Role Description
As a GTM Readiness Manager within the GTM organization, you will help turn product and business changes into executable go-to-market motions. You will work across Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, Enablement, and Technology to ensure the business is operationally ready to bring new products, packaging, and other commercial changes to market.
You will play a critical role in translating product decisions into GTM requirements, identifying cross-functional dependencies, coordinating operational readiness, and ensuring the end-to-end customer and seller experience works as intended. This role sits at the intersection of product and commercial execution, giving you broad exposure across the business and the opportunity to improve how we bring increasingly complex products and commercial models to market.
You will serve as a critical connection point between Product and the teams responsible for bringing product changes to market, ensuring teams are aligned and operationally ready for launch. You will also help build and scale the GTM Readiness capability, creating clearer processes, identifying dependencies earlier, reducing launch friction, and enabling teams to move faster and execute with greater confidence.
Responsibilities
Own GTM readiness for product and commercial changes, including new product launches, pricing and packaging changes, new SKUs, migrations, deprecations, and changes to routes to market.
Translate product decisions into commercial and operational requirements across areas such as product catalog, pricing and approvals, contracting, Salesforce/CPQ, billing and ordering, provisioning and entitlements, compensation, reporting, and customer lifecycle.
Partner with Product teams early in the development lifecycle to understand upcoming changes, identify impacted GTM motions, and establish the decisions, owners, dependencies, and lead times required for readiness.
Orchestrate cross-functional readiness across Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, Enablement, GTM Technology, and other impacted teams, while maintaining clear accountability with the teams that own individual decisions and deliverables.
Drive end-to-end operational validation, defining critical business scenarios and ensuring appropriate owners validate the complete customer and seller experience across quoting, ordering, provisioning, billing, reporting, renewal, support, and other applicable workflows.
Identify and manage readiness risks, surfacing unresolved decisions, dependencies, and operational gaps early and driving them toward resolution or explicit risk acceptance before launch.
Improve the GTM Readiness operating model by creating reusable processes, launch patterns, requirements frameworks, and automation that reduce manual coordination and make future launches faster and more predictable.
Requirements
At least 8 years of overall professional experience.
5+ years of experience in Product Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Business Systems, or another role supporting complex cross-functional GTM initiatives.
Demonstrated experience supporting product launches, pricing/packaging changes, commercial model changes, or other initiatives requiring coordination between Product and GTM teams.
Working knowledge of core SaaS commercial processes, including multiple areas such as opportunity-to-order, quoting/CPQ, pricing, contracting, billing, provisioning, renewals, compensation, or customer lifecycle management.
Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous product or business needs into clear operational requirements, dependencies, decisions, and execution plans.
Experience independently coordinating complex initiatives across Product, Technology, Finance, Legal, Sales, and other business functions without direct authority over participating teams.
Strong systems thinking, with the ability to understand how a change in one part of the commercial lifecycle can affect downstream processes, systems, data, and customer experiences.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience documenting requirements, facilitating cross-functional decisions, communicating risks, and driving clarity among stakeholders with different priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a B2B SaaS or subscription-based business with multiple products, customer segments, or routes to market.
Experience with Salesforce, CPQ, billing, commerce, provisioning, entitlement, or other systems supporting the quote-to-cash/customer lifecycle.
Experience designing or improving product launch, commercialization, or GTM readiness processes rather than solely executing within an established process.
Experience supporting products sold through multiple motions, such as self-service, direct sales, channel, reseller, or partner ecosystems.
Familiarity with automation and AI capabilities that can simplify requirements gathering, dependency management, testing, and operational readiness.
Durable Skills

Company: Location: Remote Published: 2026-10-15
Headquarters: United States, Remote

Every 6sensor plays a part in deïŹning the future of our industry-leading technology. 6sense is a place where difference-makers roll up their sleeves, take risks, act with integrity, and measure success by the value we create for our customers. We want 6sense to be the best chapter of your career.
6sense Product Marketing
Principal Competitive Intelligence Manager
Competitive Intelligence & Win/Loss
Team: Product MarketingReports to: VP, Product MarketingLevel: Principal
About the Role
The market we compete in is being redrawn in real time. Point data providers are moving up the stack. Workflow and enrichment tools are repositioning as operating systems. Buyers are assembling their own stacks from components that used to be bought as a platform. Knowing what each competitor shipped last quarter is table stakes â the job is understanding what the pattern means and what we should do about it.
This role owns competitive intelligence and win/loss for 6sense. It sits on the Product Marketing team and exists so that our positioning, our roadmap conversations and our field enablement are built on evidence rather than assumption. You will be the person the company turns to when there is a disagreement about why we win, why we lose, and who we are actually competing against.
This is a senior individual contributor seat. The work is research, synthesis and judgment â and the willingness to tell the company something it would rather not hear, with the evidence to back it up.
What You'll Own
The win/loss program, end to end. Interviews, coding, synthesis and the readouts that go to product and executive leadership. Not administering a program â making it the thing people trust when they disagree.
Competitive positioning and differentiation. The evidence behind our claims about where we are stronger, and the honesty about where we are not. You partner with the pillar PMMs so competitive insight shapes positioning rather than trailing it.
Structural market analysis. How buyers are assembling their stacks, where substitution is happening, which categories are converging, and what that means for us eighteen months out.
Field enablement for competitive situations. Battlecards, objection handling, trap-setting questions and talk tracks that hold up in a live deal rather than in a deck.
Claims discipline for competitive material. Sourcing every competitive number we put in front of a customer, and saying no to the ones we cannot stand behind.
Competitive monitoring and alerting, including ownership of the tooling and of what reaches the field versus what stays internal.
Input to roadmap, pricing and packaging, and analyst relations. Competitive evidence should shape what we build and how we price, not only how we sell.
What You'll Bring
8+ years in competitive intelligence, product marketing or research-heavy go-to-market roles in B2B SaaS.
Hands-on win/loss experience. Designing the program, running the interviews and coding the results â not reading someone else's summary.
The ability to run primary research and be honest about what the data does and does not support. Small samples are useful; presenting them as more than they are is not.
Strong synthesis and writing. An executive should be able to read your analysis and know what to do differently.
Comfort presenting uncomfortable findings to product and executive audiences, and holding them under pushback.
Fluency with the B2B SaaS buyer, ideally in martech, RevTech, sales intelligence or data platforms.
Working knowledge of AI and agentic tooling â enough to evaluate what a competitor has actually shipped versus announced.
Nice to Have
Experience with competitive intelligence and research tooling (Klue, Gong, Dovetail or equivalent).
Analyst relations exposure with Gartner or Forrester.
Background in or adjacent to ABM, intent data, GTM intelligence or revenue platforms.
Experience building a competitive intelligence function rather than inheriting one.
What Success Looks Like
In your first 6â12 months, win/loss is a program leaders act on rather than a report they receive; we know with evidence why we win and lose, by competitor and by segment; the field has competitive material that holds up in a live deal; and every competitive claim we make in market has a source behind it.

Affiliate marketing has emerged as one of the most popular ways for individuals to earn money online. One key component of successful affiliate marketing is being part of an affiliate network. Affiliate networks act as intermediaries between publishers (affiliates) who promote products or services, and merchants who provide those products or services. These affiliate networks provide a platform where affiliates can find suitable products to promote and earn commissions for their referrals.
