Trust Based Mobility: Video Editing Specialist (Direct-Response / AI Video Editor)
Company

📍
Location not specified 📅
Published
Job description
Headquarters: United States
URL: https://eddieron.com
Trust Based Mobility is a performance-driven health and wellness brand that helps people move better, feel better, and regain confidence in their bodies. We produce high-volume direct-response video content for paid social and organic channels, and we're building a team of rockstar editors to help us ship 100+ video assets per week without sacrificing quality, speed, or storytelling.
This is not a slow, academic editing role. It's a high-output creative role for a fast, organized, performance-minded editor who can turn raw ideas, scripts, AI-generated footage, voiceovers, hooks, and direct-response frameworks into ads that feel native, polished, and conversion-focused. You'll work closely with the Head of Performance Creative.
Compensation is paid in USD: $1,500 to $3,000 per month base depending on experience, plus bonus potential up to $4,000 per month for A+ performance. This is a 1099 contractor, fully remote role. It begins with a 60-day paid trial, after which successful candidates become eligible for bonus compensation and paid time off. Our team runs on PST and we require at least 4 hours of daily overlap.
What you'll do: edit and assemble performance-focused video ads for paid social and other growth channels; work from creative briefs, scripts, raw footage, AI-generated clips, voiceovers, and brand guidelines; build strong hooks, maintain pacing, and add accurate captions with no grammar mistakes; select music and sound effects, incorporate B-roll and AI-generated footage, and ensure every asset feels cohesive from hook to CTA; and maintain a clean editing workflow, meet deadlines, and communicate proactively.
Required: fluent in at least one major editing workflow (Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or comparable); fluent, near-native English is mandatory, with accurate captions and comfort on team calls; AI-capable, able to build full AI-generated video ads using tools and models such as Veo 3, Kling 3.0, Seedance, and similar; comfortable creating voiceovers with tools like ElevenLabs and stitching AI scenes, voiceover, subtitles, graphics, and music into one harmonious edit; a solid understanding of direct-response video (hooks, pacing, captions, CTAs); e-commerce, direct-to-consumer, or digital product editing experience strongly preferred (not generic dropshipping content); and a clear, organized portfolio with playable video links.
Nice to have: familiarity with project management tools like Notion, Monday.com, or ClickUp and Slack, plus an understanding of performance creative testing, Meta ads, TikTok-style pacing, and UGC structures. To apply, include a link to your portfolio with playable video links. Applications with broken links, unplayable files, or no portfolio will not be considered.

Nuuly: Nuuly Senior Software Engineer
Company

Location not specified 📅
Published
Job description
Headquarters: Philadelphia, PA
URL: https://www.nuuly.com/
Nuuly is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to join our Technology team. Building performant scalable cloud service environments is hard. Nuuly knows this firsthand, having built a cloud-based microservices platform from the ground up to power our online customer experience and drive the logistics and processing of our garment distribution centers. We're looking for a Senior Engineer with the initiative and expertise to help mature this platform into a stable, scalable, and robust backbone for launching the next wave of Nuuly innovations.
You'll need strong experience designing and building microservices backed by relational and non-relational databases. Solid confidence with JVM-based tools such as Kotlin, Spring, and data persistence with Postgres and other database technologies. You’ll also need a reasonable amount of aptitude in designing and integrating Kubernetes services with cloud-based platform APIs such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AWS, or Azure focused on driving toward zero-downtime deployments.
As a Senior Engineer, you'll bring experience that extends beyond personal code contribution: leading design for moderately complex features, driving communication between teams, providing critical feedback, coordinating with others, and providing mentorship as needed. You'll participate in incident response and post-mortem processes to improve system reliability. You should be adept at picking up new technologies and patterns and comfortable discussing and debating the pros and cons of various approaches. Most of all, you should be ready and willing to tackle new challenges with a supportive team of creative and hard-working professionals.
