthen the partner relationship, coordinate joint efforts, and provide input as we evolve our Gusto Pro product roadmap and processes.
About the Team:
Gusto Pro is a game-changing, cloud-based platform built specifically for accounting firms. Here’s what you’ll do day-to-day:
Take a portfolio-based approach to your book of business to identify areas of risk and opportunities for revenue growth within your assigned accounting firms.
Build detailed territory and account plans to lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) within your large partner portfolio to identify opportunities for growth, including aligning the Gusto Pro Partner Program with the partners strategic growth objectives.
Balance both new partner acquisition (in collaboration with dedicated Partner BDR) and development of active partners.
Act as a single point of contact for partners on behalf of aligned cross-functional sales supporting roles.
Coordinate outreach strategy and partner enablement with cross-functional supporting functions to grow cross-sell/up-sell product adoption.
Lead frequent discussions (weekly status calls, upsell calls, QBRs) with partners to ensure they are leveraging the Gusto Pro platform to achieve successful business outcomes for their clients and their firm.
Drive awareness and usage of new or updated Gusto Pro features and integrations to the partners in your book, showcasing how these advancements can benefit their clients.

Communicate and report to leadership on sales activity, pipeline progress, and market trends.
Travel to meet with prospective partners. This includes representing Gusto at Industry Events and Conferences.

5+ years of experience as a Partner Manager, Channel Manager, or other Sales-related function.
A consistent track record of exceeding sales quotas and building long-term client relationships. Including negotiating complex six-figure contracts.
Deep understanding of the accounting firm landscape, including their business models, challenges, and technology needs.
Strong ability to articulate contractual, technical, and financial value points to partners, internal senior leaders, and executive leaders.
A strong drive to succeed, and comfortable pushing the pace of action with partners and internal teams.
Proven, day-to-day experience integrating AI into how you work — across writing, research, prep, and summarization as a core part of your workflow, with a track record of giving clear, useful feedback that helps improve your tools and processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities – you're a strategic thinker.

Funding for compute (~$15k/month) and other research expenses
Interview process
The interview process will include an initial application & reference check, technical assessments & interviews, and a research discussion.

If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit anthropic.com/careers directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues. BACKGROUND AND OPPORTUNITY
There are almost 75 million hourly workers in the United States, representing more than half of the entire workforce. Historically, managing hourly employees has been difficult due to high attrition (average of 60%) and high replacement costs (average of $3,200 per employee in retail). The ongoing labor shortage and competition from the gig economy, make it more difficult to attract and retain hourly employees. The top reasons hourly employees leave their jobs are a lack of schedule empowerment, poor communication with employers, and an inability to get paid early. Gen Z and the millennial workforce demand gig-like flexibility, modern technology, and compelling work options. Legion’s mission is to turn hourly jobs into good jobs, serving the hourly workers who make up the majority of the US workforce. How We Determine What We Pay
As a global employer, Legion determines pay for positions using local, national, and industry-specific survey data. We evaluate external equity and the cost of labor/prevailing wage index in the relative marketplace for jobs directly comparable to jobs within our company. Our posted salary range is based on national data and may be refined for a candidate's region/town/cost of living. For new hires, we strive to make competitive offers allowing the new employee room for future growth. Salaries will be based on the applicant’s location, level of experience, education, and specialized knowledge and skills. Additionally, we consider the external market rate, the amount we have budgeted internally, and internal equity within the company for the same position. An employee/candidate with a stronger skill set will receive higher pay.

Adventure Travel 365: Senior Full-Stack Developer - Marketplace Web & Mobile Platform

