We're scaling fast through a combination of organic growth and paid acquisition. We need a Growth Marketing Lead who can take our paid efforts to the next level, someone who gets excited about turning $1 into $3 and isn't satisfied until they've tested every angle, creative, and channel.
🎯 What You'll Do
Own Paid Performance End-to-End: Manage and optimize campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and other core channels to hit aggressive CAC targets
Pioneer New Acquisition Channels: Source and test unconventional paid opportunities — niche newsletters, Reddit communities, podcast sponsorships, and platforms others haven't cracked yet
Build a Creative Testing Machine: Develop and manage our ad creative pipeline, using AI tools like Midjourney, Runway, and ChatGPT to rapidly produce and iterate on ad variants
Obsess Over the Numbers: Live in the data, running rigorous A/B tests, analyzing cohort performance, and making rapid optimization decisions based on subscriber LTV and advertiser acquisition metrics
Scale What Works, Kill What Doesn't: Maintain a portfolio approach to channel testing with clear success criteria and aggressive budget reallocation
Collaborate on Growth Strategy: Partner with Product, Data, and Sales teams to align paid efforts with broader growth initiatives and product launches
Stay Ahead of the Curve: Constantly research emerging platforms, ad formats, and AI tools that could give us an edge
🧠 What We're Looking For
3+ years of hands-on experience managing significant paid media budgets ($100k+/month) with proven ROI
Deep expertise in Meta Ads, with working knowledge of LinkedIn and emerging platforms
Strong creative instincts and experience using AI tools for ad creation
Data-driven mindset, able to identify and improve key metrics
Track record of discovering and scaling non-obvious acquisition channels
Self-starter mentality: you don't wait for direction, you find opportunities and run with them
Excellent communication skills to share learnings and align stakeholders
Bonus: Basic knowledge of Hubspot to track advertiser acquisition and WordPress to create landing pages.

Budget and autonomy to test bold ideas without bureaucratic approval chains

About Us
Close is a bootstrapped, profitable, 100% remote, ~100 person team of thoughtful individuals who prioritize taking ownership and making a meaningful impact. We’re eager to make a product our customers fall in love with over and over again.
We 💛 small scaling businesses. Since 2013, we’ve been building a CRM that focuses on better communication, without the hassle of manual data entry or a complex UI. We are out to supercharge sales productivity with the most modern, thoughtfully designed, all-in-one, communication-focused CRM.
Our backend tech stack consists primarily of Python Flask web apps with our TaskTiger scheduler handling many of the backend asynchronous task processing chores. Our data stores include MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, and Redis. The underlying infrastructure runs on AWS using a combination of managed services like EKS, MSK, RDS and ElasticCache and non-managed services running on EC2 instances. We have CI/CD pipelines that build Docker images, run automated tests and deploy to Kubernetes clusters. We also use these images in our local development environment allowing coding locally against all of our services. We have a well-documented public API that is consumed by our front-end JavaScript app as well as numerous integrations. Our infrastructure is heavily automated using Terraform, Ansible and other AWS tools.
Our product development process is inspired by Shape Up. We love open sourcing our code and ideas on our GitHub and on The Making of Close, our behind-the-scenes Product & Engineering blog. Check out our open source projects like SocketShark, TaskTiger, LimitLion and ciso8601.
About the Role
You will be joining one of our six cross-functional teams. These are the CRM, Admin & Onboarding, Conversations, Messaging & Scheduling, Automations & Integrations and Data Insights teams. We’re looking for high achieving, full-time Software Engineers to join our engineering team. Someone who has a good understanding in web technologies and wants to help design, implement, launch, and scale major systems and user-facing features.

Come help us with projects like...

