Jersey Watch: Sales & Customer Growth Lead
Company
Company not specified
📍
Location not specified 📅
Published
Job description
Headquarters: Cincinnati, Ohio, United States
URL: https://www.jerseywatch.com/
Jersey Watch is looking for an experienced sales professional who is ready for their next opportunity.
My name is Tim, Cofounder/CEO at Jersey Watch. I'm looking for a new team member to join our company and lead the front lines of new customer growth. You'll be the first sales rep at our company and have lots of autonomy and responsibility.
About Jersey Watch
Jersey Watch is the all-in-one software platform built specifically for youth sports organizations. Thousands of volunteer-run leagues and clubs across the country use Jersey Watch to manage their website, registration, payments, schedules, and communication — all in one place.
We're a small (you'll be our 10th full-time team member), remote-first team that ships product fast, talks to customers daily, and takes product-led growth seriously. Most of our new organizations discover Jersey Watch, try it, and get up and running on their own. This role will exist to help customers convert faster and educate customers throughout the sales funnel from discovery to close. Learn more about our company at www.jerseywatch.com
The Role
As our Customer Growth Lead, you'll be the human behind our self-serve product. You'll work the top, middle, and bottom of the funnel to help ICP prospects understand how Jersey Watch fits their organization, get them to the "aha" moment quickly, and convert them into long-term paying customers.
Because our product is self-serve, the line between Sales and Customer Care is blurry. You'll spend most of your time selling to new customers, but you'll partner daily with our Customer Care team to make sure new organizations are set up for success, and you'll occasionally step in to help onboard or troubleshoot for customers you brought in. This is a great launching pad for anyone who wants to build a career in sales and leadership. We expect our sales team to grow over the next several years, and we want this person to recruit and lead future team members.
What You'll Do
Own inbound sales. Work trial signups, demo requests, and email inquiries. Run discovery calls and product walkthroughs with league administrators, coaches, and club directors.
Develop relationships with a wide variety of volunteer sports administrators in the US & Canada.
Source, create, and close new customers through outbound campaigns. You'll work with company leadership to start new outbound initiatives for our company. Finding lead lists, creating outbound email campaigns, and signing up new customers.
Convert self-serve users. Proactively reach out to active trial accounts, identify organizations most likely to convert, and guide them through registration setup, payment configuration, and go-live.
Sell consultatively. Understand each organization's structure (rec leagues, travel clubs, multi-sport associations) and map Jersey Watch's capabilities to their season timeline and pain points.
Partner with Customer Care. Collaborate daily with our Customer Care team on handoffs, escalations, and shared accounts. Step in to help your customers when they need a hand early in their lifecycle.
Feed the product loop. Surface recurring objections, feature gaps, and friction points to our product and marketing teams so we can continuously sharpen our PLG motion.
Keep your house in order. Maintain clean pipeline hygiene in our CRM, track activity, and hit weekly and monthly activity and customer targets.
Help shape the playbook. As the first member of our sales team, your voice will directly influence our scripts, sequences, pricing conversations, and Sales-to-Customer Care handoff process.
Why Jersey Watch
Real impact. You're selling software that gives volunteers their time back and makes youth sports run better. You'll feel that every week in the stories customers share.
Remote-first. Work from anywhere in the U.S. with flexible hours and a team that trusts you to get it done.
Growth path. This role is the first sales position at our company and will provide lots of potential for upward mobility in the short and long term.
Small team, big ownership. You'll help shape how we sell, not just execute a script.
Benefits. Competitive base + commission, health coverage, paid time off, and coworking stipend.
Requirements
Who You Are
Naturally curious and a strong listener.
Comfortable on the phone, on Google Meet, and over email. You write clearly and you're not afraid to pick up the phone.
Organized and self-directed. You can manage your own pipeline in a remote environment without someone looking over your shoulder.
Empathetic and patient. Our customers are volunteers juggling day jobs, families, and kids' schedules. You meet them where they are.
Coachable. You want feedback, act on it, and share what you learn with the team.
Strong fit with our company values. Learn more on www.jerseywatch.com/about
2+ years working in sales and the ability to hit the ground running within the first few months.
US Based
Bonus Points For
Experience in youth sports as a player, coach, referee, board member, or parent volunteer.
Previous internship or role in sales, customer success, SDR/BDR, retail, or hospitality.
Familiarity with product-led growth and self-serve SaaS products.