Job description
Headquarters: Phoenix, Arizona
URL: https://adventuretravel365.com/
Senior Full-Stack Developer - Marketplace Web & Mobile Platform
We have a big idea, and we’re looking for a top-notch Senior Full-Stack Developer to help us bring it to life.
We’re building a new contractor referral and services marketplace, think Thumbtack or Angi, where clients can easily find and connect with contractors and service providers. The vision includes both an interactive web platform and mobile app, with everything from user accounts and referrals to job tracking, payments, advertising, and more.
This is a fully remote, full-time, ongoing position, and we’re open to applicants worldwide.
There are a lot of moving pieces, which is exactly why we’re looking for someone who has built something like this before and gets excited about taking a platform from an idea to a working product, then continuing to grow it with us.
What You’ll Help Us Build
The platform will have two main sides: clients looking for services and contractors/vendors looking for business.
Some of the functionality we’re planning includes:
Client and contractor/vendor accounts and profiles
Contractor listings, categories, search, and filtering
Service requests, inquiries, referrals, and lead management
Job and project tracking
Client and vendor dashboards
Online payments and transaction tracking
Reviews and ratings
Notifications and communications
Banner advertising and paid promotional opportunities
Admin tools for managing the platform
Reporting and analytics
Secure management of user, job, and transaction data
And probably more! We have a strong vision for where we want this to go, but we also want the right developer to help us determine the smartest way to build it.
This will be an evolving platform, so we’re looking for someone who wants to grow with it, not simply complete a checklist of features.
Who We’re Looking For
We’d love to find someone with strong experience in full-stack web and mobile development, especially someone who has worked on a marketplace, booking platform, service-provider network, or another multi-user platform.
You should be comfortable with:
Full-stack web development
Mobile or cross-platform app development
Strong front-end and back-end development
Multi-user marketplace platforms
User authentication and account management
Payment gateway integrations
Databases and APIs
Third-party integrations
Dashboards and reporting
Secure, scalable application architecture
Cloud hosting and deployment
Testing, maintenance, and optimization
Using modern AI-powered development tools and integrating AI capabilities into web and mobile applications
If you’ve worked on something similar to Thumbtack, Angi, TaskRabbit, Upwork, or another two-sided marketplace, we definitely want to hear about it.
More Than Just Coding
We’re not looking for someone who simply waits for a list of instructions and starts coding.
We want someone who can look at the big picture, ask the right questions, recommend the best technical approach, flag potential challenges, and help turn our ideas into a platform that’s intuitive, scalable, and built to grow.
You’ll also be expected to study established platforms like Thumbtack and Angi, understand how their user journeys and marketplace functionality work from both the client and service-provider sides, and use those learnings to help us determine the best approach for our own platform.
You should be able to take the project through planning, architecture, development, testing, launch, and beyond, while communicating clearly with a non-technical team along the way.
Strong spoken and written English communication skills are important. You should be comfortable discussing ideas, explaining technical decisions clearly, and communicating regularly with a non-technical team.
This is not a short-term build-and-leave project. We’re looking for someone who can stay with the platform as it grows, helping us continually improve, expand, and maintain it over time.
Interested? Tell Us About Yourself
Please send us:
A quick introduction
Your resume or LinkedIn profile
Your portfolio and links to websites/apps you’ve built
Examples of marketplaces, booking platforms, referral systems, or payment-enabled platforms you’ve worked on
What you personally worked on for those projects
Your experience using AI in development
What technologies/frameworks you’d recommend for a project like this and why
Your availability
A short video introduction would be great, too! Nothing overly formal, just a quick introduction so we can get to know you, hear about your experience, and get a feel for how you communicate.
Most importantly, show us what you’ve built. If you’ve helped create a multi-sided marketplace similar to Thumbtack or Angi, tell us about it. We’d love to see it.

