You will lead design sprints, conduct high-level critiques, and mentor Senior Designers to help them reach the next level of their careers.Requirements:Experience: 10+ years in Product Design, with a significant track record of delivering high-impact B2B, SaaS, or Marketplace products.Systems Thinker: You have a deep understanding of how design scales. You can articulate the ROI of design to non-design stakeholders and build consensus across a global, async organization.Tooling: Expert-level Figma skills, including advanced prototyping, auto-layout, and library management.Product Sense: You think like a Product Manager. You understand trade-offs, technical constraints, and how to ship "Minimum Viable Products" (MVP) to learn fast. The Stack: Experience of Figma paired with professional-grade proficiency in React.js, TypeScript, and CSS-in-JS (or Tailwind). Mechanical Orchard: Product Manager, Code Generation

Company Company not specified

Location not specified Published
Job description
Headquarters: United Kingdom (Remote) Mechanical Orchard is reinventing how the world’s most critical software gets modernized. We’re an applied AI company focused on one of the hardest problems in enterprise technology: rewriting complex legacy systems in a way that is provably correct, low risk, and fast enough to matter. By focusing on system behavior rather than code alone, we turn modernization from a high-stakes, failure-prone effort into a repeatable, confidence-building process that unlocks ongoing innovation.Joining Mechanical Orchard means working on problems that truly matter—to our customers, their businesses, and the people who rely on these systems every day. We’re building technology and methodology that challenge long-standing industry assumptions, prioritizing proof over promises and progress over theatrics. If you care deeply about quality, rigor, and doing the right thing—even when it’s hard—you’ll find your people here.About the role We’re seeking a Product Manager to lead our Code Generation team — a critical pillar of our modernization platform. In this role, you will own the strategy and roadmap for how AI-powered code generation accelerates large-scale legacy modernization. You will work closely with forward-deployed engineering teams and customers to deeply understand real-world modernization challenges and translate them into product capabilities that deliver measurable impact. You’ll also stay at the forefront of foundation model advancements, evaluating new capabilities across model providers and the broader coding tools ecosystem to ensure our platform consistently delivers best-in-class developer experiences. This role sits at the intersection of AI model innovation, enterprise reliability, and developer productivity, and will play a key role in shaping how AI transforms legacy workloads into modern systems.Product Managers at Mechanical Orchard are dedicated to one team and work closely with a team of software engineers, as well as cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing and our forward-deployed engineering teams. They are excited about using the latest AI tools to help us work faster and smarter, while constantly adapting to an evolving landscape of tools and best practices in the dev tools space. Zenara Health: DevOps & Security Engineer - AI-Native Healthcare SaaS

Company Company not specified

Location not specified Published
Job description
Headquarters: India About the CompanyZenara Health is a mental healthcare organization driven by technology, aiming to improve the accessibility and quality of mental wellness services. By integrating AI-driven platforms with professional clinical care, we deliver personalized and effective mental health solutions, creating a smooth digital experience for both patients and providers. We operate as a startup, distinct from a mere department. Why This Role ExistsThis position serves as the company's foremost line of defense. You will operate under the assumption that systems are constantly under threat, crafting infrastructure that is resilient, auditable, and inherently secure. You will be the most risk-aware individual in the startup — and that’s exactly what we require. While others concentrate on feature rollout, you will prioritize the security of patient data, regulatory compliance, and system integrity.About the RoleIf your understanding of DevOps is limited to "I occasionally execute kubectl apply," this position is likely not for you. This role is not suited for those who prioritize speed over safety or view security as an afterthought to be addressed later. At Zenara, safeguarding patient data and maintaining system integrity takes precedence over rapid deployment. Our team is in the process of developing a platform that manages clinical data, operates AI workflows, and processes insurance billing — all within a HIPAA-regulated environment catering to real psychiatric practices. Our infrastructure is operational; however, we lack an individual who will take ownership with a security-first perspective. We currently do not have a dedicated CI/CD owner, a comprehensive