Clover Health: Director, AI-Enabled Fraud Prevention & Investigations

Company Company not specified

Location not specified Published
Job description
Headquarters: Remote - USA Clover Health is investing in our fraud detection and investigation capabilities and is seeking a Director, AI-Enabled Fraud Prevention & Investigations to join our Legal department as a senior individual contributor. This hybrid role combines: (1) managing hands-on investigations of potential provider fraud with (2) building AI-powered tools and processes to make investigations more efficient and help catch potential future fraud earlier. You will develop and pilot new AI-enabled investigatory processes for Clover’s Medicare Advantage business, and own resulting investigations, in collaboration with Clover’s Special Investigations Unit (SIU) and other stakeholders. This is a non-attorney role.  You will work hand-in-hand with Clover’s lawyers and SIU to ensure that new investigatory processes you develop, and the resulting investigations, comply with Clover policies and regulatory requirements. Success in this role requires someone sharp, creative, and technically hands-on—someone who does not just use existing analytics tools but builds their own. That might mean writing a script to automate repetitive work, pulling apart a dataset when a standard report falls short, or working with an LLM until it produces something genuinely useful—all with the goal of finding smarter, more effective ways to investigate potential provider fraud. As a Director, AI-Enabled Fraud Prevention & Investigations, you will: Build Your Own Investigative Tooling: Use AI to write the queries, scripts, and prompts that turn millions of claim lines and/or medical record data into a prioritized list of leads. Prototype detection logic yourself rather than waiting on a roadmap, and hand off what works to data science and engineering to productionize. We expect you to be the person who builds v1. Investigate Potential Fraud End-to-End With AI in the Loop: Own a portfolio of fraud investigations sourced using the tooling you develop, in collaboration with Clover’s SIU. Develop investigative plans, gather and analyze evidence (including claims data and medical records), and reach well-supported conclusions.  Use LLMs and analytics to compress the parts of an investigation that have always been slow — reading unstructured data, triaging grievance narratives, and sizing exposure.  Build Defensible Documentation: Develop case files and memos that are factually complete, well-organized, and prepared with the evidentiary and procedural standards necessary for downstream enforcement, recoveries, or provider actions. Collaborate Across Functions: Work with Clover's clinical, compliance, claims, payment integrity, provider relations, revenue operations, and SIU teams to gather information, validate findings, and translate investigative outcomes into operational improvements, provider education, and member impact. Communicate Findings Clearly: Prepare concise written reports and oral briefings that translate complex investigative facts into clear narratives for senior leadership and other stakeholders. Success in this role looks like: In your first 90 days, you have embedded yourself as a trusted partner to both the Legal department and Clover’s SIU. You have built working relationships with key stakeholders across Clover's clinical, compliance, claims, payment integrity, revenue operations, and legal teams, and you have begun working through your initial portfolio of fraud investigations and ad hoc referrals. By 6 months, you are independently managing a steady caseload of fraud investigations with consistently high-quality work product, in collaboration with SIU. You have a clear working rhythm with Legal and SIU, and you have built at least one working tool — a script, a notebook, a dashboard, a prompt. By 12 months, you have a track record of strong investigations, successful recoveries and/or referrals, and effective cross-functional collaboration. Senior leaders across Clover view you as a trusted person to call when they have a hunch that something doesn't look right and want it examined. You should get in touch if: Knowledge of healthcare fraud schemes & investigative experience: You have experience in healthcare fraud investigations, program integrity, or SIU operations, ideally within Medicare Advantage or managed care.  You understand healthcare fraud schemes and know how to use claims data, medical records, and provider documentation to build a defensible factual record. You are AI-native and enjoy building things using LLMs: You can use LLMs to write SQL, Python, etc., to interrogate large claims and/or medical record datasets, automate investigative work, and prototype your own solutions rather than waiting for someone else to build them. We do not expect production-grade engineering or require formal technical training—we value demonstrated ability to build, ship, and showcase solutions that work. Strong communication skills: You are a strong writer and communicator who can turn complex investigative findings into clear memos, referrals, and executive summaries, and you are comfortable building in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment. Bonus points if: You have built something people actually use—an internal tool, detection model, script, automation, or AI workflow that made a manual process better. We would rather see something scrappy and useful in production than something polished in a slide. You have hands-on experience applying AI/ML to fraud, investigations, or compliance. You have a J.D., legal training, or experience working alongside Legal, SIU, or compliance at a health plan. You have industry certifications such as CFE, AHFI, or CHC. Benefits Overview: Financial Well-Being: Our commitment to attracting and retaining top talent begins with a competitive base salary and equity opportunities. Additionally, we offer a performance-based bonus program, 401k matching, and regular compensation reviews to recognize and reward exceptional contributions. Physical Well-Being: We prioritize the health and well-being of our employees and their families by providing comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage. Your health matters to us, and we invest in ensuring you have access to quality healthcare. Mental Well-Being: We understand the importance of mental health in fostering productivity and maintaining work-life balance. To support this, we offer initiatives such as No-Meeting Fridays, monthly company holidays, access to mental health resources, and a generous flexible time-off policy. Additionally, we embrace a remote-first culture that supports collaboration and flexibility, allowing our team members to thrive from any location.  