Responsibilities:
Producing architectural proposals and engaging in discussions and decision-making for new features and platform evolution
Collaborating with the product team to design solutions for stakeholder features and inform product decisions through technical feasibility analysis
Mentoring junior engineers through code review, pair programming, and design discussions
Delivering the whole lifecycle of deployable features: design, code, testing, configuration, documentation, deployment, and support
Contributing to operational guidelines, system reliability practices, and post-mortem analysis for production incidents
Teaching and enforcing development methodologies while proactively identifying improvement opportunities in codebase, tooling, and processes
Collaborating with QA and Platform Engineering teams to test code and keep our integrated testing environments unblocked
Providing technical guidance to cross-functional teams on integration approaches and system constraints to deliver features and evolve our architecture
Qualifications:
5-7 years of software engineering experience with ~2 years of senior-level responsibilities such as taking ownership of designs or projects and working to coordinate work across teams
Operational knowledge of one or more server-side object-oriented programming languages (Java, Kotlin, Scala, or other JVM languages preferred; Python, Go, Node/TypeScript also considered)
Able to talk comfortably about microservices architecture, distributed system design, streaming data, messaging technologies, and database design patterns
Experience and enthusiasm for testing, test-driven development, and building reliable systems
Proficient with leveraging AI tools in day-to-day development tasks such as code generation, debugging, and documentation
Able to hit the ground running and quickly familiarize yourself with an existing codebase and toolset
Able to propose and walk through solutions in technical leadership discussions and communicate effectively across functional teams
Operational knowledge of Java, Kotlin, Scala, or other JVM languages (Python, Go, Node/TypeScript also considered)
Strong experience designing, building, and operating microservices architectures; expertise with RESTful APIs, HTTP protocols, and service integration patterns
Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or other major cloud providers (AWS, Azure); knowledge of container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
Hands-on experience with relational databases (Postgres, AlloyDB) and understanding of data modeling, query optimization, and schema evolution.
Understanding of distributed system design patterns, consistency models, and trade-offs in microservices architectures (e.g., Kafka, Spark, Storm , etc.)
AI/LLM Proficiency:
Practical experience using Large Language Models (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Windsurf, Copilot etc.) for work tasks
Understanding of prompt engineering and how to provide effective context to AI tools
Familiarity with structured AI guidance methods (system prompts, rules files, agent configurations)
Knowledge of AI tool integration concepts (MCP, connectors, agentic workflows)
Ability to identify opportunities where AI can drive efficiency improvements

Job description
Headquarters: Canada
URL: http://redspace.com
DescriptionAbout REDspaceAt REDspace (REDspace.com) we’re a team of passionate innovators building cutting-edge software that powers some of the world’s leading brands. From video delivery and streaming to Adtech, cloud engineering, learning platforms, and custom web development, we help businesses solve complex problems and bring big ideas to life. Our clients include industry giants like Apple, Paramount, IBM, and Sony Pictures Television. We’re proud of the culture we’ve built; collaborative, curious, and people-focused. We support each other, celebrate wins, and never stop learning. If that sounds like your kind of team, we’d love to hear from you. Senior Software Developer - Ad TechWe’re looking for an experienced Senior Software Developer to own the architecture of the systems inside our advertising organization and to help set our technical direction, not just execute it. You’ll influence the foundational decisions about how our ad systems are built and how they scale, step into complex implementations to stabilize and simplify them, and turn early client relationships into trusted partnerships through technical work that holds up.Our teams build the systems behind more than 10 billion ad requests a day for high-traffic media & entertainment and news publishers – this is a demanding, hands-on role. You should have enough range across the advertising domain to architect across it, the depth to be the person other developers come to when performance and reliability are on the line, and the ability to move fluidly between a deep technical conversation with developers and a strategic one with product, bringing everyone along.Scope of Impact & Autonomy:Your solutions are designed to have a positive impact on the entire advertising organization and the broader developer group, not just a single project. You own architecture decisions that are difficult or expensive to reverse, and you’re trusted to make them. You advise Directors and leadership on technical strategy, privacy and data-handling frameworks, and where we invest.RequirementsPrimary Responsibilities:Own the architecture. Design, build, and evolve the systems behind our ad stack. High-throughput, low-latency services where performance and reliability are the job, not an