security posture, or monitoring that extends beyond simple uptime checks. If HIPAA auditors were to arrive tomorrow, we could withstand the scrutiny — but it wouldn’t be a pleasant experience. You will be responsible for Zenara’s infrastructure, security posture, and compliance engineering — everything from the ground up. This includes CI/CD pipelines, HIPAA-compliant deployment automation, monitoring and alerting systems, cybersecurity measures and threat defense, access controls, and audit logging — the complete spectrum of "essential elements that ensure the safe operation of a healthcare company."However, your role will go beyond mere maintenance. You will also develop infrastructure for our AI platform, encompassing model serving, scaling AI workloads, and supporting production AI pipelines. You will have a dual mandate: ensure the stability and security of the platform while also building the necessary infrastructure for AI at scale. This represents a unique opportunity for greenfield infrastructure engineering within a healthcare AI company with genuine compliance obligations and real users. You will devise systems from fundamental principles, make architectural choices, establish best practices to guide us through growth and compliance audits, and serve as the ultimate security gatekeeper. What You Will Own1. Cybersecurity & Threat DefenseYou will manage threat modeling, reduce attack surfaces, oversee intrusion detection, handle vulnerability management, and plan incident responses. You will be the final reviewer for infrastructure and security risks, possessing the authority to halt releases that do not satisfy security or compliance criteria. The security of patient data is non-negotiable.2. CI/CD and Deployment AutomationYou will design and implement CI/CD pipelines for all Zenara products, establishing deployment automation, managing environments, and setting quality thresholds. Your goal is to eliminate chaotic releases and establish a system that enables the team to deploy confidently and consistently — without compromising security.3. Security Posture and HIPAA ComplianceYou will develop and uphold a HIPAA-compliant security posture across all Zenara systems. This involves implementing access controls, managing secrets, maintaining audit logs, and enforcing encryption standards. You will ensure our adherence to regulatory requirements while avoiding bureaucratic slowdowns.4. Monitoring, Alerting, and Incident ResponseYou will create monitoring and alerting capabilities to proactively identify issues before they affect users. You will establish incident response protocols, define service level objectives (SLOs), and monitor reliability metrics. You will lead the on-call rotation and develop runbooks for common incidents.5. AI Infrastructure SupportYou will address the AI infrastructure needs, including model serving, GPU provisioning (if necessary), and autoscaling for AI workloads. You will collaborate with the Head of AI to ensure that the infrastructure supports production AI efficiently and securely.6. Cloud Infrastructure ManagementYou will oversee cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), focusing on cost optimization, reliability, disaster recovery, and capacity planning. You will make architectural decisions that find a balance between cost, performance, and compliance obligations.7. SOC 2 ReadinessYou will spearhead SOC 2 Type II preparedness as we approach fundraising, implementing necessary controls, organizing evidence collection, and liaising with auditors. You will ensure compliance becomes an integrated process rather than an ad-hoc measure.8. Security Incident ResponseYou will take charge of security incident response, establishing procedures, conducting regular security evaluations, and responding to incidents as they arise. Your efforts will help the organization recognize security as an essential discipline rather than an afterthought.Your First 90 DaysWeek 1-2: Fully immerse yourself in the current infrastructure, deployment processes, and security posture. Identify the most significant security vulnerabilities and critical gaps. Build rapport through active listening and insightful inquiries.Month 1: Set up basic monitoring and alerting systems. Outline the CI/CD roadmap. Begin documenting existing systems and security protocols. Establish communication channels with engineering leadership. Conduct initial threat assessments.Month 2-3: Develop CI/CD pipelines for high-priority services with security gates. Implement secrets management and access controls. Create the first set of operational and security runbooks. Initiate SOC 2 gap analysis and planning for remediation. Introduce intrusion detection and vulnerability scanning.Ongoing: Take on full ownership of infrastructure and security. Deliver reliable and secure systems. Establish compliance practices and enhance security standards. Assertively say “no” when risks are unacceptable. Inspire confidence in the CEO that infrastructure and security are in capable hands.Values & Vibe (Who You Are)You perceive infrastructure primarily through the lens of