About Us
Galileo is a team-based medical practice working to improve the quality and affordability of health care for all. Operating across 50 states, Galileo offers high-touch, data-driven, multi-specialty, longitudinal care to diverse and complex patients—on the phone, in the home, and everywhere in between. Regional and national health plans, employers, and Fortune 500 organizations trust Galileo as the leading solution to improve population health. Founded by Dr. Tom X. Lee, the healthcare pioneer behind One Medical and Epocrates, Galileo is a team of leading innovators from healthcare, technology, and human-centered design. Our mission is to apply that talent and scientific thinking to transform society by solving our largest, toughest healthcare problems, while at the same time bringing patient and provider closer.About the Role
Are you a Nurse Practitioner who thrives on connecting with patients and making a real difference in their health outcomes? Do you want to leave behind rigid, cookie-cutter systems and join a dynamic, patient-centered organization that values your creativity and clinical expertise? If you're passionate about improving outcomes at scale and energized by meaningful patient engagement, we want you on our team.
At Galileo, we're transforming healthcare by delivering personalized, comprehensive care to those who need it most — underserved patients and those with complex medical needs. We use technology, data, and operational rigor to drive outcomes, and we believe the clinicians doing this work are central to that mission. We're a digital-first medical group, and we're proud of the culture we've built: inclusive, collaborative, and deeply committed to health equity.
Galileo is looking for a culturally-competent Nurse Practitioner to join our Population Health team. In this role, you will use phone and video-based care to provide high-quality, comprehensive follow-up care to patients who are post-hospital discharge.
Here's what you'll do:
Cover our care needs for our Transitions of Care program.
Day to day work includes telephonic outreach (“cold calls”) and scheduled video/phone visits for patients who have recently been hospitalized and discharged.
Visits focus on: Medication reconciliation, symptom screening, and ordering of any needed follow-up labs, medications or supplies.
You will also navigate conversations with patients to build trust, explain Galileo's care model and connect them to services.
Coordinate care across settings — hospital and ED transitions, pharmacies, and community providers — to keep patients connected and moving forward.
Collaborate with our nursing team
Be accountable to individual performance targets while contributing to team-level population health goals
How We Work
Galileo is a 24/7 medical group that provides high-quality, comprehensive primary care as well as transition of care follow-up. We work in 4-hour shifts (mornings, afternoons, evenings, overnight on weekdays and weekends). At 24+ hours you will be considered full-time and benefits eligible. Providers are expected to work weekends on a monthly basis, specific schedule will be influenced by total hours committed and patient care demands.
We are currently looking for a Nurse Practitioner with an active license in CT who is available to work a minimum 24 hours/week.
Compensation
$75/hour (regular rate) and $85/hour (premium rate)
About You
You're a people person. You love connecting with others and have an innate ability to build rapport quickly — even on a cold call. Your curiosity and creativity come through in every patient conversation, and you're looking for an environment where those instincts are an asset, not an afterthought. You enjoy collaborating with RN and administrative colleagues. You are flexible to changing workflows and enjoy solving problems. You identify systems issues and offer suggestions for improvement.
We look for passionate clinicians who are invested in solving complex problems that impact millions of lives and excited about fixing what's broken to improve care quality and health outcomes for everyone. We believe in a culture that fosters teamwork, excellence, and sound decision-making — built on mutual respect and trust.
We would love to hear from you if you have the following or equivalent experience:
Certified Nurse Practitioner in Adult, Family or Geriatrics
Active state licensure in CT, with the ability to obtain additional state licensures
Bonus if you have active licenses in NJ, TX, PA, IL, NY, MA, MN, LA, and/or SC
5+ years of post-graduate clinical experience in Primary Care or Geriatrics
2 of those years may be substituted by time spent working at a Skilled-Nursing facility or Long Term Care facility
Direct experience engaging Medicare and Medicaid populations managing complex, comorbid conditions
Motivational interviewing skills you can draw on to help patients make meaningful behavioral changes
Comfort in a digital-first environment, with experience in or a genuine appetite for virtual care delivery
Solid tech proficiency; familiarity with Google Suite and Slack is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bilingual in English and Spanish, including cultural fluency, is a strong bonus
How We Care for You
Flexible scheduling - design the schedule that works best for YOU
Competitive health, vision and dental plans
Company paid short and long term disability
12 weeks paid parental leave
Malpractice insurance provided, including tail coverage
401(k) with company match

Expel: Product Manager, Detection Pipeline
Company: Location: Remote Published: 2026-10-07
Headquarters: Remote
You live at the intersection of security and product management, and there's no place you'd rather be. You understand that the detection pipeline isn't just plumbing. It's the connective tissue that turns raw security data into signal, and if ingestion, normalization, or correlation break down, everything downstream suffers. You're not intimidated by the scale and complexity of data flowing through a modern security platform. Quite the opposite: you pride yourself on knowing how data moves from source to detection, where the pipeline breaks, and what it takes to make it fast, reliable, and cost effective.