Benefits
Medical / Dental / Vision Insurance
Retirement benefits (100% match up to 3%)
Equipment (Macbook Air and accessories)
Twice annual team trips for team building, fun, and goal setting (past locations include Austin, Boulder, Boston and Miami)
Monthly coworking stipend

King Edward First: Creative Lead, Paid Social
Company
Company not specified
📍
Location not specified 📅
Published
Job description
Headquarters: Los Angeles
URL: http://king-edward.com
THE ROLE
You'll lead creative strategy and account management on a growing portfolio of paid social accounts (Meta primarily, some TikTok). Mix of B2C and B2B: you need to be strong on both. You'll:
Own creative strategy from ICP research through brief through iteration
Lead client relationships on most of your accounts
Manage vendor production (designers, video editors, voice talent)
Translate Meta and TikTok performance into client-facing narratives
Build creative systems we can scale
You'll work alongside our paid social media buyer, who runs campaign optimization and execution. You don't need to teach him the platform. You do need to engage with him on what's working and why.
You'll report to the founder.
WHAT WE EXPECT
You operate autonomously. You take a problem, you come back with a solution. You ship to standard without being chased. You catch your own mistakes before clients do.
If you need a manager to set your priorities or review your drafts, this isn't the role.
WHO YOU ARE
Track record of US-targeted paid social creative that performed (not just looked good), across both B2C and B2B
Native or near-native US English. Most of our clients are US-targeted and the work has to land.
Comfortable in client meetings as the senior voice in the room
Have owned creative on accounts end-to-end, not just executed pieces under someone else's lead
Have run vendor production: written briefs, given revisions, shipped final assets
AI-fluent in your daily workflow
Able to hold real conversations about Meta and TikTok mechanics. You don't need to be the deepest technical voice; you need to keep up.
HOW THIS WORKS
Part-time, remote
Hourly: $50 to $80 per hour depending on experience
Targeting $2,500 to $4,000 per month to start as we calibrate scope and hours together
Hiring for a long-term relationship. As KEF and your book grow, this role grows: more hours, expanded scope, bonus structure tied to client retention and growth, with a path to full-time based on fit and interest

Solé Bicycles: Head of Marketing
Company
Company not specified
📍
Location not specified 📅
Published
Job description
Headquarters: Venice Beach, California
URL: https://solebicycles.com
About the Role:
We’re seeking a hands-on, operationally minded marketing manager to own the day-to-day execution and performance of marketing across all of Solé’s channels—Online Sales, Retail Sales, & Corporate / B2B Sales. You’ll build the repeatable systems behind every marketing motion, run cold outreach for new partnerships and initiatives, manage our paid media and creative resources, and be accountable for marketing-driven revenue growth across the entire business.
This is a fully remote position, but you must be available during Pacific Standard Time (PST) business hours.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own the overall marketing calendar and execution across all four channels (Direct Web, Venice Retail, Encinitas Retail, Corporate), ensuring alignment with company goals, brand direction, and revenue targets.
• Build and run the repeatable marketing systems behind every recurring motion—weekly Solé Saturdays sends, monthly retail features, corporate outreach cadences, ambassador touchpoints—with documented SOPs so nothing slips.
• Oversee and manage the performance of our paid media resources (Meta, Google Ads), providing strategic input, reviewing performance, and identifying opportunities to scale efficiently.
• Lead and optimize email and SMS marketing via Klaviyo, including automated flows, campaigns, segmentation, and channel-specific reporting (Direct Web, Venice, Encinitas, Corporate, Ambassador).
• Run cold outreach for marketing initiatives—partnership prospecting for hotel groups, multifamily property managers, corporate gifting buyers, ambassadors, influencers, press, and co-marketing partners. Build the lists, write the sequences, manage follow-up.
• Coordinate retail marketing for our Venice Beach and Encinitas stores—launch calendars, in-store events, local marketing, assets, signage, and customer comms.
• Support corporate / B2B marketing through targeted campaigns, hospitality fleet outreach, and B2B amenity program marketing in partnership with our Head of Sales.
• Monitor and analyze performance data using Shopify, GA4, Windsor.ai, and Klaviyo, and translate insights into actionable strategy. Build weekly channel-level dashboards.
• Coordinate with creative resources (or create assets if capable) to ensure campaigns are visually compelling and on-brand across web, email, paid, retail, and corporate.
• Manage merchandising updates, collection launches, and on-site content for solebicycles.com.
• Lead weekly performance reviews and align with the CEO and leadership team on KPIs, channel priorities, and strategy.
• Tackle new marketing projects and tests—when leadership says “we should try X,” you scope it, set it up, run the test, and report back.
• Collaborate in a remote environment via Slack and other internal tools.
Qualifications:
• 3+ years in a full-stack marketing, marketing ops, or growth role, ideally with a DTC, e-commerce, or omnichannel lifestyle brand.
• Proven experience managing external paid media teams or agencies, with a focus on performance metrics like ROAS, CAC, and LTV.
