Produce graphics for websites, social media, publications, training materials, and marketing campaigns. Ensure visual content aligns with brand guidelines and communication objectives. Research audience needs and adapt visual storytelling techniques accordingly. Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and revise designs as needed. Stay updated on emerging trends in graphic design, visual communication, and digital storytelling. Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Illustration, Multimedia Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 2-5 years of experience in graphic design, illustration, visual storytelling, or content creation. Strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling through visual design. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects) or equivalent tools. Excellent understanding of composition, color theory, typography, and information design. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Preferred QualificationsExperience with motion graphics, animation, or video storytelling. Knowledge of UX/UI principles and interactive storytelling. Experience creating educational, journalistic, or marketing-related visual content. Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools and digital publishing platforms.