Job description
Headquarters: Remote US
Reports to: SDR Manager
Location: Remote US
Compensation Range: $58,500 base with on-target earnings at $78,000 plus equity
What We Do:
Cybercrime is growing, and more businesses are getting hit by threats that used to target only the biggest organizations. That pushes defenders like us to operate at the highest level, and it deepens our need for good people who want to make a meaningful impact.
Founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress is a remote-first team working to make enterprise-grade cybersecurity accessible to businesses of all sizes. We work closely with security teams and service providers protecting complex environments, often without the time or headcount to handle it all. That’s why we build our technology in-house and back it with a 24/7 human-led Security Operations Center (SOC). As a result, our platform is never disconnected from the experts who manage it, ensuring our customers' protection.
Huntress now secures more than 5M endpoints and 11M identities worldwide. Those numbers keep growing because more businesses rely on us to help carry the load and operate with more confidence. Every day, you can see that commitment in how we stand with our customers and how we show up for each other.
What You'll Do:
In this role, you will turn targeted outreach into qualified conversations with security and IT decision-makers. You will build trust with internal IT teams and channel partners by asking clear questions, following up honestly, and learning what matters to each prospect.
You will bring Warrior Spirit to a quota-driven role by staying resilient through changing priorities and the daily work of building pipeline. You will Give a $h*t about the details that move opportunities forward, from thoughtful outreach and timely follow-up to accurate CRM data and a clear understanding of how Huntress helps customers and partners stay protected.
Responsibilities:
Prospect internal IT departments with 50 to 3,000 employees through phone, email, and LinkedIn.
Establish trust and rapport with channel partners through phone, email, and LinkedIn while learning about their solutions, team composition, territories, and ideal customer profile.
Work collaboratively with the team to create outbound prospecting strategies for channel partners and mid-market internal IT departments.
Develop and manage contact and opportunity pipelines, ensuring timely follow-up on both.
Work closely with the Account Executive team to set demos, assist with closing deals, and build a passionate understanding of Huntress products, our human-led SOC, monthly educational webinars, and competitor offerings.
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas while maintaining accurate prospect and opportunity data in Salesforce and documenting all interactions.
Explore practical AI tools to support prospect research, outreach preparation, account prioritization, and follow-up while applying sound judgment to the work.
What You Bring to the Team:
You have 1+ year of outbound calling experience, preferably in cybersecurity, technology, or SaaS solutions, with a proven track record of success.
You have knowledge of cybersecurity solutions, including endpoint security.
You communicate clearly and effectively in both written and verbal conversations.
You can work independently and stay organized in a remote environment.
You have experience using Salesforce and sales engagement tools such as LinkedIn, Outreach, and Sales Navigator.
Familiarity with the VAR and reseller community is a bonus.
You are excited to explore AI and use it to work faster and smarter, with good judgment about when and how to apply it.
What We Offer:
100% remote work environment - since our founding in 2015
Generous paid time off policy, including vacation, sick time, and paid holidays

About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Accountant who is best in class with a high IQ plus a high EQ. This role presents an exciting opportunity to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment within a rapidly growing team, with abundant prospects for career advancement.
This position is based in LATAM for an accountant with 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience to join our finance team. Supporting a US-headquartered, NASDAQ-listed public company, you will perform accounting tasks, drive monthend close schedules under US GAAP and ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) internal controls.
What You'll Do:
US GAAP & Month-End Close: Execute monthly journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, cash reconciliations and variance analysis compliant with US GAAP standards; support quarterly/annual financial reviews and audits.
SOX Compliance & Internal Controls: Maintain audit-ready documentation and execute internal control testing in compliance with SOX 404 requirements.
Audit Preparation: Maintain organized documentation and supporting schedules for quarterly/annual financial reviews and audits.
What We Look For:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
2 to 4 years of progressive accounting experience. Exposure to US GAAP is a requirement; exposure to public company operations (or USheadquartered subsidiaries) is a plus.
Regulatory Knowledge: Solid foundation in US GAAP and basic exposure to SOX compliance / internal controls framework.
Systems: Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Communication & Hours: Professional English fluency (written and spoken) is required; ability to work aligned with US Central time zones.
Demonstrated experience working with Claude or equivalent large language model tools is required; candidates must be comfortable leveraging AI to enhance productivity, research, and communication.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong analytical, operational, organizational, technical, management and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
Works well in a team environment
Excellent communicator
Comfortable working with ambiguity
About You:
You have relentlessly high standards - many people may think your standards are unreasonably high. You are continually raising the bar and driving those around you to deliver great results. You make sure that defects do not get sent down the line and that problems are fixed so they stay fixed.
You’re not bound by convention - your success—and much of the fun—lies in developing new ways to do things
You need action - speed matters in business. Many decisions and actions are reversible and do not need extensive study. We value calculated risk-taking.
You earn trust - you listen attentively, speak candidly, and treat others respectfully.
You have backbone; disagree, then commit - you can respectfully challenge decisions when you disagree, even when doing so is uncomfortable or exhausting. You have conviction and are tenacious. You do not compromise for the sake of social cohesion. Once a decision is determined, you commit wholly.
You deliver results - you focus on the key inputs and deliver them with the right quality and in a timely fashion. Despite setbacks, you rise to the occasion and never settle.
Compensation:
The compensation range for the role is $2,500 - $4,500 USD GROSS per month as a contractor. Specific compensation offered to a candidate may be dependent on factors such as education, experience, qualifications, and alignment with market data.
What Makes Working at Sezzle Awesome:
At Sezzle, we are more than just brilliant engineers, passionate data enthusiasts, out-of-the-box thinkers, and determined innovators. We believe in surrounding ourselves with only the best and the brightest individuals. Our culture is not defined by a certain set of perks designed to give the illusion of the traditional startup culture, but rather, it is the visible example living in every employee that we hire.