Professional Development: Developing internal talent is a priority for Clover. We offer learning programs, mentorship, professional development funding, and regular performance feedback and reviews. Additional Perks: Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) offering discounted equity opportunities Reimbursement for office setup expenses Monthly cell phone & internet stipend Remote-first culture, enabling collaboration with global teams Paid parental leave for all new parents And much more! About Clover: We are reinventing health insurance by combining the power of data with human empathy to keep our members healthier. We believe the healthcare system is broken, so we've created custom software and analytics to empower our clinical staff to intervene and provide personalized care to the people who need it most. We always put our members first, and our success as a team is measured by the quality of life of the people we serve. About the team We're standing up a new function at Alloy: Forward Deployed Engineering. Our largest enterprise customers need a trusted technical partner with a strong point of view on how Alloy fits into their tech stack and fraud strategy. As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you'll be that partner - embedded with our most strategic accounts and owning the technical outcome end-to-end, with each deployment becoming the foundation for the next. You'll be one of the first two engineers on this founding team. This is a software engineering role through and through - based within our Engineering org, with a scope that spans software, product, and solutions engineering. Experience in a customer-facing technical role, Forward Deployed Engineering, solutions engineering with deep technical ownership, or similar - where you were accountable to an external stakeholder, not just an internal roadmap. Strong backend and API fluency, with the ability to read and write production code across services you don't own. Sound architectural judgment under ambiguity: you can make and defend technical decisions in the room, with a customer watching. A genuine pull toward customer-facing work - you find energy in solving a real customer's real problem, alongside their engineers. A clear technical communicator who can explain a complex integration tradeoff to a bank's VP of Engineering and to an Alloy PM in the same afternoon. Ability to travel on occasion to our NYC office, as well as client offices in the US. Nice to have: Experience at a company with a strong Forward Deployed Engineering culture (Palantir, Scale AI, Ramp, Plaid, Stripe, etc.). Familiarity with identity, fraud, KYC/KYB, or financial services infrastructure. Experience with SDK development or embedded front-end integrations. We're a lean team, so your impact will be felt immediately, and opportunities will grow as the company scales up. If this all sounds like a good fit for you, why not join us? Alloy: Client Enablement Lead

Company Company not specified

Location not specified Published
Job description
Headquarters: New York City, Remote Alloy is where you belong! Alloy is the AI-powered identity and fraud prevention platform that accelerates onboarding, stops fraud, and scales compliance across the customer lifecycle so financial organizations can grow without limits. More than 900 of the world's leading financial institutions and fintechs trust Alloy for smarter risk management that drives growth.Through our values: Be Bold, Go Fast, Collaborate, and Celebrate Our Differences, we are creating a workplace where you can grow, thrive, and belong. See how we’ve been continuously recognized and named one of Inc. Magazine’s Best Workplaces, Forbes America’s Best Startup Employers, Best Fintech to Work for by American Banker, year after year.Check out our investors and read more about us here. About the team Alloy’s platform is complex and managed with high-touch support from Alloy’s Technical Solutions team. Customers that would like to ‘self-serve’ often struggle to build a clear mental model of how Alloy works and why, falling back to Alloy’s support teams to complete even simple tasks. Today, enablement is spread across multiple repositories and handled one-to-one by delivery teams, with inconsistent results. Only a handful of sophisticated and adventurous clients currently achieve a moderate amount of self-sufficiency. This leader owns customer enablement across Alloy. This is not a technical writing role. It is a role that builds and runs the program behind enablement: capturing knowledge continuously, packaging it for the right audience at the right moment, running hands-on customer training sessions, and measuring what works. The Customer Enablement Lead will report to the VP of Product Design. From within the Product team they will help fill gaps and challenging areas of the product while creating a powerful feedback loop between customers and designers to decrease those gaps and challenges over time. The Enablement Lead will form strong cross-functional connections with the Support, Delivery, Technical Success, Product Marketing, and Product Operations teams to ensure customers have a seamless and supported experience as they go live and as we release new features. Alloy operates in a hybrid-work environment. We look to foster collaboration and community by having our local employees onsite three days a week. This role is open to both local and remote candidates in the US. What you'll own The initial scope of work for this role will include: Close Critical Gaps Audit the current state. Evaluate and consolidate existing resources (API docs, help articles, the learning center, in-product help, and delivery-built guides). Work with cross-functional partners to create any missing documentation and “Customer 101” program material. Outcome: Our AI support bot can answer essentially any customer question. Our delivery teams can pull together the content they need to run tailored training sessions with their customers. Deliver the Alloy New Customer Enablement Program Focus on new Alloy customers and deliver scalable, deployable training and content for repeatable implementations. Structure material so clients can self-pace from foundational to advanced. Target key user personas so they learn the features critical to their respective day-to-day. Outcome: Clients understand and use what they bought, and are aware of what else Alloy offers. Additionally they know where to look for additional guidance via documentation, AI support chat, and other escalation channels. Build the Product Release Enablement Program When Alloy builds a material new feature or capability, map what each client segment and persona needs to know, when, and why, from pre-sales through go-live and ongoing use, and make it part of how products are sold, launched, and delivered. Outcome: a shared view of our friction points and what areas currently drag the most on our bottom line. Facilitate the Feedback Loop Collect feedback after every release, rollout, and training. Give Product, Design, and Delivery a shared view of where clients get stuck, and drive alignment on whether each gap is best solved by product, technical solutions, or enablement, including interim fixes. Outcome: Product, Design, and Delivery share one view of enablement gaps and who owns them. The design team gets critical insight continuously, addressing customer confusion directly in the product, helping reduce the surface area for documentation over time. Milestones 30 Days Onboarding into Alloy, learning the product yourself, existing resource audit, gap analysis, start filling documentation gaps with SME and tooling support, and deliver a consolidation plan. 60 Days Initial enablement ‘package’ in beta for first client feedback via early hands-on training sessions. 