security and reliability, rather than merely uptime. You are the one who enters an unmanaged infrastructure landscape and brings order — not through an excess of tools, but through clarity, automation, and effective monitoring. For you, security is not a mere checklist; it shapes your worldview. You possess an innate sense of paranoia — assuming systems are under threat and designing with that understanding. You find an infrastructure environment that functions like a black box, relying on heroic measures rather than standard practices, to be unacceptable. You recognize that healthcare compliance is mandatory and understand how to implement it practically, without hindering development speed. You are hands-on enough to diagnose production issues, write Terraform modules, and review security configurations — yet you know that your primary responsibility lies in creating systems that are both reliable and secure, rather than solely reacting to incidents. You have successfully built infrastructure in regulated sectors while adhering to compliance constraints. You have considered issues related to security threats, compliance frameworks, and disaster recovery — moving beyond the simplistic notion of "we use AWS defaults." You understand the trade-offs between security, cost, developer experience, and compliance requirements. When faced with uncertainty, your choice will always be security. You are comfortable saying “no” when risks are unacceptable, even if it delays feature deployment. This is not obstruction; it is part of your role. What Success Looks LikeThe infrastructure is both reliable and secure — the CEO no longer concerns themselves with outages or breaches.CI/CD pipelines are in place and delivering regularly — deployments become routine, low-risk, and security-gated.The cybersecurity posture is robust — threat modeling is thorough, attack surfaces are minimized, and vulnerabilities are monitored for remediation. The security posture is firm — access controls, audit trails, and secrets management are strictly enforced.Monitoring and alerting systems identify issues before they are reported by users.HIPAA compliance is systematic — we are audit-ready without frantic preparations.AI infrastructure supports production workloads reliably and cost-effectively.A security review process is established — any risky releases are identified and halted prior to shipping.Incident response is documented and efficient — problems are resolved swiftly. The infrastructure and security posture are more robust, reliable, and compliant than upon your arrival. Required- 5-10 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering — you have designed and maintained large-scale production infrastructure.- A strong security mindset: naturally cautious, detail-focused, and able to express concerns when risks are too high. For you, security is not merely a feature; it is a fundamental necessity.- Familiarity with HIPAA, SOC 2, or healthcare compliance frameworks — you comprehend BAAs, audit trails, and regulatory obligations. You have successfully implemented compliant systems.- Proficient in AWS or Azure with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation) — you handle infrastructure through programming rather than manual console operations.- CI/CD pipeline design and implementation (GitHub Actions, CircleCI, Jenkins, or similar) — you have developed deployment automation from the ground up.- Experience in container orchestration (Kubernetes, ECS, or equivalent) — you know how to deploy and scale applications in containers.- Skills in cybersecurity: including threat modeling, vulnerability assessment, intrusion detection, and incident response.- Strong English communication skills — You operate asynchronously and provide clear written documentation, incident reports, and architectural designs.- Experience in startup or high-growth environments — You have thrived in situations marked by uncertainty, constrained resources, and pressing deadlines.Strongly Preferred- Experience in supporting ML/AI infrastructure (model serving, GPU clusters)- Security expertise in healthcare SaaS (handling PHI, encryption at rest/transit, access auditing)- Background in penetration testing or security audits- Prior experience with SOC 2 or HITRUST certification processes- Knowledge of observability and monitoring tools (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar)Nice to Have- Understanding of FHIR/HL7 healthcare data standards- Production experience with Kubernetes- Acquainted with multi-tenant SaaS security strategies- Exposure to mental health or behavioral health sectors- Experience with cloud infrastructure cost optimization- Relevant security certifications (CISSP, CEH, or equivalent)ScheduleEvening IST hours with 4–8 hours of daily overlap with US Pacific (9am–5pm PT). You are welcome to propose a schedule that works best for you — our emphasis is on overlap and team availability rather than rigid clock-in requirements. On-call availability is expected during key security incidents. - Salary between ₹22–35 LPA, based on your skills and responsibilities- Fully remote work options available throughout India- Provision for equipment allowance- Acknowledgment of culturally significant local holidays (India)- Flexible paid leave options- Direct and regular communication with the CEO — you will have direct access without any intermediaries- Opportunity to build infrastructure and security practices from the ground up To apply: https://weworkremotely.com/remote-jobs/zenara-health-devops-security-engineer-ai-native-healthcare-saas