It’s proven to deliver 13x ROI through schedule optimization, reduced attrition, increased productivity, and increased operational efficiency. Legion delivers cutting-edge technology in an easy-to-use platform and mobile app that employees love.
If you're ready to make an impact and grow your career, Legion is where you belong. Join us in making hourly work rewarding and fulfilling.
The ongoing labor shortage and competition from the gig economy make it more difficult to attract and retain hourly employees. We believe in empowering employees and helping employers be efficient and innovative by enabling intelligent automation powered by Legion’s Workforce Management platform to optimize labor efficiency and enhance the employee experience simultaneously. Legion WFM was built for the cloud with AI at the core and designed to handle the complexity of modern businesses and meet the needs of today’s hourly employees. Our team is comprised of dedicated individuals from all backgrounds and experiences, globally distributed across all time zones.

DISABILITY ACCOMMODATION
For individuals with disabilities who need additional assistance at any point in the application and interview process, please email recruiting@legion.co

If you are uncertain whether you have been contacted by an official Legion employee, reach out to recruiting@legion.co

Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment

Despite setbacks, you rise to the occasion and never settle
Compensation:
The compensation range for the role is $2,500 - $4,500 USD GROSS per month as a contractor. Specific compensation offered to a candidate may be dependent on factors such as education, experience, qualifications, and alignment with market data.

Applications received only from Indeed will not be considered.
About UsPassive Income Dentist is an online coaching and education company helping dentist business owners build profitable practices and design lives of real freedom. We do this through programs, live events, a membership community, and hands-on implementation coaching. We're a 7-figure business at a genuine inflection point, and we're hiring the operator who will build the infrastructure to scale to the next level.
Why This Role ExistsThe founder is exceptional at vision and content. What the business needs now is one person who owns execution — not assists with it, not supports it. Owns it.
You'll build the management layer, hold every function accountable to measurable outcomes, and protect the founder's time so he can stay in the work only he can do. If you've taken a founder-led online business from chaotic-but-growing to structured-and-scaling, this role was built for you.
What You'll Own
Build the processes and streamline the systems to ensure all the tasks are delivered in an efficient way.
Build the org structure, scorecards, and 1:1 frameworks that give the team a real management system
Own the relationship with our external marketing agency and hold them accountable to weekly funnel performance and revenue targets
Design and deploy KPI dashboards across the coaching team and leadership
Run the weekly leadership cadence and quarterly planning process
Identify talent gaps, lead hiring processes, and implement performance reviews
Filter and resolve operational issues before they reach the founder — target is founder at 10 hours or fewer per week within 12 months
What We're Looking For
Non-negotiable experience:
Operated inside an online coaching, education, or digital marketing business scaled to $10M+
Managed a fully distributed remote team
Held a marketing agency accountable for paid acquisition performance
Scaled a business through the $3M–$10M growth phase
Core competencies:
P&L ownership and financial reporting
Systems and SOP architecture from scratch
Performance management through scorecards and KPI rhythms
AI and automation as daily operational tools
Structured hiring and team design
You're the right fit if you've worked directly for a founder before and found it energizing. You manage up, push back respectfully, and bring solutions to problems. You build things that run without you.
This is not the right role if your entire background is corporate or enterprise — this business is founder-led, fast-moving, and values-driven.

Have you helped scale a business past 10M?
Have you worked on a Founder-led startup?