• Multi-channel mindset—comfortable juggling DTC, retail, and B2B audiences with different goals and cadences. You don’t let one channel starve while you over-invest in another.
• Strong outbound DNA—you can write a cold email that gets a reply, build a prospect list quickly, and run an outreach sequence end-to-end without hand-holding.
• Process-builder mentality—you document what you do, build checklists, and create SOPs so the marketing function gets more repeatable, not more dependent on you.
• Hands-on experience with:
◦ Klaviyo (email + SMS, campaigns and flows)
◦ Shopify (eCommerce)
◦ Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads
◦ GA4 (analytics)
◦ Slack (internal comms)
◦ Bonus: Windsor.ai or similar reporting platforms, CRM/outreach tools (HubSpot, Apollo, Instantly)
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to drive execution across multiple digital and offline channels.
• Numerate—you can pull data, build a simple report, and make a defensible recommendation without needing an analyst.
• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Preferred: Graphic design experience or background managing creative teams. Bonus for genuine affinity for the Solé brand, bikes, or beach/lifestyle culture.
To Apply:
Please submit the following to the email provided above:
1. Resume (Required)
2. Portfolio (if available)
3. Loom Video (Required) – In your Loom video (3–5 minutes), please address the following:
◦ Introduce yourself and your background. Why are you a strong fit for this role and Solé Bicycles?
◦ Tell us about the brands or businesses where you’ve led or operated marketing. What did you own, and what results did you help drive?
◦ Share one campaign, system, or outreach motion you built and ran end-to-end that you’re most proud of. What was the goal, how did you execute it, and what impact did it have?
◦ Describe your experience with AI tools in your marketing workflow. How have you used AI to improve efficiency, generate creative ideas, or optimize performance?
◦ What is your experience with graphic design tools or creative development? Have you personally created assets, or worked closely with a creative team? Please give examples.
◦ State your compensation expectations. Please provide your ideal monthly or annual compensation range for this role.
Why Join Solé?
Solé Bicycles is more than a bike company—it’s a Venice, California lifestyle brand built on design, adventure, and culture. We’re in active growth mode with strong outsourced leadership in place across Operations, Finance, and Sales, and we’re hiring the marketing operator who will help scale it. You’ll work directly with the CEO, have real autonomy to build and ship, and see your work translate immediately into revenue across web, retail, and B2B. We’re lean, entrepreneurial, and obsessed with quality—from our products to our customer experience.

We are looking for a sharp, systems-minded professional who thrives on keeping a fast-moving agency engine running. You are the "source of truth" for our internal teams—someone who doesn’t just track tasks but owns the flow of work across Marketing, Seller Ops, and Creative. You are not an order-taker; you are an accountability partner who ensures nothing slips through the cracks, holding everyone from Analysts to Directors to their commitments.
If you are a systems thinker who "speaks" Amazon (ACoS, Buy Box, Brand Registry), masters ClickUp, and takes pride in running a tight, async operation, this is the role for you. We are a U.S.-based e-commerce consultancy where our Delivery Managers are the backbone of our execution. You are proactive, comfortable "managing up," and expert at turning complex discussions into clear, actionable SOPs and workflows.
We are selective about who joins our team, and our hiring process reflects that. We want people who follow through, pay attention, and take initiative—starting with how they apply.

Vinculum is a U.S.-based Amazon agency hiring an Amazon Delivery Manager to keep our Marketing, Seller Operations, and Creative teams executing on time and on standard. If you have or had hands-on experience in Amazon advertising or seller operations, then you’re a fit. If you love building systems that make teams run better, we’d love to have you apply for this role.A few things to know up front:
This is an internal project coordination role, not a client-facing one
This is not a hands-on-keyboard PPC or seller ops role.
You won’t be running campaigns or fixing listings yourself.
What you will do is coordinate the people who do, and that *requires* being conversational in core Amazon concepts so you can follow the work and keep it moving.Concepts you should be comfortable with, for example:
ACoS, TACoS, Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands
A+ Content, Brand Registry, Brand Store
Buy Box, listing health, account health, Seller Central
What you’ll own:
ClickUp as the source of truth across all delivery teams
Internal meetings, agendas, and follow-through

This is a full time remote position and we're looking for someone who can work 9am to 6pm EST.
You know that the best way to answer customer questions is to start from a solid knowledge base, so you’ll get to know and navigate Breezy inside-out and top-to-bottom.
Since you know it all (and you will!), you'll be helping our customers achieve their goals inside Breezy the majority of the day. You'll be walking them through processes and minor hiccups with patience and a sense of humor, but …
You know enough to know when you just don’t know. Then it'll be your job to escalate issues further up our little chain of command, or reach out to other teammates for help. You'll recognize when a customer might be a good fit for a demo, or might need some extra tech attention to get their problems solved.