You’ve got an informed opinion about what an MDR should detect, an opinion that comes from customer empathy, hands-on industry knowledge, and a set of experiences that didn’t always go as planned. You can hold a technical conversation with a SOC analyst and turn around and explain the same thing to a Sales team in plain English. You've been waiting for a role where that combination of skills actually matters.
Still reading? Great. This role isn't for all PMs. Yes, all the standard PM things apply: plan, prioritize, communicate, and own a roadmap, build relationships, and become the authority on how internal teams and customers use your platform. But in this role, you'll bring your security experience to bear on one of the most foundational parts of Expel's platform. If you get your energy from untangling how security data flows through a platform at scale and turning that into a roadmap that makes customers safer, you'll thrive here.
What Expel can do for you
Give you clear ownership of a product area with measurable impact on customer value and business outcomes.
Surround you with experienced security practitioners, engineers, and operators who are genuinely invested in building something great.
Offer a foundation to build on: the detection pipeline is critical to Expel's platform, and there's meaningful work ahead.
What you can do for Expel
Own the end-to-end lifecycle of Expel's detection pipeline (normalization, correlation, and automated detections and suppressions), from defining the six month vision to driving execution with Engineering and UX.
Establish relationships with internal teams (SOC, Detection Engineering, Engineering) and customers, and use their input, alongside market and competitive signals, to build and prioritize a roadmap that maximizes impact.
Be the voice of your roadmap: clearly articulating value to Detection Engineering, SOC, Sales, Customer Success, and internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with Product Marketing to effectively communicate the value of the detection pipeline internally and externally.
What you should bring with you
A curious, customer-obsessed mindset — you're comfortable asking "why" until you get to the real problem.
2–4 years of experience in product management or a directly relevant role, with experience in the security industry strongly preferred.
Familiarity with product management and software engineering processes, from requirements definition through to launch.
Familiarity with security tools — EDR, SIEM, and firewall products — and how they fit into a customer's security stack.
Broad knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and where security risks emerge in those environments.
Experience with SIEM technologies is highly desired — bonus points if you've navigated integration or data pipeline challenges firsthand.
Strong written and verbal communication skills — you can write a crisp user story and present to a customer in the same afternoon.
The ability to build trust across Engineering, Security Operations, Sales, Customer Success, and UX.
Additional notes
This role is remote within the United States.
The base salary range for this role is between $114,300 USD and $165,700 USD + bonus eligibility and equity. While the full salary band reflects our long-term compensation framework, we're primarily targeting candidates between $125,000 and $145,000 based on experience, skills, and market data.We believe in paying transparently and equitably. Your salary will ultimately be based on factors such as your experience, skills, team equity, and market data. You’ll also be eligible for unlimited PTO (which we model and encourage), work location flexibility, up to 24 weeks of parental leave, and really excellent health benefits
We’re only hiring those authorized to work in the United States. We do not currently sponsor immigration visas.
We're an Equal Opportunity Employer: You'll receive consideration for employment without regard to race, sex, color, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or on the basis of disability.
We’ll ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment. Please let us know if you need accommodation of any kind.

Mixmax: Billing Support Analyst - Philippines
Company: Location: Remote Published: 2026-10-07
Headquarters: Philippines - remote
At Mixmax, we're building the future of how revenue teams work: smarter, faster, and more human. Our platform helps teams stay on top of every conversation by automating busywork, delivering real-time insights, and integrating with the tools they already use.
We're hiring a Billing Support Analyst in the Philippines to join our small but mighty team as one of the go-to contributors and resources for how our customers are billed. You'll resolve billing questions from start to finish, dig into the technical issues that sit underneath them, and keep our Stripe records accurate to the cent. It's part customer support, part billing operations, and part detective work.
This role reports directly to our Billing Team Lead, who reports into Head of Customer Experience. You'll work closely with Customer Support, Customer Success, Sales and Engineering across global time zones (NAMER, LATAM, EU), and you'll help shape how we use AI and automation to make billing faster and more accurate for customers.