afterthought.Set technical direction. Influence the foundational decisions about how our ad systems are built and how they scale. Help set the direction, not just deliver against it.Untangle the hard problems. Lead the resolution of the messiest issues; real-time bidding bottlenecks, data synchronization drops, broken platform integrations and provide the breakthrough on work that has stalled for weeks.Partner with product. Work directly with advertising product owners to shape what gets built. Explain tradeoffs clearly, push back when something doesn’t add up, and propose alternatives – steering product thinking rather than just taking requirements and shipping them.Set the standard. Mentor developers, define what developer excellence looks like in practice, and hold the bar on code review and documentation.Advise leadership. Partner with our leadership team on long-term technical strategy and on the privacy and data-handling frameworks that govern how we work.Technical Expectations:Deep, hands-on experience across the advertising domain — OpenRTB and Pre-bid, server-side and header bidding, bidstream enrichment (identity, audience, content, and supply-chain signals), ad decisioning, SSP/DSP partners, and video/CTV delivery including server-side ad insertion. You may not have touched every one of these, but you should have enough range to architect across the domain.Strong programming and architecture fundamentals that carry across stacks. Our projects span languages and platforms. We care less about any single technology than about your ability to apply solid fundamentals to whatever a project needs. The domain knowledge is the hard requirement; the language is not.Has built data pipelines and real-time systems at scale, and is fluent in the latency and throughput tradeoffs that come with billions of requests a day, including keeping enrichment and capture off the critical bid path. Can step into an unfamiliar architecture, find the systemic weaknesses, and simplify it.Anticipates major technical and regulatory shifts and factors them into architectural choices up front.Client Satisfaction & Business Value:The client views you as an extension of their own leadership team, trusting your deep understanding of advertising mechanics, and invites you into the "inner circle" of their strategic planning sessions, not just their backlog.Positions REDspace as a premier thought leader in the Ad Tech industry, where your presence on an account becomes a critical selling point for securing multi-million dollar media and technology contracts.Dramatically increases software business value by mediating between complex programmatic monetization goals and core engineering to balance technical perfection with commercial business constraints.BenefitsYour well-being:Fully company-funded health, vision, dental, EFAP, and life insurance coverage with access to virtual doctor visits via Maple.Pension plan contribution matching.A flexible Health Spending Account and/or Lifestyle Spending Account. Your career:A competitive compensation package, commensurate with experience.Weekly sharing sessions for projects and technology.Free access to a wide variety of training material, including access to Udemy Business.Team-oriented education strategy, which includes a professional development allowance.Consistent, frequent check-ins with leadership.Compensation:The expected salary range for this position is $130,000-$175,000 CAD. (Final placement within the range is at the discretion of the hiring manager, based on relevant experience).Vacancy Status:This is a posting for an existing vacancy on our Web Development Team.AI & Automated Screening Disclosure:We use Workable to help manage our hiring process. This includes automated screening questions to confirm basic eligibility and AI-enabled tools to assist our team in reviewing applications. All final hiring decisions are made by a human recruiter. Our commitment to diversityAt REDspace, we believe that diverse backgrounds, talents, skills, experiences, and perspectives strengthen our business and enrich the communities in which we work and live. Remote (Eastern Time Zone hours), Full-time
Jobtable builds software for contractors and trades businesses: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing, general contractors. We're working toward being the standard software for more than 100,000 contractors across North America. Small team, fully remote, bootstrapped.
This is a cold-calling role. You'll work leads we've already built through targeted lead generation, pre-qualified, not cold lists pulled from nowhere. The job, day one: book demos with the right contractors, the ones who actually convert into paying customers. That means qualifying calls properly instead of chasing volume for its own sake. Base salary plus uncapped commission on closed deals, so your incentive lines up with quality from the start.
What you need to be good at this
You have to be a strong cold caller already. That's non-negotiable. You know how to read a contractor fast and adjust your energy to match theirs. You can handle an objection you've never heard before without freezing up. Trades guys will push back hard, talk over you, or hang up mid-sentence. Thin skin doesn't survive this job.
You have to know how contractors actually work. You don't need hands-on trade experience, but you need real familiarity with the terminology and the daily grind, and a sense of what a plumber's or an electrician's business actually looks like day to day. Talk to these people like an outsider reading a script and they'll clock it immediately.