Headquarters: India We are looking for an experienced AWS DevOps Engineer who enjoys solving complex, real-world infrastructure problems at scale. At Stadium, we’re building products that bring delight and connection to organizations worldwide. From rewards and recognition to personalized gifting and brand experiences, our platform combines creativity, data, and technology to make every interaction meaningful. Our systems handle extreme and unpredictable traffic spikes — from hundreds to hundreds of thousands of requests per minute — and this role plays a critical part in keeping them fast, reliable, and secure. In this role, you will take end-to-end ownership of cloud infrastructure: from architecture and automation to deployment, monitoring, security, performance, scalability, and cost optimization. You will work closely with software engineers to define infrastructure standards and deployment practices, and you’ll be expected to reason through ambiguous problems, challenge assumptions, and design practical, production-ready solutions.Your RoleYou will be responsible for: Designing, building, and operating secure, scalable, and highly available AWS infrastructure. Architecting systems that can handle sudden and massive traffic surges. Owning architectural decisions, trade-offs, and outcomes in production environments. Ensuring fault tolerance, high availability, and disaster recovery. Building and managing infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform). Automating provisioning, scaling, recovery, and operational workflows. Designing and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines for safe, repeatable, zero-downtime deployments. Partnering with engineering teams to evolve infrastructure and deployment standards. Implementing monitoring, alerting, and observability for proactive issue detection. Leading incident response, root cause analysis, and long-term system improvements. Owning cloud security posture and enforcing best practices. Monitoring and optimizing cloud costs while maintaining performance and scalability. What You'll Bring to the TablePrimary Requirements: 4–7 years of hands-on experience with AWS in production environments. Proven experience operating and improving high-traffic, high-availability systems. Strong understanding of cloud networking, security, and system design. Experience in fast-growing or high-scale environments. Experience supporting modern web applications. Competitive salary based on skill set.Fully remote role - work with talented teammates across the globe. Flexible working hours and autonomy over your schedule. 5-day work week for better work-life balance.Team retreats and offsites to connect and recharge. Confluent: Senior Product Manager, Cluster Linking

Company Company not specified

Location not specified Published
Job description
Headquarters: Remote, Ontario, Canada We’re not just building better tech. We’re rewriting how data moves and what the world can do with it. With Confluent, data doesn’t sit still. Our platform puts information in motion, streaming in near real-time so companies can react faster, build smarter, and deliver experiences as dynamic as the world around them.It takes a certain kind of person to join this team. Those who ask hard questions, give honest feedback, and show up for each other. No egos, no solo acts. Just smart, curious humans pushing toward something bigger, together. One Confluent. One Team. One Data Streaming Platform.About the Role:Cluster Linking is how Kafka clusters are replicated, and it sits at the very core of Confluent. When a global bank architects zero-data-loss disaster recovery, when an enterprise migrates petabytes off open-source Kafka, or when a multinational replicates event streams across three continents, they're running on Cluster Linking. This role will define the future of Cluster Linking: how we deliver seamless disaster recovery for Kafka workloads, how we build self-service migration paths into Confluent Cloud, and how we enable cross-organization data sharing to power real-time, operational data exchanges.Cluster Linking is one of Confluent's fastest-growing platform products and you'll own that growth. Our largest customers depend on it, and because it cuts across Kafka, cloud infrastructure, networking, and security, your work will have visibility and influence across the company. What You Will Do:Launch and drive adoption for our one-click DR initiative. Take disaster recovery from a manually configured capability to a seamless, productized experience that customers can adopt with confidence.Define the future of real-time stream sharing across