90 days Initial enablement funnel for core segments deployed and documentation gap filling has demonstrated a measurable increase in AI support ticket resolution. Iteration on the enablement package incorporating early feedback. Six Months Enablement package is ‘production ready’ and universally rolled out (client-facing teams are ready to deliver training using the material). Feedback loop with product and design solidified. The product release enablement funnel is operational as part of new feature releases. Seeing measurable improvements in some areas of self-service and legacy support ticket theme avoidance. Who we’re looking for Must-haves: 7+ years in customer education, enablement, or training, including building a customer enablement program from the ground up. Experience enabling customers on a technical, API-driven B2B SaaS product, with the depth to learn complex workflows and teach them clearly. Strong live facilitation. You've run hands-on training sessions with customers and adapted them in the room. A track record of tying enablement to measurable outcomes such as ticket deflection, adoption, or time to value. Experience influencing Product, Support, Delivery, and Marketing partners without direct authority. The judgment to tell when a customer problem needs content, a training, or a product fix, and the writing skills to make the case. Nice-to-haves: Background in fintech, identity verification, fraud, or compliance. Experience structuring knowledge bases for AI support agents or chatbots. Hands-on experience with LMS, documentation, or in-product guidance tools. Experience working inside a Product or Design organization. Alloy is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Below is the anticipated starting base compensation range for this role; however, pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, in-demand skills, relevant experience, and/or geography. In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is also eligible for equity awards in the form of stock options (ISOs) as well as a competitive total benefits package. Your recruiter will be happy to walk you through the details and what compensation could look like for you specifically! This position has a salary range of $180,000 to $220,000.  Benefits and Perks  Unlimited PTO and flexible work policy Employee stock options Medical, dental, vision plans with HSA (monthly employer contribution) and FSA options 401k with 100% match up to 4% of annual employee compensation  Eligible new parents receive 16 weeks of paid parental leave  Home office stipend for new employees Annual Learning & Development annual stipend Well-being benefits include access to ClassPass, OneMedical, UrbanSitter, and Spring Health  Hybrid work environment: Local employees are expected to work Tuesdays through Thursdays from our HQ in Union Square, Manhattan. Tasty lunches catered from a variety of local restaurants and frequent employee-organized cultural events contribute to our positive office energy. On Monday/Friday most employees Zoom into work from home while some take advantage of the quieter office. How to apply Apply right here! You've found the application! Alloy is proud to be an equal-opportunity workplace and employer. We’re committed to equal opportunity regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, gender, gender identity, parental or pregnancy status, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, or veteran status. We are committed to an inclusive interview experience and provide reasonable accommodations to applicants with visible and invisible disabilities. We encourage applicants to share needed accommodations with their recruiter. All Alloy jobs are listed on our careers page. Any communication during the recruitment process, including interview requests or job offers, will come directly from a recruiting team member with an alloy.com email address. We do not use outside applications or automated text messaging in our recruiting process. We will not ask for any sensitive financial or identification information during the recruiting process. About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Risk Officer to develop and maintain an effective, independent second-line risk management program for Sezzle Bank. The CRO will measure and manage credit, market, liquidity, and operational risk — with operational risk encompassing legal, compliance, and technology risk — as well as model-related risk across the Bank. Working with the Board and the Board Risk and Compliance Committee, the CRO will build the enterprise-wide risk governance framework that defines the Bank's risk culture, appetite, and limits, and will own the ongoing monitoring of these risks and of operational performance to ensure alignment with Board-approved policies and tolerances. Develop and maintain a model governance framework that includes independent model validation. Participate in ALCO as the independent second-line risk perspective. Regulatory & Examination Relationship Serve as the Bank's primary relationship manager for the OCC Examiner-in-Charge, coordinating with the Bank's President. Communicate with regulators and address regulatory inquiries and examination activities. Serve as the Bank's designated CRA Officer: administer the CRA Strategic Plan, monitor the Bank's progress against its CRA performance commitments, and ensure CRA examination readiness. Second-Line Oversight Oversee the Bank's Chief Compliance Officer and the second-line compliance risk management function, including complaints handling and emerging regulatory and consumer compliance requirements. Oversee the Bank's BSA Officer; ensure BSA/AML/OFAC policies, procedures, risk assessments, and controls are properly designed and operationally effective. Oversee the Bank's Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to ensure information assets, sensitive customer data, and technologies are protected; ensure the CISO reports routinely to the Board or the appropriate Board committee. Experience with model risk governance and CECL/stress testing frameworks. Prior experience with de novo bank formation or building a second-line risk function from the ground up. You communicate openly and honestly. You listen well, speak candidly, and stay open-minded. You hold yourself accountable, and when you disagree with a decision, you say so respectfully. Once the call is made, you commit fully. You act like an owner. You put customers, merchants, and shareholders at the center of what you do. You bring solutions, not just problems. Vitess, an open-source database clustering system for horizontal scaling of MySQL, enables businesses to efficiently handle large-scale data workloads — without sacrificing developer experience. Our customers entrust us with what is often their most precious digital asset, their data, so the stakes couldn't be higher. We're looking for a Software Engineer to join our core engineering team and help us build the next generation of database infrastructure. What's the job to be done? You will advise and handle support requests from enterprise customers on the PlanetScale platform. You will become a customer-facing