Who You Are
3–5 years of experience in a data-focused role within a fast-paced, analytical environment—consulting, investment banking, private equity, or a high-growth startup (preferably fintech).
Deep understanding of business dynamics and comfort working cross-functionally to uncover insights that drive strategic decisions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to translate ambiguous questions into clear, data-driven narratives.
Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, high-accountability environment and can work autonomously while collaborating effectively with diverse teams.
Experience designing, maintaining, and optimizing data models, dashboards, and reporting pipelines.
Excellent communication skills, capable of distilling complex data into actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences alike.

What You’ll Do
Own the end-to-end analytics process—from data collection and transformation to insight generation and visualization.
Partner with leadership across Product, Marketing, Partnerships, and Finance to identify key metrics, define success criteria, and measure business impact.
Design and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks that empower teams to make faster, smarter decisions.
Build our reporting capabilities and support the enterprise in internal and external reporting needs.
Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines to ensure data reliability, scalability, and accuracy.
Conduct deep-dive analyses on user behavior, product performance, and revenue trends to surface opportunities for growth and efficiency.