Nutrient: Senior TypeScript SDK Engineer

Job description
Headquarters: Raleigh, NC, USA
URL: https://www.nutrient.io
Who We Are…
At Nutrient, we equip developers and innovators with cutting-edge tools to simplify workflows and accelerate impactful software creation. We’re on a mission to redefine how documents are created, shared, and experienced. Our software development kits enable companies to work smarter and faster, saving time and expenses along the way, while effectively replacing the need for paper processes.
Your Role at Nutrient…
The team you will be joining is responsible for the Nutrient Web SDK. Take a look at its API docs to get an understanding of the scope involved: It is a toolbox for web engineers and application developers who need a painless way to render, edit and process documents. It either runs client-side using WebAssembly or connects to the Nutrient Document Engine.
This means that our SDK has to work for diverse use cases we constantly keep learning about from our customers. It needs to be convenient to use and easy to integrate; well architected, tested and documented; and loved by LLMs.
Your day to day work ranges (depending on your personal preferences and the current priorities) from writing code and documentation to talking directly with customers in order to understand their use cases and devise solutions for them, which you will incorporate into the evolving architecture of the product.
If you think you have the aptitude to contribute to building this product we would like to hear from you. You'll have autonomy, learn a lot and will shape the future of this product.
What You’ll Bring…
Strong General Programming Skills: You're well versed in OOP & FP, data structures & algorithms and understand that even a client-side SDK forms part of a larger distributed system. You’re driven by a curiosity to understand how things work.
Passion for Building in the B2D Space: You don't write code for the sake of it, but to provide value to our customers by getting the user/developer experience right
Collaborative and Self-Managing: You don't need hand-holding, and you're gaining energy from exchanging ideas, both async and sync.
Bias towards Shipping: You move fast and take ownership for solving problems from start to finish.
What We'll Bring…
We are a globally distributed company, backed by Insight Partners. We embrace a low-meeting culture and prioritize asynchronous communication to provide flexibility and focus. Working hours overlap with most of the team across the US, Europe, and Asia.
We offer competitive salaries, comprehensive benefits, and an annual global retreat to celebrate achievements and foster connections. Past retreats have taken place in locations like Croatia, Spain, and Greece.
Nutrient believes in equal opportunity, we employ people from many different cultures and countries. We celebrate diversity and are committed to building a team that represents a variety of backgrounds, skill sets, perspectives, as well as providing our employees with a work environment free of harassment. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, age, marital status, national origin, ancestry, physical or mental disability, medical condition, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other non-merit factor.
We are a remote company. To ensure overlap with most of the team across the US, Europe and Asia, we’re looking for someone who will have a significant overlap with US and European working hours. If working from the US, you must be located in Florida, Indiana, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, or Virginia for payroll processing.

Mobena: Frontend Engineer

Job description
Headquarters: New York, NY
URL: https://mobena.co/
Mobena is a three-person, remote-first startup building the “evolution” of multi-generational tax/estate planning software, targeting the advisors of America’s 2 million wealthiest families. We’re currently hiring our first dedicated UI Engineer to “own” the frontend of our flagship product, Mobena Evolution, for which we have little to no frontend code. You’ll work directly with our backend/algorithm-focused CTO, as well as our designer-founder, to turn evolving Figma concepts into fast, maintainable, and scalable user interfaces.
What You’ll Do
Choose and justify the frameworks and tools that best fit our needs.
We have some holdover prototype code in Vite JS, but you can take it or leave it; all of our Figma concepts are new.
The backend is a standard HTTP API. We are open to everything from established web stacks (React, Angular, Svelte, Vite) to cross-platform or native solutions (Qt, WASM, .NET MAUI, Tauri, Electron, Tk)—literally anything, if you can convince us it’s the right choice.
Build our UI from the ground up, establishing clear, maintainable patterns for components, state management, styling, testing, performance, and accessibility.
Collaborate to refine and sometimes re-frame existing screen designs in Figma.
Connect the frontend to our APIs (REST, GraphQL, or similar).
Lay groundwork for future mobile clients; however, experience in this regard is a plus rather than a requirement.
About You
You’ve shipped an interactive application—web, desktop, or mobile—via coursework, open source, side project or professional work.
You care about usability and design quality. (That is, you care about the user.)
You learn by doing: building things rather than sitting in committee.
You are happy to say I don’t know. We try to cultivate “beginner’s mind” at Mobena—it helps us avoid conventional traps and groupthink. The first step of thinking like a beginner is acknowledging your own ignorance! 😊
You can defend your technical choices in clear English, and can take credit for your successes as well your mistakes.
You are comfortable in an early-stage, collaborative environment.