You have to run a process without babysitting. That means a real follow-up cadence and clean CRM habits, tracked consistently without someone reminding you. You also need fluent spoken and written English, availability during Eastern Time Zone hours, a quiet space to work, reliable high-speed internet, and your own computer and headset.
One hard requirement
You need to actually use AI in how you work, daily, not as a talking point. A sales coach agent you built yourself, an AI tool for call prep or objection practice, something real and in use. If you don't have this already, that's a real gap for this role.
Where this goes
This starts as outbound and pipeline management, but it's built to grow. As you build real product knowledge (how Jobtable works, the technical side of the software, what problems it actually solves for contractors), you move into running demos yourself, then closing. Product knowledge is what separates a decent SDR from someone we build a real career here for. It's learnable. Wanting to learn it isn't optional.
Prior experience selling software or hands-on trade experience helps, but neither is required.
Base salary plus uncapped commission on closed deals. Paid time off. Fully remote.

Join the team as Twilio’s next Senior Principal, Technical Program Management within Research & Development (R&D).
About the job
Twilio is the world’s leading customer engagement platform empowering developers to build modern communication applications and experiences designed to be trusted, simple and smart. Twilio is looking for a Senior Principal Technical Program Manager to help direct a portfolio of strategic, complex, and multidisciplinary programs that significantly accelerate R&D's business impact. You'll set program strategy and lead program teams to successfully deliver business, operational, and technical improvements across Engineering & Product organizations.
As a trusted strategic advisor, you will play a critical role in driving alignment, setting priorities, and delivering high-impact programs that advance strategic initiatives. The Senior Principal, Technical Program Management is highly visible and requires a strong balance of strategic insight, execution excellence, and cross-functional leadership. You will navigate seamlessly between big-picture planning and hands-on delivery to ensure key initiatives move forward in a dynamic, scaled agile environment. You'll also be expected to adapt your program portfolio proactively in response to evolving business needs and organizational complexity. Your expertise in your domain areas is regarded as expert level and authoritative, both within R&D and across the company.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
Orchestrate the technical strategy and multi-year roadmap for high-impact, cross-organizational technical programs that define the future of Twilio’s platforms. You manage systemic complexity and high-stakes risk while serving as the primary technical point of contact for SVPs and executive leadership on mission-critical programs.
Architect the end-to-end execution framework, including global sequencing logic, multi-tier governance, architectural integration patterns, and enterprise-grade operational success metrics. You ensure the strategy accounts for technical debt retirement and long-term platform health, moving beyond a project plan to build a sustainable delivery engine.
Orchestrate Cross-Portfolio Alignment: Own the master execution roadmap for complex, interdependent product suites. You identify and resolve structural misalignment between engineering roadmaps, surfacing high-stakes tradeoffs and resource reallocations to executive leadership.
Partner deeply with lead engineers/architects to evaluate technical approaches, integration patterns, and operational risks; ensure plans reflect real system constraints, failure modes, and readiness requirements.
Define Systems of Accountability: Establish the organizational "operating system" for high-stakes programs. Beyond RACI, you define the standards for how cross-functional teams interact, ensuring clear ownership across siloed domains when technical priorities conflict.
Anticipate Ecosystem-Wide Impacts: Proactively identify "hidden" technical requirements across the platform (e.g., global security / compliance shifts, complex billing migrations, or observability gaps) and ensure they are integrated into the core technical design, not treated as afterthoughts
Scale R&D Excellence: Design and institutionalize durable program frameworks and technical readiness standards that elevate the execution maturity of the entire global R&D organization. You build the playbooks that become the Twilio standard for large-scale engineering delivery.
Force Multiplier & Mentor: Mentor to Principal TPMs and Engineering Leads. You raise the collective bar for technical risk management, executive storytelling, and high-velocity decision-making.
Qualifications
Twilio values diverse experiences from all kinds of industries, and we encourage everyone who meets the required qualifications to apply. If your career is just starting or hasn't followed a traditional path, don't let that stop you from considering Twilio. We are always looking for people who will bring something new to the table!