organizations, including its security model, networking, access controls, and how it scales across organizations and use cases.Power capabilities that let customers migrate to Confluent in a few clicks or API calls. Define the art of the possible and make the migration path a reason to choose Confluent.Segment and re-package Cluster Linking. The product serves Disaster Recovery, migrations, data sharing, and cross-cloud replication, each with different customer needs and pricing dynamics. Define how we package, price, and position each so the offering works for customers and drives growth.Partner closely with your engineering manager counterpart as a strategic partner. Use that partnership to understand tradeoffs, make decisions fast, and keep the product moving forward.Work directly with customers. You'll be pulled in many directions, customers will ask a lot of you. Your job is to steer them toward the right architectures and models, get them excited about what's coming, listen to what they need next, and balance the present opportunity with where the product is headed.Drive results. Run campaigns with sellers and solutions engineers, lead webinars, assemble teams of subject matter experts, and do what it takes to move your priorities forward.Influence and energize the people around you. Confluent moves fast and people are ready to help. Harness that, get teams excited, rally cross-functional support, and turn organizational momentum into product momentum. What You Will Bring:5+ years of product management experience, ideally in infrastructure, data platforms, or cloud products. You've shipped technical products and driven measurable outcomes.Genuine interest in distributed systems and cloud infrastructure. Kafka is not simple. You don't need prior Kafka expertise, but you need to be energized by technical depth, not put off by it.A results-driven mindset. You don't wait for things to happen, you make them happen. You get on calls with sellers, you pull in the right people, and you keep pushing until the work is done.Proven ability to influence. You get people excited and aligned, across engineering, field, sales, finance, and leadership, often without formal authority.Strong ownership mentality. You take responsibility from day one. You drive ambiguous problems to clarity, remove blockers, and treat the product like your own business.Business thinking beyond the backlog. You think about segmentation, packaging, pricing, and market impact, not just features. You understand that how a product is offered matters as much as what it does.Clear communication. You can make technical topics understandable for executive audiences, write sharp product docs, and present confidently to customers and leadership.LLM or GenAI knowledge is a bonus, but not requiredReady to build what's next? Let’s get in motion.Come As You AreBelonging isn’t a perk here. It’s the baseline. We work across time zones and backgrounds, knowing the best ideas come from different perspectives. And we make space for everyone to lead, grow, and challenge what’s possible. We’re proud to be an equal opportunity workplace. Employment decisions are based on job-related criteria, without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, veteran status, or any other classification protected by law. Job description
Headquarters: Remote (AU) HappyCo is a company where people can grow their careers and work with like minded people, with no egos or politics. HappyCo is values driven and offers a flexible, supportive culture. Join HappyCo and Make Work Happy! Sitting within HappyCo’s mobile product team, the Senior Product Designer, Mobile Experience focuses on the tools frontline property teams use every day to conduct inspections, complete preventive maintenance, resolve work orders, and capture high‑quality property data directly from the field. These experiences must work under pressure, in poor connectivity, and with little tolerance for friction. You will own complex mobile workflows end to end — from discovery through delivery and beyond launch — working as part of a product triad alongside the team’s Product Manager and Engineering Lead. Together, you will help define the team’s roadmap, priorities, and trade-offs in alignment with company goals, product strategy, and long-term vision. Within this triad, you will be responsible for shaping how emerging technologies, particularly AI‑powered experiences, reduce effort, improve accuracy, and accelerate outcomes for frontline users and the businesses they support. The work requires high autonomy, speed, and a willingness to break down silos across product areas to deliver cohesive, scalable experiences. The role suits a designer who demonstrates high‑impact judgment and broad ownership, operating independently regardless of title or formal level. It calls for comfort with experimentation, thoughtful use of AI to increase both user value and internal efficiency, and a day‑to‑day commitment to customer obsession. With direct access to thousands of daily mobile users, success depends on turning customer exposure into visible, actionable insight and