If you check that an invoice's line items add up to its total before you read the customer's email, keep reading.
Outcomes
In your first 3 months
Learn Mixmax's plans, pricing, billing policies and Stripe setup well enough to resolve standard billing tickets on your own.
Own a share of the billing queue in Intercom (refunds, invoice questions, plan and seat changes, cancellations) with accurate, on-time responses.
Troubleshoot the technical side of billing tickets, such as seat assignment, workspace access and plan-status issues, before escalating.
Take over daily past-due invoice follow-up and payment-failure handling.
Become a reliable backup for the Billing Team Lead, so billing keeps moving when anyone is out.
Use AI tools day to day to summarize ticket history, draft replies and check your work, with every number verified by hand, and find new efficiencies for the team.
In your first 6 months
Handle complex cases on your own: invoice disputes, proration questions, credits, and billing setup for sales-led contracts.
Run recurring reconciliations between Stripe, Salesforce and our product data, and flag mismatches before customers notice them.
Write and update billing macros, help-center articles and internal process docs
Help test and roll out billing automation, including AI-assisted ticket handling, and define which billing actions should stay with a human.
Contribute at least one reusable AI or automation workflow to the team, such as an invoice-dispute triage prompt or a reconciliation checklist.
What you'll own
Accurate, timely resolution of customer billing inquiries from first reply to close.
Stripe account hygiene: invoices, subscriptions, credits, refunds and payment issues.
Past-due invoice collection and failed-payment follow-up.
Billing accuracy checks and reconciliations across our systems.
Clear documentation of billing processes, so knowledge doesn't live in one person's head
What you'll be doing
Answer billing questions in our support queue, explaining charges, proration and plan changes in plain language
Diagnose the technical issues behind billing tickets, like a seat that is billed but not in use or a user stuck on the wrong plan, and work with Support and Engineering to fix them
Prepare, correct and send invoices; process refunds, credits and cancellations within policy
Spot patterns in billing tickets and turn them into fixes, process changes or product feedback
Use AI and automation to work faster, while knowing where accuracy, privacy and customer trust require a human
Take on ad-hoc analysis and projects that keep billing records correct
What we're looking for
3+ years of combined experience in technical customer support and billing support (invoicing, payments, refunds, collections). You need hands-on experience in both.
Experience at a technology or SaaS company
Hands-on experience with Stripe and/or accounting and billing software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Chargebee, Zuora, NetSuite)
You are very strong with numbers. Proration, percentages, discounts and reconciliations come easily to you, and you check your math without being asked.
You are meticulous. You catch the wrong date, the duplicate line and the typo in an email domain.
Working knowledge of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or AI features in support tools). You can explain how you use them, how you check their output, and what you won't put into them.
Fluent written and spoken English. You can explain a complicated invoice to a frustrated customer clearly and kindly.
Based in the Philippines, with a reliable home setup and a schedule that overlaps North American business hours (we'll agree on it together).
Comfortable in a remote, fast-moving organization where processes are still being built and refined.
Nice to have
Experience with Intercom, Zendesk or a similar support platform, and with Salesforce
Background in accounting, finance or bookkeeping
Experience with subscription or usage-based billing models
Comfort with spreadsheets beyond the basics (lookups, pivots) or light SQL
Core competencies
Numeracy: Fast, accurate reasoning with money, dates and percentages
Accuracy & detail: Gets it right the first time and catches what others miss
Billing operations: Knows how invoices, subscriptions, proration, refunds and collections actually work
️ Technical troubleshooting: Separates a billing problem from a product problem and finds the root cause
AI fluency & judgment: Uses AI to go faster and knows when not to
Clear, calm communication: Turns confusing charges into answers customers trust
️ Judgment & integrity: Applies policy fairly, escalates the right things, and treats customer money with care
Why Mixmax?
Remote-first with async-friendly workflows and a globally distributed team.
A product with strong market fit and a loyal, engaged customer base.
A culture that values autonomy, quality, innovation and momentum.
Competitive compensation and flexible time off.
An inclusive, thoughtful team that values long-term success for customers and for each other.
Our commitment to diversity and inclusion
At Mixmax, we know that nobody's perfect and that no one ever matches 100% of a job description. That's okay. Diversity and inclusion are core to our culture, and we're committed to building a more inclusive and open workplace. No matter your background or how you identify, if you're excited about this role, please apply.