subject-matter expert for enterprise customers on the PlanetScale platform. You will identify product gaps in a customer-specific context and work with Technical Account Management, Engineering and Sales Engineering teams to prioritize and escalate them. These attributes best describe you… You are comfortable in front of customers, empathetic but understanding when to push back to help customers become successful on their own. You have excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills; with a mix of enough experience and intuition to zero in on root-causes for bugs that can leave others stumped. You are comfortable stepping outside your comfort zone. Be it delving into unfamiliar code in Vitess, one of its dependencies, or a random MySQL connector, written in a language you may not know (yet!). Working with code as your main source of documentation doesn't fluster you, and you are happy to help add/correct it as necessary where it may be inaccurate. You can operate independently, but you know when you are in too deep and need to ask for help. You know how to work under pressure in times of urgency. We and our customers both take issues with their data platform seriously. What you will need Experience supporting production databases and applications, preferably at scale. Experience with database internals and peformance tuning, specifically for PostgreSQL and MySQL databases Working knowledge of Kubernetes. Strong ability to communicate and deal directly with customers, whether in email, Slack, video conference, or in person. What else will help you be successful Knowledge of common application deployment platforms and frameworks. Eg Python, Go, Node, PHP Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) Knowledge of monitoring, observability, and debugging tools Contributions to open-source projects, especially in the database or infrastructure space Why PlanetScale We're redefining how high-growth companies manage data at scale—and we work with some of the most exciting brands in gaming, consumer tech, and B2B SaaS. Legion: Principal Product Manager, Agentic AI

Company Company not specified

Location not specified Published
Job description
Headquarters: Remote, United States Principal Product Manager, Agentic AI REMOTE, United States JOB OVERVIEW Legion is building AI agents that carry out workforce management work, not agents that describe it. Much of what is presented as AI in workforce management today is a conversational layer over an existing scheduling screen. The more substantial problem — software that reasons over demand, labor regulation, and employee preferences, then acts, with a person in the loop wherever the stakes require one — remains unsolved across the category. Legion intends to solve it, and this role leads the product work to get there. You will take an agent surface from operational research through specification, prototype, evaluation, and enterprise deployment, working hands-on throughout. You will work closely with Legion's AI Lab engineers and with our CEO, who is engaged in this work daily.   RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Agent definition. Determine what an agent is responsible for, which tools it may call, what it must escalate, what it must never do, and what a manager sees when it acts. These decisions affect employee pay and legal compliance. Much of this work is pre-launch, so you will shape the direction rather than inherit it.  Problem selection. The hardest judgment in agentic product work is identifying which workflows suit an agent and which do not. You will spend substantial time inside customer operations — district managers, store managers, labor operations, frontline employees — and return with a ranked, defensible view of where an agent creates measurable value and where it does not. The human-in-the-loop contract. Scheduling decisions affect income, childcare arrangements, and legal protections. For each agent action you will define where autonomy is appropriate, the escalation thresholds, how a manager overrides the system, what is logged, and how a compliance team audits the outcome. Legion treats this as a first-class design problem. Build quality. You are accountable for what ships, not for what was specified. That means staying engaged through implementation: reviewing the build against the specification as it comes together, using the product yourself before anyone else is asked to, joining bug triage and design review, catching drift from intent while it is still cheap to correct, and holding a release when the quality is not there. Our customers experience the build, not the document. A well-written specification that produced a product managers do not trust is failed product work, and we assess it that way. Evaluation. Build and maintain the evaluation sets that determine whether an agent is ready to ship and whether it is degrading in production — writing the cases, reviewing failure traces, setting the pass criteria. You will be the person who holds a release when the demonstration is persuasive and the evaluation is not. Specifications. Legion uses Functional Requirements Documents as its ground-truth specification layer; release notes, enablement material, and sales content are generated from maintained specifications rather than reconstructed from code or institutional memory. Write FRDs that meet that standard and keep them accurate after release. A specification is where the work begins, not where your responsibility ends. Commercialization. Partner with go-to-market on packaging, metering, pricing inputs, and field readiness. Agentic products raise difficult commercial questions — what unit to meter, what a customer is paying for when software performs work a person previously did — and you will be expected to hold a considered position on them. Design-partner delivery. Lead agent deployments with large enterprise design partners: scoping the pilot, establishing success criteria before it begins, joining failure reviews, and determining what becomes generally available and what remains bespoke. TECHNICAL EXPECTATIONS Legion is looking for a product manager who builds, rather than one who directs others who build. In a typical week, this role involves: Writing and iterating on prompts and system prompts directly, and explaining why a change improved a behavior Standing up a working prototype of a proposed agent — tool definitions, structured outputs, retries, guardrails — before engineering is asked to build anything Using agentic coding tools (Claude Code or equivalent) daily: prototyping, data analysis, specification work, and reading the codebase behind your specifications Reviewing an execution trace and diagnosing whether a failure originates in a tool description, a retrieval gap, a context-window constraint, an under-specified output schema, or a genuine model limitation Building and running evaluation sets, and interpreting the results without a data scientist to translate them Holding an informed position on retrieval design, tool-use patterns, structured output, model routing, latency and cost trade-offs, and multi-tenant safety in enterprise SaaS Opening pull requests against our codebase — a prototype, a prompt change, an evaluation fixture, a specification