About the Role
Clipboard Health is looking for highly motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our team as B2B Support Specialists (HCF Agents). This is not a traditional call center role—you will be the frontline account manager for our most valuable business clients: healthcare facilities (HCFs). Your job is to proactively solve client issues, prevent churn, and ensure a seamless experience for our customers.
We don’t measure success by any 1-2 metric scores alone—we care about whether you truly solve problems and help our business customers succeed.
What You’ll Do
✅ Own and resolve customer issues end-to-end – Act as the primary support contact for healthcare facilities, handling phone calls and emails with urgency and precision.✅ Prevent churn & drive retention – Identify potential issues before they escalate and work closely with internal teams to retain customers.✅ Engage in real-time problem-solving – Handle at least 30 calls and 15 email tickets daily, ensuring that each customer interaction results in a real solution, not just a quick fix.✅ Work independently in a fast-paced environment – We seek self-starters who can think on their feet and don’t require micromanagement.
What We Look For
Customer-Centric Mindset – You genuinely care about helping customers and take ownership of their problems. Strong Communication Skills – Clear, professional English (both spoken and written) is critical for success in this role. Proactive Problem-Solving – You don’t just follow scripts—you think critically and find long-term solutions for customers. High Accountability – We value people who hold themselves to high standards and consistently deliver results.
Who Can Apply?
Experience Level: Open to candidates of all experience levels—what matters most is your ability to handle business customers professionally and solve problems effectively. Education: No specific degree required—we care about what you can do, not just what’s on your résumé.
Why Join Clipboard Health?
✅ 100% Remote – Always. Work from anywhere in the world.✅ Fast-Paced Startup Environment. Join a company that values curiosity, independence, and growth.✅ A Hiring Process That Rewards Skills, Not Just Experience. Every applicant gets a fair shot—our selection is based on real-world problem-solving ability, not just credentials.
Next Steps After Application:
The application form also includes basic customer support skill-based questions. Getting any of these questions wrong will result in automatic rejection—these assess your ability to handle real client situations.
If you pass the initial screening, you will receive an email with case study instructions within 2-3 days.
Check your spam folder! If you don’t see the email, make sure it hasn’t been filtered.
System Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have:✅ A reliable laptop/desktop (no Chromebooks or Linux OS).✅ Minimum 20 Mbps wired internet connection.✅ Wired headset for clear communication.✅ A quiet, distraction-free workspace.✅ Stable power and internet connectivity.