Required:
Experience: 12+ years of experience leading massive-scale technical programs in a high-growth, distributed systems and software engineering domain.
Strategic Technical Leadership: Proven ability to influence technical direction and architectural decisions at the VP/SVP level, with a track record of steering programs through complex technical pivots.
Systemic Execution Expertise: Expert-level mastery in defining execution strategies for programs with hundreds of engineers; you have a "spidey sense" for identifying integration risks and failure modes before they manifest.
Executive Influence: Exceptional ability to frame highly technical challenges into strategic business narratives, driving consensus among senior executives with competing priorities.
Architectural Fluency: Deep technical depth in cloud-scale infrastructure, API-first design, and distributed systems. Proven experience influencing Staff/Principal/Distinguished Engineers and challenging assumptions when necessary.
Operational Rigor: Demonstrated success in building and scaling operational readiness frameworks using self-service tools to surface status, actions, and KPIs across a multi-thousand-person R&D organization.
Mastery of Ambiguity: A proven track record of bringing order to chaos, creating high-functioning execution structures in environments where specifications, technologies, and market demands are in constant flux.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field or equivalent practical experience.
Desired:
Master’s in computer science or engineering or a related field
5+ years of technical program management at hyperscaler or Fortune 100 cloud software/infrastructure companies.
Domain expertise in global-scale communications (Telephony, SMS, CPaaS) or high-throughput distributed platforms.
Experience leading "company-bet" transformations, such as major cloud migrations or foundational platform re-architectures.

As Stripe continues to develop innovative products that serve businesses of all sizes around the world, risk will increase in complexity and scale. What you'll do
Under the User Risk Strategy org, you'll be part of the Ecosystem Risk Strategy Team, part of our "First Line of Defense" function within the Risk organization, driving the frameworks that dictate who Stripe does business with, on what terms, and how enforcement is executed at scale. The Ecosystem Risk Strategy Team focuses on our positioning and standards within the broader payments and risk ecosystem — including card network supportability, industry-body engagement, regulatory horizon scanning, and the overarching risk framework that governs our standards. We work with cross-functional partners to monitor and mitigate risk related to card network rules and BIN sponsor requirements. We interact with Risk Partnerships, Credit, Legal, Fraud, and other cross-functional teams to ensure our standards are properly calibrated.
We're looking for someone who is passionate about navigating ambiguity, engaging with internal and external stakeholders, enabling business growth while balancing risk, and identifying ways to improve user experience.
Responsibilities
Drive risk strategy for company-level strategic initiatives, including partnering with our product, legal, operations, sales, and partnerships teams to solve risk problems and ensure a positive experience for our users
Perform research and analysis to assess our current risk performance and develop and prioritize long-term strategic plans for future growth
Enable user onboarding to safely grow at scale, continuously optimizing for efficiency and effectiveness, and staying hyper-focused on a positive user experience
Challenge the status quo and provide multiple alternative solutions and key execution criteria
Represent Stripe in external engagements with our most critical partners and customers
Execute special projects and ad-hoc analyses as initiatives, products, risks, and opportunities are constantly evolving
Who you are
We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.
Minimum requirements
8+ years of professional experience in financial services, payments, tech, law or policy
Experience in a related role (risk, compliance, or product enablement)
Experience in developing risk strategies and solutions and working with technical (product and engineering) and operations teams to implement them
Ability to distill complex, ambiguous risk and policy problems into clear, concise, and reliable guidance for internal stakeholders and Stripe users
Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience influencing product and engineering, sales, data science, and operations teams — with a proven ability to take complex issues and turn them into actionable next steps, hold others accountable, and meet deadlines
Demonstrated track record of deriving insights from complex or technical problem spaces and evangelizing actionable product recommendations

Develop and maintain a suite of internal support tooling for TSE and Stripe Support more broadly e.g. a retrieval augmented generation LLM-based Copilot tool or the Invoice Explainer Admin tool.
Act as a developer advocate and educational resource internal to the organization by regularly assembling training for non-developers internal to the organization and responding in real-time to product integration questions.
Who you are
We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.