stub. Pushing code is permitted and actively encouraged for product managers who want to work that way. It is not a requirement of the role, and the same review standards apply to everyone. Following model releases, agent frameworks, and protocol changes, and translating them into roadmap implications within days rather than quarters We recognize that this is a demanding technical bar for a product role. It reflects what the work actually requires. REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS 7+ years in product management (Senior) or 10+ years (Principal), including at least 2 years shipping LLM-backed features to external, paying users — not internal tools, proofs of concept, or hackathon projects Demonstrated hands-on capability of the kind described above. Expect to show your work. Substantial enterprise B2B SaaS experience: multi-tenant architecture, role-based access control, audit trails, single sign-on, data residency, security review, and enterprise procurement. You should be able to anticipate what a customer's security questionnaire will ask about an LLM feature. A record of taking an ambiguous, operationally complex domain problem through to a shipped product with demonstrated adoption — not only launch Evidence of staying with a product through implementation and owning its quality at release. We will ask about a release you delayed or stopped, what you found, and how you found it. The judgment to recognize what current models cannot do reliably, and the willingness to say so when a room expects a different answer Comfort working inside a codebase. An engineering background is not required, but you should be able to read the code behind what you are specifying, run it locally, and open a pull request. Strong written communication. Legion runs on documents, and candidates are evaluated substantially on how they write. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND ATTRIBUTES Direct experience in workforce management, HCM, ERP, supply chain, or another operationally complex enterprise domain with compliance exposure Familiarity with labor compliance regimes — predictive scheduling ordinances, meal and rest break rules, union work rules — or demonstrated ability to become fluent in a comparable regulatory domain quickly Background in demand forecasting, optimization, or decision systems Experience building platform or authoring surfaces that customers configure themselves An engineering or technical degree, or prior experience as an engineer or data scientist Experience with products sold into frontline-heavy industries: retail, hospitality, healthcare, or manufacturing SCOPE OF ROLE, STATED PLAINLY So that candidates can assess fit early: This is an individual contributor role. There is no team to inherit and no management responsibility at present. The role is accountable for what ships, not for what is specified. Writing the specification is a portion of the work, not the whole of it. This is not an AI strategy or vendor-evaluation role. The work is product definition, prototyping, specification, evaluation, and delivery. The role requires forming an independent point of view from operational research. Direction will not be handed down in detail. The environment carries genuine ambiguity. The category is being defined as we work in it, and model capabilities shift underneath the roadmap. SELECTION PROCESS  Our process includes a practical exercise: a sanitized workforce management problem, for which candidates produce an agent design — scope, tools, failure modes, human-in-the-loop contract, and evaluation plan — together with a working prototype they built themselves, using any model provider they prefer. The exercise is then discussed with the people the candidate would work alongside. We weigh it heavily, and we compensate candidates for the time.   COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Salary Range: $280,000-$300,000 +bonus (tied to business outcomes) +Stock Equity At Legion, we offer competitive compensation and benefits packages to all employees. Join us in making hourly work rewarding and fulfilling. BACKGROUND AND OPPORTUNITY  There are almost 75 million hourly workers in the United States, representing more than half of the entire workforce. Historically, managing hourly employees has been difficult due to high attrition (average of 60%) and high replacement costs (average of $3,200 per employee in retail). The ongoing labor shortage and competition from the gig economy make it more difficult to attract and retain hourly employees. The top reasons hourly employees leave their jobs are a lack of schedule empowerment, poor communication with employers, and an inability to get paid early. Gen Z and the millennial workforce demand gig-like flexibility, modern technology, and compelling work options. Legion’s mission is to turn hourly jobs into good jobs, serving the hourly workers who make up the majority of the US workforce. We believe in empowering employees and helping employers be efficient and innovative by enabling intelligent automation powered by Legion’s Workforce Management platform to optimize labor efficiency and enhance the employee experience simultaneously. Legion WFM was built for the cloud with AI at the core and designed to handle the complexity of modern businesses and meet the needs of today’s hourly employees.  Our team is comprised of dedicated individuals from all backgrounds and experiences, globally distributed across all time zones. Job description
Headquarters: Remote - USA About the Role Cybercrime doesn't wait for anyone to catch up to it, and neither do we. As a second-line sales leader reporting to the VP of Enterprise Sales, you'll own the sales teams across your defined area, overseeing multiple frontline Sales Leaders and their teams, with a mandate to overachieve new annual recurring revenue quota for the region, not just meet it. You'll be leading through one of the more exciting stretches in the company's history: we're growing 40%+ year over year, protecting more than 4,500 customers including over 25% of the Fortune 500, and expanding fast from email into identity, AI security, and insider threat. That means your teams have more surface area to sell, more room to build, and more impact to make than they would leading an area at a mature market leader. What You Will Do Work with your leaders and their teams to run the full deal cycle on named enterprise accounts (>3k mailbox organizations): first conversation, contract signature, and the upsell conversations that follow once they're a customer. Recruit and hire a world-class team of enterprise sellers and leaders, on time and on budget, meeting the area's projected productive capacity and building a bench of future candidate relationships so you're never caught flat-footed by team changes. Set clear productivity metrics and growth milestones for your leaders and sellers, and enable them to consistently hit them. Instill a disciplined approach to pipeline generation, activating every resource available: field sales, marketing, channel partners, and sales development, to accelerate new business. Build the sales execution strategy for your area and drive the execution and collaborative team selling that brings it to life. Lead a data-driven business that develops each Leader and Account Executive in the areas that matter most for their skillset and their NARR results. Partner closely with Sales Engineering Leadership to deliver outstanding product demonstrations and a repeatable proof-of-concept program, especially as our platform expands beyond email into identity, AI security, and insider threat. Maintain and deepen relationships with key customers around value realization and retention: high renewal rates, fast upsell expansion, and strong referrals. Celonis: Client Director - Financial Services