Current: Lead QA Engineer
Company: Location: Remote Published: 2026-10-07
Headquarters: Remote (US)
About the Role
As a Lead QA Engineer, you'll own testing strategy and quality standards across our most important work; Deciding what should be automated, what needs a human eye, where the real risk is hiding, and acting on it. You'll work hands-on across both manual and automated testing, splitting your time based on what a given release actually needs, while mentoring other engineers and acting as the go-to voice on quality across projects. You've got the critical thinking skills to chase down a hard bug yourself, know when to ask for help and delegate, and the range to set direction for how the whole team approaches quality. You seek to help your coworkers and do so regularly.
Key Responsibilities
Lead test strategy and quality standards across multiple projects, deciding what warrants automated coverage versus focused manual and exploratory testing.
Build and maintain automated test suites in Playwright, and use BrowserStack to validate compatibility across browsers, devices, and platforms.
Define and run deep manual and exploratory testing on new, ambiguous, or high-change-rate work where automation isn't the right investment yet.
Translate requirements into concrete test plans and acceptance criteria, catching gaps in the requirements themselves before they become gaps in the product.
Act as the technical point of contact for quality with stakeholders: communicate risk, resolve disagreements about scope, and negotiate realistic testing timelines.
Write clear, actionable defect reports in Jira, drive them to resolution, and verify fixes actually hold up under retest rather than just passing a second glance.
Use Jira's linking and epic structure to keep testing work traceable, and flag workflow friction in the board with the team before it slows down the SDLC.
Mentor other QA engineers in both manual technique and automation practice, including how to write tickets clearly and so well that they need no follow-up clarification, raising the bar on testing across the team, not just on your own projects.
Step into any project at any phase to assess its quality risk and recommend a concrete path forward.
Stay ahead of testing tools and practices worth adopting, and bring the right ones into real workflows deliberately.
Operate and champion the use of AI tooling with an understanding that its output is useful, but not infallible. You treat AI as a tool, not a coworker.
Craft & Leadership Balance
Estimated 60% leadership, 40% craft.
Qualifications
Required
6-8 years of experience in software quality assurance or testing, ideally with exposure to consulting or multi-stakeholder environments.
Strong, hands-on experience with Playwright for building and maintaining automated test suites and frameworks.
Experience using BrowserStack (or a comparable cross-browser/device testing platform) to validate compatibility across platforms.
Deep grounding in manual, exploratory, and regression testing, with the judgment to know when automation is and isn't the right investment.
Proven ability to translate ambiguous requirements into concrete, actionable test plans and acceptance criteria.
Strong Jira practice: writing tickets so well that no follow-up or clarification is needed, using issue-linking for traceability, and spotting workflow friction before it becomes a team-wide problem.
Experience testing across a range of CMS or SaaS platforms rather than a single stack, since our client environments vary and this role needs to move between them.
Exceedingly strong communication skills, including presenting technical risk and testing tradeoffs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. It cannot be stressed enough how important this item is: communication is the whole ballgame.
Prior experience as a technical or testing lead on large or multi-phase projects.
Preferred
Familiarity with performance testing (e.g. Lighthouse) and accessibility testing (e.g. Axe, WCAG guidelines).
Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with structured test-case formats (e.g. Gherkin) and test case management tooling.
A track record of debugging and performance investigation at scale.
Creation and implementation of SDLC processes and norms at project and team scales.

Expel: Principal Solutions Architect
Company: Location: Remote Published: 2026-10-07
Headquarters: Remote
You know a great technical sale is about more than delivering a polished demo. The real work is understanding what a customer is trying to accomplish, figuring out whether Expel can actually solve it, and making sure what we promise during the sales process is exactly what our teams are prepared to deliver.
As a Principal Solutions Architect at Expel, you'll own the technical side of some of our most complex Enterprise opportunities. You'll lead technical discovery, demonstrate Expel's service, design and drive Proofs of Value (POVs), work through technical objections, and create the bridge between Sales and Delivery so customers aren't starting over once the deal is signed.
You'll need enough technical depth to comfortably navigate conversations across security operations, incident response, SIEM, endpoint, network, and cloud environments. But being the smartest technical person in the room isn't enough. We're looking for someone who can listen, ask great questions, tell a compelling technical story, challenge assumptions when necessary, and build trust with everyone from a SOC analyst to a CISO.