regularly sharing patterns and outcomes with teams across HappyCo to inform decisions beyond the mobile surface. What You'll Do | Design Ownership & ImpactOwn and evolve core mobile workflows used daily by maintenance and property teams in the field.Co-author and articulate a clear mobile product experience vision in partnership with Product Management and Design Leadership, and act as a long-term champion for that vision as the product evolves.Design for real-world constraints: offline usage, unreliable connectivity, performance limitations, device variability, and speed under pressure.Identify and drive improvements across product boundaries, not just within a single product team or feature.Translate complex operational problems into simple, resilient, mobile-first solutions. What You'll Do | Customer ObsessionDevelop a deep understanding of how maintenance technicians, asset managers, and property managers actually work, rather than how we assume they work.Run timely, pragmatic research including interviews, usability testing, and lightweight validation loops.Bring real customer context, such as quotes, workflows, edge cases, and observed behaviours, into everyday product discussions.Balance customer needs with business goals, technical constraints, and operational realities.Challenge solutions that are technically impressive or user-friendly in isolation but misaligned with business outcomes or strategic priorities. What You'll Do | Design Execution & SpeedDesign, prototype, test, and iterate quickly using high-fidelity mobile prototypes.Leverage AI-driven tools to accelerate ideation, exploration, validation, synthesis, and delivery as part of your daily workflow.Balance speed with judgment, delivering work that is high quality, scalable, and grounded in evidence.Deliver meaningful customer-facing improvements within your first month. What You'll Do | Product Signals & InsightOwn the design perspective on mobile product instrumentation, ensuring key workflows are measurable and observable.Partner with Product and Engineering to define meaningful mobile UX metrics (e.g. task completion, time-on-task, drop-offs, retries, adoption).Regularly monitor and analyze product usage data to identify patterns, friction points, and emerging behaviours.Translate insights into clear hypotheses and concrete design actions.Validate whether shipped changes improve outcomes and iterate based on evidence. What You'll Do | Making Customer Insight VisibleRegularly synthesize and share customer insights from mobile usage data, research, and field feedback with the design team, product partners, and the wider organization.Surface patterns and themes, not just isolated findings, to keep teams grounded in real customer needs.Act as a strong, evidence-backed voice for the customer in cross-functional conversations.Create lightweight, repeatable ways for teams to stay close to mobile customers, even when they are not directly involved in the work.Use insights to influence priorities and follow-up actions. What You'll Do | Collaboration, Craft & CulturePartner closely with Product Managers and Mobile Engineers to define scope, navigate trade-offs, and deliver outcomes.Work closely with Design Leadership to shape and evolve the mobile product experience vision, aligning day-to-day execution with longer-term direction.Bring clarity to ambiguity and momentum to complex or stalled problem spaces.Contribute to and strengthen HappyCo’s mobile design system, based on Material 3 and extended through a custom HappyCo theme.Participate actively in Product Design team critiques and formal UX reviews, offering and receiving direct, high-signal feedback.Help raise the bar for design quality, speed, and customer focus across the team. What You BringTypically 8–10+ years of experience in product design, or equivalent demonstrated impact owning complex, real-world products.Strong product instincts and high personal standards for quality, outcomes, and pace.Proven experience owning end-to-end mobile product design in complex, real-world environments.A portfolio that demonstrates depth of thinking, clear problem framing, and measurable impact.Comfort operating with ambiguity and taking initiative without waiting for permission.A demonstrated habit of monitoring your work after launch and acting on what you learn.Ability to plan and run lightweight user research independently, including interviews, usability testing, and rapid feedback loops.Good judgment around when to go deep on research vs when fast validation is sufficient, balancing rigor with pace, and familiarity with using research platforms (e.g. Great Question or similar) to manage recruitment, insights, and follow-up.Strong business and product acumen, with the ability to weigh customer value against business impact, delivery cost, and strategic trade-offs.Comfort engaging in technical discussions, reading code when helpful, and collaborating closely with engineers on feasibility and implementation details.Willingness to collaborate across time zones (Australia & North America), including regular early morning starts to meaningfully connect with customers and colleagues during shared working hours.Strongly ValuedExperience designing B2B or operational mobile products (e.g. field tools, logistics, inspections, healthcare, fintech).A track record of breaking silos and influencing outcomes beyond your immediate scope.Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor, Lovable, Figma Make, or similar) to accelerate design, prototyping, research synthesis, and insight generation.Familiarity with mobile platform constraints (Flutter, iOS / Android patterns, performance, accessibility).Experience working closely with engineers, including willingness to dive into implementation details or code when useful.Exposure to analytics or adoption tooling (e.g. Gainsight, Adora or similar) and using data to guide iteration.Strong synthesis and communication skills, with the ability to make insights visible and actionable for different audiences. Why Join HappyCo?Make an Impact: Your work will reach millions of residents and thousands of property teams.Culture of Job description
Headquarters: United States URL: https://www.brandogdigital.com/ Location: Remote (US, Canada or Latin America)Type: Contract / FTE EquivalentStart: Immediately The Role We're seeking an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Manager to own a pod of paid social DTC accounts end to end: strategy, buying, and client relationship. You'll work directly alongside the founders to shape how we grow our clients' businesses and our agency's capabilities, while mentoring junior team members and drawing on them for support. Your primary responsibility will be your pod of accounts, and you will also assist the founders across the business with other clients as needed. Key Responsibilities Whole-Business Performance You evaluate accounts through blended CAC, contribution of paid to total revenue, new-vs-returning mix, and retention signals, and you make day-to-day decisions off real performance. Forecasts are a guide and the actual numbers drive your decision-making. You can explain why platform ROAS alone is a bad compass. Campaign Strategy & Execution Develop and own full-funnel paid media strategies across Meta (plus potentially TikTok, Pinterest, and other platforms as needed) Set monthly targets grounded in the client's actual CPA and funded budget, adjusting as reality comes in Hands-on platform execution: budget allocation, pacing, scaling, and cutting based on performance and client KPIs Lead campaign setup, launch, ongoing optimization, and performance analysis across your pod Analytics & Reporting Own client-facing performance reporting — translating data into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations Build and maintain advanced dashboards using Google Sheets, Supermetrics, and similar tools Conduct regular account audits to identify growth and efficiency opportunities Establish and track KPIs, benchmarks, and forecasting models across accounts Creative Strategy Translate revenue goals into a plan for what the creative team needs to produce, and when Analyze creative performance and use data to inform iteration cycles and testing roadmaps Build and manage structured A/B testing frameworks across creative Client & Team Leadership Serve as a primary point of contact for key client accounts, building trust through proactive communication and strategic guidance Lead client status calls and strategy presentations with a clear, confident perspective Deliver difficult news clearly and present paths to a solution Mentor and provide day-to-day guidance to Marketing Analysts and junior team members Collaborate with founders on agency operations, new business pitches, and process improvements How the Ramp Works The timeline is quick, but the ramp is structured and gradual — we make sure you're confident before you take over, then expect you to run it day to day, with founders staying involved at the strategic level. Months 1–2: Take over buying and strategy on your starting pod with founder oversight, shadowing then co-leading client calls. Months 3–4: Lead calls solo as founders step back to strategic oversight. We'll know it's working if by month four, your pod runs seamlessly through you, and you're handling day-to-day calls, strategy, and buying. How We Work You'll work directly with the founders who've built the systems you'll run. We give you the context, tools, and information you need, then we expect you to be independent and trust you to run with it. You arrive with the paid marketing knowledge, and we help you sharpen how you apply it. We have a defined way of operating — performance-led planning, a structured creative cadence, specific views on measurement — refined across years of DTC accounts. The best people we've worked with bring their own judgment and look to understand why our system works the way it does. That combination is what we're hiring for. Requirements Several years of hands-on paid media buying on Meta (other platforms a plus) for DTC/e-commerce at meaningful spend, with accounts you can walk through in detail (what you did, why, and what happened) Proven track record of managing