Company Company not specified

Location not specified Published
Job description
Headquarters: Remote, US, New York Celonis is the trusted platform to industrialize Enterprise AI. At our core is the Celonis Context Model — which combines process data, business knowledge, and intelligence into a living digital twin of the enterprise that AI can actually understand, turning AI's operational blind spots into operational clarity. World's leading companies trust Celonis and its global ecosystem of partners to make their AI agents, people, systems, and processes work together, achieving transformational outcomes. We believe there's a massive opportunity to unlock global productivity and sustainability by giving AI the context to understand how every business process really works. Join our mission to make processes work for people, companies, and the planet. The Team The Client Director is a senior member of our sales organization, responsible for the long-arc commercial trajectory of Celonis’s most strategically important accounts. You sit at the intersection of enterprise sales leadership and platform strategy—owning a focused portfolio of one to few large accounts generating significant ARR, and working in close partnership with Value Engineers, Client Value Partners (CVP), and Professional Services to grow, protect, and compound that revenue over multi-year horizons. The Role As the Client Director of our Financial Services accounts, your primary objective is to develop, maintain, and expand resilient sponsorship and sticky business critical use cases across the client’s business. You are accountable for moving accounts from solving individual pain points to an Enterprise AI platform of record—embedding the Celonis platform as a strategic pillar within the client’s operations. You are the client’s most senior commercial partner, engaging at the C-suite level on business strategy, platform investment, and multi-year transformation. Where a CVP is deployed, you own the commercial relationship and expansion strategy; they own value realization and adoption. The work you’ll do Own the commercial relationship: Serve as the primary executive point of contact across the C-suite—CEO, CFO, CSCO, COO, CIO—building relationships that transcend any individual deal cycle and anchor Celonis to the customer’s long-term strategic agenda. Drive ARR and NRR growth: Develop and execute a structured expansion roadmap—identifying new business units, geographies, use cases, and platform capabilities that compound ARR over time. Lead commercial negotiations for expansions, renewals, and multi-year enterprise agreements in partnership with Deal Desk and Legal. Translate adoption into commercial momentum: Partner with the CVP and Value Engineering teams to convert adoption milestones and realized value into renewal confidence and expansion urgency. Own executive business reviews that are forward-looking and commercially anchored. Embed Celonis as a strategic platform: Position Celonis within the customer's AI strategy—connecting Process Intelligence to their LLM, automation, and agentic AI investments so the platform becomes a foundational data and orchestration layer, not a point solution. Protect through transformation: Proactively identify and mitigate commercial risk: sponsor departures, competitive displacement, implementation fatigue, and budget consolidation. Ensure multi-threaded executive relationships and a documented value story that survives the leadership transitions common in large enterprise accounts. Scale the practice: Codify account strategies, expansion motions, and transformation navigation approaches into reusable assets for the broader Strategic Accounts practice. Maintain disciplined account plan, pipeline strategy and coverage to any growth targets, and forecast accuracy across a small, complex account set. The qualifications you need 12+ years in enterprise SaaS sales or strategic account management, with at least 5 years managing accounts with $5M+ ARR. Deep industry expertise in Financial Services— with the credibility to engage customers on industry-specific challenges, benchmarks, and transformation priorities, not just platform capabilities. Preferred direct experience with large financial institutions leading transformation initiatives or acting as a strategic consultant or Client Director. Demonstrated track record of growing ARR within named accounts over multi-year horizons—expanding platform footprint, not just renewing contracts. Executive presence and credibility at the C-suite level—able to lead strategic conversations with CFOs, COOs, and CIOs and influence large, complex buying decisions. Experience navigating enterprise transformations—ERP consolidations, cloud migrations, M&A, organizational restructuring—without losing commercial momentum. Fluent in business case construction: ROI modeling, TCO analysis, and value benchmarking at a level that withstands CFO scrutiny. Comfortable with long deal cycles and ambiguity; skilled at managing internal and external stakeholders across 12–24+ month expansion arcs. Background in ERP, Supply Chain, Finance transformation, or AI-native enterprise platforms strongly preferred; familiarity with agentic AI, automation, or intelligent process orchestration a plus. Proven ability to work in a team-selling model alongside value engineering, professional services, partners, and extended GTM teams like Growth, Industry, and Transformation experts. This role will be expected to spend the majority of their time in the field meeting with clients. Visa sponsorship is not offered for this role. The base salary range below is for the role in the specified location, based on a Full Time Schedule. Total compensation package will include base salary + bonus/commission + equity + benefits (health, dental, life, 401k, and paid time off). Ownership from Day 1: Every full-time "Celonaut" is an owner, receiving Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) and merit-based refresh grants. Customer.io: Global Controller

Company Company not specified

Location not specified Published
Job description