This is a Principal-level individual contributor role. You'll be expected to independently navigate our hardest opportunities, influence people who don't report to you, hold teams accountable when necessary, and help make the broader Solutions Architecture organization better along the way.
Sound like your kind of challenge? We'd like to hear from you.
What Expel can do for you
Put you at the center of complex Enterprise security opportunities where your technical judgment can directly influence both the sale and the long-term customer relationship.
Give you ownership across the technical sales lifecycle, from discovery and demos through POVs, technical objections, escalations, and the transition into service delivery.
Expose you to a wide range of Enterprise security environments across SIEM, endpoint, network, cloud, identity, security operations, and detection and response.
Connect you with experienced Account Executives, Sales leaders, SOC analysts, Detection & Response, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Service Delivery teams.
Give you the autonomy to solve difficult customer problems creatively while maintaining the integrity to be clear about what Expel can and cannot do.
Give you the opportunity to influence how we run POVs, approach Enterprise opportunities, transition customers into delivery, and improve the overall Solutions Architecture motion.
Let you remain deeply connected to customers and technical work while operating with Principal-level visibility and influence across the business.
What you can do for Expel
Own the technical strategy for complex Enterprise opportunities from initial discovery through POV, onboarding, and the customer's first 30 days.
Lead POVs end to end by defining meaningful success criteria, building the technical delivery plan, coordinating internal teams, troubleshooting issues, and keeping execution on track.
Deeply understand the challenges bringing a prospect to Expel and clearly map those needs to what our service can and cannot solve.
Deliver technical service demonstrations and tell a compelling story about how Expel creates security value, adapting your approach based on whether you're speaking with practitioners, executives, or somewhere in between.
Act as a trusted technical advisor who can ask difficult questions, challenge assumptions, navigate technical objections, and tell a prospect or salesperson "no" when that's the right answer.
Partner closely with Account Executives and regional Sales leadership on opportunity strategy, technical discovery, competitive positioning, RFPs/RFIs, and complex customer requirements.
Prepare Delivery teams with the technical context, expectations, risks, environment details, and opportunities necessary for a smooth transition from pre-sales into service delivery.
Own technical escalations that arise during POVs or the first 30 days of service, pulling together the right people and staying accountable until the issue reaches resolution.
Coordinate across Sales, Product, Engineering, SOC, Detection & Response, Customer Success, and Delivery, influencing and holding stakeholders accountable even when they don't report to you.
Maintain strong working knowledge across SIEM, endpoint/EDR, network, cloud, security operations, incident response, attacker behavior, and detection and response.
Identify opportunities to improve our POV methodology, technical content, processes, customer handoffs, and internal enablement, then work across teams to actually implement those improvements.
Raise the technical and consultative bar for the broader Solutions Architecture team by sharing what you learn and helping others navigate difficult customer and technical situations.
What you should bring with you
8+ years of relevant experience across Solutions Architecture, Sales Engineering, technical security selling, security consulting, security operations, incident response, or similar customer-facing security roles.
A track record of operating at a senior or principal level, regardless of your current title. You can independently own complex Enterprise opportunities, influence stakeholders without formal authority, and become the technical person others trust when the answer isn't obvious.
Meaningful experience leading complex Enterprise POVs, including technical discovery, defining success criteria, coordinating execution, managing objections, troubleshooting issues, and connecting technical outcomes back to customer goals.
Strong security depth with the ability to confidently discuss security operations, incident response, attacker behavior, network architecture, cloud environments, SIEM, endpoint/EDR, and detection and response.
The ability to understand how security technologies work together in real customer environments and identify where technology alone doesn't solve the underlying problem.
Strong storytelling skills. You can take something technically complicated and make it understandable, relevant, and compelling for a SOC analyst, security engineer, Account Executive, or CISO.
Trusted-advisor instincts. You look beyond what a customer initially asks for, uncover what they're actually trying to accomplish, and aren't afraid to respectfully challenge a proposed approach.
Strong project and stakeholder management skills with experience coordinating complex work and holding others accountable without relying on formal authority.
High EQ and the ability to navigate disagreement, conflicting priorities, and difficult customer conversations without losing trust.
Genuine curiosity. You ask thoughtful questions, dig beyond surface-level answers, and continuously invest in understanding security, technology, customers, and the business.
Coachability and a low-ego approach to feedback. You don't need to know everything, but you should want to keep getting better.
A track record of improving processes, technical strategy, enablement, customer deliverables, or team practices beyond your own individual opportunities.