Location not specified 📅
Published
Job description
Headquarters: Boulder, CO
URL: https://newlawbusinessmodel.com
For over 10 years, New Law Business Model (NLBM) has been on a mission to liberate lawyers from outdated, soul-crushing practice models. We provide the heart-centered framework—Life & Legacy Planning®—and the high-octane membership products required to build thriving, relational firms. With a community of 800+ Personal Family Lawyer® firms nationwide, we leverage elite AI and automation to amplify humanity, delivering the practical education, tools, and "done-for-you" systems lawyers need to reclaim their time and build a lasting legacy. We obsess over real-world outcomes, not just vibes, to ensure our members move from survival mode to true flourishing.
The Mission
This Solutions Engineer role independently troubleshoots, maintains, and improves the technology and systems that power Accelerator. You’ll investigate complex technical problems, determine root causes, test and implement solutions, document the work, explain technical concepts clearly, and help create repeatable solutions that reduce recurring issues over time.
You are a systems navigator, technical troubleshooter, educator, and client advocate who gets the details right while meeting overwhelmed users with patience and clarity.
This role requires ownership, curiosity, patience, and a genuine desire to help people succeed—not simply close tickets.
Job requirements
What You’ll Do
Pillar 1: Member Support, Troubleshooting & Education
Own complex technical troubleshooting from discovery through resolution, including root-cause analysis, testing, implementation, documentation, and follow-through.
Meet members where they are technically, turning complex issues into clear, approachable guidance through Loom, email, phone, or whatever channel works best.
Help members understand not just what to do, but why it matters, so they feel confident handling similar situations in the future; coordinate with external partners and maintain full accountability through resolution.
Pillar 2: Accelerator Platform & Systems Operations
Administer and support the Accelerator technology environment across GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Asana, and connected systems, including the relationships between HubSpot firms, orders, contracts, Asana implementation projects, and Accelerator member accounts.
Complete approved account builds, updates, pauses, reactivations, migrations, and technical closeout tasks while troubleshooting workflows, pipelines, calendars, forms, permissions, and settings.
Investigate deliverability, phone/SMS, domains, DNS, integrations, and data issues; maintain accurate records and provide bounded support for related legacy platforms as assigned.
Pillar 3: Quality Assurance, Integrations & AI-Assisted Work
Use AI thoughtfully and approved integration tools to investigate issues, interpret errors, and complete member requests.
Verify recommendations and changes against actual system settings, reliable documentation, and realistic test scenarios.
Investigate APIs, webhooks, authentication, logs, and field mappings; coordinate complex development needs, document results and limitations, and protect confidential member information.
Pillar 4: Documentation, Knowledge Sharing & Improvement
Learn, document, and progressively take ownership of recurring technical processes.
Document technical knowledge so teammates can work confidently and apply repeatable solutions.
Identify patterns across recurring technical issues and recommend repeatable fixes, documentation, automation, or product improvements.
What Success Looks Like
Members receive accurate solutions, timely updates, clear next steps, and greater confidence using the technology that supports their firms.
Technical requests are handled with strong ownership and reliable follow-through, while changes are tested, reviewed, documented, and implemented thoughtfully.
Recurring issues lead to better instructions, reusable solutions, or system improvements that teammates can access and apply confidently; you identify problems early and help move members from frustration to forward momentum.
Who You Are
You have hands-on experience administering and troubleshooting GoHighLevel and HubSpot across multiple accounts, including workflows, order forms, contracts, client records, and support tickets.
You understand workflows, pipelines, snapshots, calendars, forms, permissions, account configuration, and the dependencies between shared systems and firm-specific customizations.
You are a patient, compassionate teacher who explains technical concepts in plain language and can guide clients through solutions over Loom or Zoom.
You understand APIs, webhooks, authentication, JSON, logs, data mapping, email, phone/SMS, DNS, and calendar integrations; you use AI responsibly, document as you go, share knowledge, and own follow-through.
Helpful additional experience includes law-firm or professional-services operations, estate planning, Keap, Lawmatics, Make, Zapier, n8n, data migrations, reconciliation, or light JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python.
Compensation & Benefits
Position Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt (W2) 40 Hours / Week
Hourly Base Wage: Pay Rate: $40.87–$45.67 ($85,000 – $95,000 / annualized)

Work Schedule & Compliance: Requires minimum (4) hours core schedule to overlap with Pacific Time (e.g., 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM PT)
Why Join NLBM?
100% Remote Work at a Profitable, Growing Company
Recession-Proof Industry, Product, and Audience
Comprehensive Benefits Package (Health, Dental, Vision)
401K Retirement Program
Flexible Paid Time Off
Opportunities for Career Growth and Leadership Development
Be Part of a Mission-Driven Company Transforming the Legal Industry