Headquarters: Americas Remote About Customer.io Over 9,000 companies — from scrappy startups to global brands — use our platform to send billions of emails, push notifications, in-app messages, and SMS every day. Customer.io powers automated communication that people actually want to receive. We help teams send smarter, more relevant messages using real-time behavioral data. About the role Hi, my name is Diep N, VP, Finance at Customer.io, and I'm looking for a Global Controller to take the close, the books, and our control environment and make them theirs. We're a global, remote-first, private company built on subscription and usage-based revenue, and as we grow we need a controller who can lead the team already in place and sharpen the fundamentals. You'll lead a team of ~7, growing, across revenue accounting, close, AP/AR, payroll, and treasury, and partner closely with me and, given our CFO's broad remit, with stakeholders across Sales, Legal, IT, HR, and Engineering. What you'll do Lead monthly and quarterly close, GL, AP/AR, payroll, and account reconciliations, delivering accurate, timely US GAAP financials. Close currently runs ~10 business days; get us to 6-8 days within your first 12 months, with fewer post-close adjustments and aged reconciliations. Own revenue accounting and serve as our technical accounting authority on subscription and usage-based revenue recognition (ASC 606), including the ARR-to-GAAP bridge: reconciling ARR, billings, deferred revenue, contract assets, and usage true-ups to reported revenue, and explaining the delta to leadership and the board in plain terms. Author technical accounting position memos on contract modifications, SSP allocation, variable consideration, and capitalized contract costs, the work that makes "technical accounting authority" real. Own equity compensation accounting (ASC 718): grant accuracy, 409A timing, expense, modifications, and cap-table integrity, in partnership with stock plan administration. Manage and grow a team of ~7, with room to scale, building trust quickly and developing the leads beneath you. Build a control framework suited to a global, remote-first, private company with subscription and usage-based revenue, keeping the books audit-ready. Own our accounting systems roadmap and drive automation across close and reporting. Own select treasury operations, including cash management and banking relationships, and partner on FX exposure monitoring given our multi-currency footprint. Run our external audit relationship and coordinate with external tax partners on compliance, provisions, and filings. Manage the realities of a distributed, remote-first global team: statutory accounting coordination, payroll and contractor controls, entity reporting, and working with Legal, HR, and Tax on international compliance. What we're looking for 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leading a team through managers or leads. A Big 4 (or equivalent top-tier public accounting) foundation. Deep US GAAP mastery, particular strength in subscription and usage-based revenue recognition (ASC 606). A concrete, personally-owned automation or AI deployment in accounting with a measurable result, eliminating a manual reconciliation, reducing close time, or lowering error rate, that you can speak to in detail. Experience scaling an accounting function that was already running, not building one from zero. A proven track record with external audits and keeping books audit-ready. Strong leadership and communication skills, with credibility partnering with senior, cross-functional stakeholders. Nice to have: internal controls or SOX-readiness experience; remote-first/globally distributed company experience; M&A or deal accounting exposure; CPA license, active or inactive. Compensation & Benefits We believe in transparency. Starting salary for this role ranges from $250k to $280k USD (or equivalent in local currency), structured by geographic zone and depending on experience. In addition to base salary, this role includes an equity grant in the form of stock options, so you share in the success you help build. Our inclusive benefits package supports your well-being and growth, including 100% coverage of medical, dental, vision, mental health, and supplemental insurance premiums for you and your family. We also offer 16 weeks paid parental leave, unlimited PTO, stipends for remote work and wellness, a professional development budget, and more. See full benefits here → Our Process No gotchas, no trick questions - just a clear, human process designed to help both of us make an informed decision. 30-minute recruiter screen 45-minute hiring manager screen Two 30-minute cross-functional chats: one with a Legal partner, one with a People partner 60-minute case review call 30-minute bar raiser call with our CFO All final candidates will be asked to complete a background check and employment verifications as part of our pre-employment process. Customer.io recognizes the stifling impact of systemic injustice on diverse communities. We commit to using our influence to increase inclusion and equity within the tech industry. We strive to build an inclusive team culture, implement bias-free hiring practices, and develop community partnerships to expand our global impact. Zoom is the only video conference platform that we use, virtual interviews will be conducted using the video capability (i.e., not via the chat), and offers will be extended in writing on official Customer.io letterhead. Please be vigilant in all of your job search activity, and if you have any questions please contact jobs@customer.io. Join us! Check out our careers page for more information about why you should come work with us! We believe in empathy, transparency, responsibility, and, yes, a little awkwardness. Expel: Senior Detection & Response Engineer

Company Company not specified

Location not specified Published
Job description
Headquarters: Remote You're the detection engineer people turn to when they ask "what does Microsoft actually see here?" Not the marketing-slide answer, the real map. Which product emits which telemetry, any anticipated ingestion lags, what table or API it lands in, which license tier gates it, how long it survives before it ages out, and where the documentation quietly disagrees with reality. When a new technique drops, your first instinct is to ask which Microsoft signal would catch it, and whether customers have it switched on. You also know Microsoft never sits still. Hunting tables appear, columns get renamed, Graph versions retire, capability shuffles between SKUs, previews go GA, features quietly vanish, and native alert logic shifts underneath you. You've got a repeatable way of staying ahead of that churn instead of finding out when a detection stops firing. You're comfortable behind a command line and in front of a customer, including scenarios where the conversation isn’t pleasant. If that's you, we'd love to talk! We have an amazing team and believe you'll love getting to know us. At Expel, we help businesses bridge the cybersecurity talent gap by providing transparent Managed Detection and Response. To do this we build technology to make sure our security analysts are solving important problems, and automation is helping them make better decisions at every step. We delight in using technology to make security accessible for our customers. What Expel can do for you Make you one of our recognized authorities on Microsoft detection and response — for our SOC, our engineers, our go-to-market teams, and our customers Give you real ownership of Expel's detection coverage across the whole Microsoft security estate Put Microsoft telemetry from across our customer base in front of you — a breadth of real-world environments no single enterprise gets to see Let you write and tune detections