and scaling paid media budgets with measurable results Fluency in whole-business marketing math: blended CAC, paid contribution to overall revenue, new-vs-returning dynamics Client-facing maturity: you can carry a strategy call, deliver difficult news, and build trust over time Self-directed: you take direction and apply it independently, and you surface problems early instead of sitting on them Strong command of analytics platforms and experience building data dashboards Exceptional written and verbal communication skills — able to present complex data clearly to non-technical stakeholders Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously with the ability to prioritize effectively under pressure Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and motivate junior team members Available across the full US business day; if US-based, must contract through your own business entity Familiarity with TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, and other social platforms is a plus Compensation Competitive for senior operators, calibrated to experience and location. Learn more at mixpanel.com.About the LATAM Sales Team Mixpanel's LATAM Sales team owns the region end to end — sourcing net-new enterprise logos and expanding existing accounts across Latin America. As a standalone team rather than part of a broader vertical motion, LATAM Sales builds its own playbooks, buyer relationships, and market fluency specific to the region. About the Role The right candidate for this role runs a full sales cycle from first conversation to close, builds real fluency in the LATAM market and its buyers, and turns what they learn in the field into playbooks the rest of the team can use. Reporting to the Senior Manager of LATAM Sales, they own a territory end-to-end: sourcing net-new pipeline, expanding existing accounts, and applying a consistent qualification approach to every deal. They partner closely with Sales Engineering on technical discovery and with Marketing on messaging that reflects what's actually happening in the field. This is a role for someone who understands the LATAM region and its buyers, works well without a finished playbook, and helps build one as they go. Responsibilities Source, qualify, and close net-new enterprise business across LATAM, including new business units and subsidiaries inside existing accounts Drive expansion pipeline alongside Renewal Managers and Customer Value Managers Run full-cycle enterprise sales using MEDDPICC (or Mixpanel's chosen methodology) to qualify and manage every deal Forecast accurately and flag risk early, to your manager and in the CRM Build fluency in LATAM buyer personas, language, and common use cases, and apply region-specific discovery questions and positioning Feed field learnings — messaging, discovery questions, competitive intel, deal patterns — back into team playbooks Ask technical discovery questions about a prospect's data and analytics maturity, and partner with Sales Engineering on tailored demos Keep pipeline and forecast data current in Salesforce Partner with Marketing and Product Marketing to test regional messaging against field reality Share deal volume, win rates, and competitive patterns with your manager to help shape the team's coverage and growth Work with Enablement on onboarding and ongoing training specific to the LATAM market We're Looking For Someone Who Has A track record of full-cycle sales success, from sourcing net-new business to expanding existing accounts, in SMB to enterprise SaaS Experience selling into the LATAM region, or a demonstrated ability to build fluency in a new market quickly Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese Comfort working without a finished playbook — this team is still building its own, and you'll help shape it Skill in structured discovery and qualification, ideally using MEDDPICC or a similar methodology Familiarity with analytics, data, or other technical products, and the ability to hold a credible conversation with a data-savvy buyer A direct, clear way of communicating that builds trust with both business and technical stakeholders A growth mindset — this role has a defined path toward IC4/IC5, and you'll be expected to contribute to team playbooks as you progress Comfort forecasting and surfacing pipeline risk transparently, without waiting to be asked Bonus Points For Experience selling into a specific industry vertical within LATAM Prior experience at a company building or scaling a new regional go-to-market motion Background partnering closely with Sales Engineering on technical proof of value Experience in product analytics, data infrastructure, or adjacent technical categories Benefits and Perks Comprehensive Medical, Vision, and Dental Care Mental Wellness Benefit Generous Vacation Policy & Additional Company Holidays Enhanced Parental Leave Volunteer Time Off Additional US Benefits: Pre-Tax Benefits including 401(K), Wellness Benefit, Holiday Break *please note that benefits and perks for contract positions will vary* Culture Values Make Bold Bets: We choose courageous action over comfortable progress.