You'll be tracking your support metrics and hitting (um, blowing past?) goals we set for our customer success team – these are numbers like response time and customer satisfaction (but you can handle that, right?).
You'll be on the front line, so we expect you to keep eyes out for trends in common issues, and help us develop training programs for future customers.
About You
This isn't your first rodeo – you should have some experience making customers happy as a primary job function.
You're enthusiastic and comfy around technology, the SaaS space, and/or recruiting and human resources (if you've got a soft spot for Trello and Intercom, that wouldn't hurt!)
You're even-tempered (dare we say … breezy?), but not passive. We want you to see problems or projects and tackle them head on, but we need you to be kind and professional about it.
About Breezy HR
Breezy is a web-based, end-to-end recruiting platform and applicant tracking system to help teams attract & hire great employees with less effort.
Grrrrreat benefits.
Inside, we're a small, agile team chock-full of awesomeness and we're growing fast.
Working here is completely unlike anything you'll find in Jacksonville or anywhere in the country... in a very good way. You'll love it.

Staff Software Engineer (Magic Containers)
Magic Containers is bunny.net’s edge-native platform for running containerized applications. It’s fast, flexible, and free from traditional cloud complexity. No Kubernetes. No YAML jungles. Just a simple, powerful way to deploy and scale apps globally with minimal setup.
It’s already running in production, powering real workloads, and we’re ready to take it further.
As a Staff Software Engineer, you’ll help evolve a platform that’s built for developers, with great DX, simple operations, and rock-solid reliability. You’ll work fast, ship often, and have a real voice in shaping the future of how containers run at the edge.
You’re a technical leader who shapes how we build at scale. You solve problems that cross teams, connect technical and business strategy, and make others better through influence, clarity, and mentorship. You set direction, not just follow it. And you leave every system and team stronger than you found them.
You won’t do it alone. You’ll work with people who challenge what’s possible and take pride in doing things well.
If this sounds like the kind of infrastructure you’d want to help others build with, we’d love to hear from you.
What will you do?
Build and evolve the core of our edge-native container platform - Magic Containers and shape how developers build at the edge
Multiply your impact by setting standards, mentoring engineers, and improving both code quality and team-wide knowledge
Proactively spot opportunities to improve the platform, processes, or developer experience and drive those improvements end-to-end
Lead cross-team efforts, whether it’s scaling orchestration systems, improving global observability, or driving company-wide migrations and technology shifts
Align technical direction across teams by collaborating on specs, guiding architecture, and connecting engineering decisions to business goals
Debug and resolve complex production issues, including those reported by customers
Own outcomes end to end: not just shipping features, but delivering systems that solve real customer problems at scale
Set a high bar for what great looks like in code quality, system design, and how we support what we build in production
What will you bring?
5+ years of experience with C# or a strong willingness to switch to it
Deep understanding of containers (cgroups, namespaces, runtimes) and how they work under the hood
Proven experience building and operating distributed systems across global infrastructure, especially those designed for global scale, low latency, or edge environments
Strong Linux systems knowledge and comfort working close to the OS
Solid grasp of networking fundamentals, including routing protocols, load balancing strategies, and distributed traffic patterns
Familiarity with time-series or analytical databases like ClickHouse or InfluxDB
Sharp debugging skills and the ability to diagnose complex production issues
Experience leading cross-team or company-wide technical initiatives, guiding architecture, and mentoring engineers
Understanding of observability best practices: including logging, metrics, and health monitoring for distributed systems
Clear, thoughtful communication: you write great docs, explain trade-offs, and build alignment
A customer-first mindset focused on outcomes, long-term reliability, and continuous improvement
A desire to help others grow and a habit of leading by example in how you write and review code
What will make us extra happy?
High-level understanding of Anycast: how it works, and how it impacts global routing, performance, and failover
You’ve worked on sandboxing or container security (e.g. gVisor, Kata Containers)
You’ve improved developer experience or infrastructure usability at scale
Familiarity with message brokers like RabbitMQ or Kafka
Hands-on with Redis, etcd, or other distributed key-value stores
You've used bunny.net products or have experience with edge compute/CDN platforms
You contribute to open source or share knowledge publicly (talks, posts, docs)
You care deeply about developer experience and are thoughtful about the systems you design
You bring curiosity, care, and energy to your work, and to the people around you
Not sure if you check every box?
That’s okay. We care more about how you think and what you’ve built than perfect credentials. If this work sounds exciting and you're ready to grow, we want to hear from you.
Where should you be located?
This job is fully remote from Europe (ideally CET or close time zone) with a flexible schedule, to make our collaboration easier. You’re still free to hop around the world and switch up your scenery whenever you want.
What's in it for you?