in our own rule engine and watch them run against live signal Treat AI tooling (Claude Code and friends) as a first-class part of how you work, not a side experiment Enable you to learn from analysts, data scientists, engineers, and responders responsible for various components of Expel's product and services Provide access to popular EDR, network, SIEM, identity, and cloud technologies well beyond the Microsoft stack Challenge you to push the boundaries of our security vision What you can do for Expel Own our detection coverage across Defender XDR, Entra ID, Sentinel, Microsoft Graph, Azure, and Microsoft 365 — from raw signal through to shipped, tuned detections Build and maintain a living map of Microsoft security signal: what exists, known ingestion lag, where it lands, what gates it, how long it's kept, and how far you can trust it Track how that signal changes and turn every material change into a concrete action — catching drift before it costs us efficacy Tell us where Microsoft's native detections are strong enough to lean on, where they're noisy or shallow, and where Expel needs its own layer Make SOC analysts faster by automating Microsoft-specific investigative workflows against the Graph, Defender, Sentinel, and Entra APIs Partner with Engineering on our Microsoft integrations — ingestion, API limits and throttling, and schema mapping Answer the hard questions from the SOC, CS, and Sales — and mentor the people asking them Help customers understand what they're actually covered for, what they're missing, and what turning it on would buy them What you should bring with you Deep, current, hands-on knowledge of the Microsoft security stack — Defender XDR (Endpoint, Identity, Office 365, Cloud Apps), Entra ID, Sentinel, Microsoft Graph, and the Azure and Microsoft 365 control and data planes Fluency in KQL: you can write, read, optimize, and debug non-trivial hunting queries across both Defender Advanced Hunting and Sentinel, and you know how and why the two schemas differ Working knowledge of the Graph and Graph Security APIs, the Defender and Sentinel APIs, and their authentication, permission, versioning, and throttling models A strong grasp of the Entra ID (and legacy Active Directory) identity attack surface — authentication flows, conditional access, OAuth application consent, token theft and replay, hybrid identity and sync, privileged role abuse — and the telemetry each produces Solid understanding of Windows internals and command line tooling, with enough macOS and Linux to keep up with Defender's cross-platform coverage Experience writing, deploying, and tuning custom detections against Microsoft data sets, plus enough non-Microsoft exposure (AWS, GCP, other EDR and SIEM) to keep perspective Proficiency with Python and Sigma, and real fluency using Anthropic tools such as Claude Code to work across systems and data (locally, via MCP, and so on) 5+ years in information technology or security operations, with substantial time spent defending or operating Microsoft environments Excellent tact and diplomacy skills — you can explain Microsoft's limits to an audience that doesn't want to hear about them SC-200, AZ-500, or SC-300 are a plus; demonstrated depth matters considerably more Work Location Our headquarters is in Herndon, Virginia. However, we realize that while there is a benefit to in-person interaction, good people don’t all live in Northern Virginia. Remote work is an option for this role. Additional Notes The base salary range for this role is between $142,900 USD and $207,200 USD + bonus eligibility and equity. While the full salary band reflects our long-term compensation framework, we're primarily targeting candidates between $160,000 and $192,000 based on experience, skills, and market data. We believe in paying transparently and equitably. Your salary will ultimately be based on factors such as your experience, skills, team equity, and market data. You’ll also be eligible for unlimited PTO (which we model and encourage), work location flexibility, up to 24 weeks of parental leave, and really excellent health benefits. We’re only hiring those authorized to work in the United States. We do not currently sponsor immigration visas. We’re an Equal Opportunity Employer: You’ll receive consideration for employment without regard to race, sex, color, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or on the basis of disability. We’ll ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment. Job description
Headquarters: Remote At Expel, we believe if we look after our employees, they will take care of our customers, and the rest will work itself out. It’s as simple as that. We have built a great place to work where our atmosphere is truly transparent, people love what they do, and work gets appreciated. Now we’re scaling a sales culture that is also transparent and customer focused. A place where our customers rave about their sales team. Where they speak of trust, openness, respect and honesty. We want our customers to not only love our product but feel good about how they get treated during every interaction with us. You ask questions to understand problems and you enjoy being a true partner to tackle them. Your customers walk with you because they know you only sell products you believe in, products you stand behind, aspirin for the headache they actually have. We know that no matter how good a product is, someone has to guide the sales process – and you excel at this. You haven’t sold just any product, you’ve sold information security products. It’s a tangled, messy market with confusing, overlapping messages and frequently unclear value propositions. We are excited to discuss the product and hope that you share in a genuine opportunity to offer Expel to the world. Did you nod your head a few times while reading this? Introduce Expel to the customers who believe in you and tell them what we do. Find where we fit from a cloud perspective and bring them onboard so we can help them together. Talk to new prospective customers. Begin to build your personal relationship with them as you tell them about Expel. If Expel fits, change them from prospects into customers. Qualify prospects based on their interest level in Expel’s cloud solutions and their ability to purchase by virtue of the buyer’s budget, authority, need, and timeline. Tell us what you learn as you explore the market. Help us understand where Expel fits, what we are missing, and how can we be better and ultimately, get to “yes” before “no”. What you should bring with you A real passion for Sales Done Right - meaning consultative, customer-focused and based in transparency, honesty and integrity. An understanding of information security -- technologies, products and services; specifically cloud first security minded organizations. Experience working in a fast-growing, “scale up” environment. Comfortable working remotely, and asynchronously (you will be based out of your home office and will need strong prioritization/time management habits) Lots of creativity, passion and problem solving towards helping customers. An ability to talk to both business and technical buyers about what you’re selling - you don’t have to be an engineer, but you do need to understand what you sell.