About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we're building the delivery of (almost) everything and you'll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn't always easy, but it's definitely exciting. Here you'll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You'll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you're a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
Wolt is one of Europe's fastest-growing tech companies, on a mission to make cities better places to live by building a platform that connects people with the best of their neighborhoods—whether it's food, groceries, or retail. Operating in over 25 countries, Wolt's success is driven by a deep focus on customer experience, local relevance, and a culture that empowers people to take ownership and make an impact.
In Germany, our marketing team is made up of talented, passionate and impact-driven professionals working across brand, growth, retention, and partnerships marketing. This role, Regional Restaurant Marketing Manager, offers a unique opportunity to shape Wolt's restaurant marketing strategy across West Germany. With a strong focus on local market insight and partner collaboration, you'll develop tailored marketing plans that drive visibility and growth for our key restaurant partners in cities such as Cologne, Düsseldorf, and Dortmund.
What you'll be doing
Location: Cologne Office (with regular travel to West Germany), with regular visits to Berlin HQ.
As a Regional Marketing Manager for Restaurants, you'll be at the forefront of strengthening Wolt's brand and commercial success by building impactful, on-the-ground restaurant marketing strategies tailored to the gastronomy scene in West Germany. Your focus will be on activating our key SMB Restaurant Partners in cities like Cologne, Düsseldorf, and Dortmund and beyond - bringing them visibility, growth, and customer engagement on the Wolt platform.
This is a unique, hybrid role combining strategic marketing skills with a hands-on, partner-facing approach, ideally suited for someone who thrives at the intersection of local food culture, creative marketing, and commercial collaboration.
Day-to-day in this role, you'll:
Local Market Strategy & Partner Activation
Develop and execute tailored restaurant marketing strategies across cities in West Germany, based on your local market expertise.
Identify and capitalize on hyper-local marketing opportunities (e.g. city festivals, seasonal events, cultural moments).
Build and leverage existing relationships with top-tier restaurant partners in the region to co-create exciting marketing activations.
Hands-On Campaign Execution
Activate restaurant partners through on-the-ground support - from campaign planning to execution - to drive customer demand and visibility.
Execute 360 marketing plans, including advertising across various channels (paid, owned, earned), promotions, and co-branded initiatives.
Collaborate closely with the local Berlin-based Marketing team and our agencies to adapt national strategies into localized initiatives.
Manage regional/ partner marketing budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and adherence to financial targets.
Partner Relationship Management
Act as a trusted marketing advisor to key restaurant partners, helping them understand and use Wolt's marketing tools effectively.
Closely collaborate with account management and local sales teams to align on priorities, performance goals, and joint marketing opportunities.
Performance Reporting, Data Analysis & Insights:
Track, analyze, optimize and report on marketing performance metrics at the regional and partner level.
Use data-based insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve return on investment (ROI).
Provide feedback from the field to continuously improve and shape local marketing strategies.
Our humble expectations
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, with 6-8 years of marketing experience and a proven track record in campaign execution and partner collaboration.
Strong ties to the gastronomy scene in West Germany are definitely a plus - whether through previous roles in food-tech, e-commerce/market place, hospitality, FMCG, or lifestyle/urban marketing.
Strategic thinking and results-oriented mindset.
Hands-on attitude: You are comfortable rolling up your sleeves and moving from strategy to execution—whether coordinating a photo shoot at a restaurant, setting up a pop-up activation, or meeting partners face-to-face to bring a campaign to life.
Bonus: Previous experience in sales or account management is a strong plus.
Native German speaking & business fluent in English
Compliance awareness and adaptability in a dynamic marketing landscape.
Willingness to travel regularly in West Germany, and visiting Berlin HQ on a monthly basis.
What we offer
Exciting Challenges: You'll be at the forefront of building the new vertical strategy at Wolt and creating marketing strategies for our partners, facing dynamic and engaging challenges in a fast-paced environment.
