Beefree : Sale Manager (SaaS)
Company
Company not specified

Location not specified 📅
Published
Job description
Headquarters: San Francisco
URL: https://beefree.io
Salary: $165,000 - $185,000OTE Bonus: $75,000Total OTE: $240,000 - $260,000
Remote from anywhere in the United States
Your mission is to turn Beefree’s sales motion into a repeatable, well-coached, well-instrumented revenue system. Beefree has two, distinct product lines: Beefree SDK, an embeddable content creation platform, and RGE Studio, an email production suite under our Really Good Emails brand.
Your primary focus will be Beefree SDK, our most strategic sales-led business. It is a technical, consultative sale into SaaS and other companies, typically involving product, engineering, and commercial stakeholders. Because the SDK becomes embedded in our customers’ products, successful deals require strong discovery, multi-threaded account management, and the ability to build trust around long-term product and business impact.
To succeed, you will need to lead by example and stay close to the work. You will be directly involved in selected strategic opportunities, support the team on complex deals, and use those learnings to improve how we qualify, sell, coach, and scale.
This is not a pure management role. It is also not a senior AE role with a leadership title. We are looking for someone who still loves the game as much as they love developing others. The right person will help grow the business directly, and at the same time build the coaching, standards, and operating rhythm that make the team stronger over time.
Your core responsibilities will be to:
Lead and support strategic opportunities, especially for Beefree SDK, helping reps with discovery, deal strategy, stakeholder management, technical buyer alignment, and commercial execution.
Coach the team helping them win live deals, not just reviewing them afterwards.
Own and improve the playbooks for the sales team: talk tracks, qualification, demo flows, follow-up standards.
Make the sales motion more repeatable and scalable across the full opportunity lifecycle.
Run a clear operating rhythm for pipeline, forecasting and deal reviews, without over-engineering the process.
Build an exceptional partnership with Product and Marketing to sharpen buyer narratives, improve campaign handoffs, and create shared visibility into pipeline health.
How you will work:
Lead through direct involvement, not distance. You will stay close enough to customers, prospects, and active deals to develop a deep understanding of what problems they are trying to solve, what other solutions they are considering, and how we best fit in.
Support strategic opportunities, helping reps with discovery, demos, stakeholder mapping, technical buyer alignment, follow-up, negotiation, and close plans.
Use that exposure to raise the quality of the team’s execution, from discovery and demos to stakeholder mapping, follow-up, negotiation, and close plans.
Create clarity around what good looks like, through practical standards, simple processes, useful playbooks, and consistent coaching.
Work closely with Product, Ops, and Marketing to identify and prioritize high-intent accounts.
Use CRM data, pipeline reviews, win/loss signals, and customer feedback to decide where to focus, what to fix, and what to stop doing.
Work closely with Marketing and Product to make sure the sales narrative, enablement material, case studies, and customer feedback loop reflect what buyers actually care about.
Bring discipline to planning, forecasting, pipeline quality, and budget allocation, without turning the team into a process-heavy organization.
What success looks like in the first 6 to 12 months:
You have personally won strategic deals and set a standard the team can copy.
The New Business pipelines are healthier, better qualified and easier to inspect.
Deals have clearer next steps, stakeholder mapping and strategy.
The team runs on a consistent coaching and review rhythm.
The SDK narrative is sharper for both technical and business buyers.
Win/loss learning feeds messaging, targeting and product feedback.
Leadership has clearer visibility into pipeline quality and forecast confidence.
What we are looking for:
A seller who became a leader and never stopped selling
A recent track record of personally closing technical, developer-led or PLG deals. What you have closed lately matters more than years on a CV.
SaaS sales leadership experience, ideally in martech, developer tools or technical SaaS.
Sharp with CRM data, funnel metrics and pipeline analysis, using data to decide, not just report
A genuine coach who builds judgement, not script-followers.
Remote leadership capability: clarity, energy and accountability in a distributed team
Strong communicator across calls, demos, executive conversations and webinars
Fluent in PLG: You know how to read product signals and partner across the organization to build sales-assist motions that support them.
Real curiosity in the jobs Beefree’s products get done and an authentic passion for the company’s mission
Extra points for experience selling to technical buyers. Comfortable with APIs, embedded software, production versus staging, Model Context Protocol and agentic UX.

Morgan, CapitalG, and Lead Edge Capital. Learn more at grafana.com and follow us on LinkedIn and X.
We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.Backend Engineer - Platform - Stacks
This role is available for candidates located in the UK, Germany, Spain, Ireland and Sweden.
The Opportunity:
Application Core Services (AppCore) is a group within Platform, in the Foundations department. Foundations produces the Internal Engineering Platform (IEP) and partners closely with our Cloud, Enterprise, and Grafana teams. Our team develops the essential systems driving Grafana's business operations. We utilize the grafana.com platform to engineer bespoke integrations and solutions that unify the diverse technical ecosystem of a modern software enterprise.
The team owns important domain areas that help keep both our customer workflows and internal business processes running smoothly. AppCore is made up of multiple squads, each focused on one or more of these domains. Our work includes maintaining the billing engine responsible for customer usage calculation, automating provisioning after a customer signs a contract, integrating with cloud marketplaces such as AWS, Azure, and GCP, and building and maintaining the user portal our customers rely on to manage their accounts.
This is a team working at the intersection of product, platform, and business operations. The systems we build are critical to how Grafana scales. We are looking for engineers who enjoy solving complex workflow and systems problems, improving reliability and developer experience, and building software that directly supports both customers and internal stakeholders.
As a company we are remote-first and global, we embrace people of different experiences and backgrounds to build diverse teams where every person brings a unique perspective to the software. Engineers at Grafana also have the opportunity to contribute to Open Source communities and collaborate across teams beyond their immediate scope.
What You’ll Be Doing:
The AppCore Stacks squad owns the systems that create, configure, reconcile, migrate, and operate Grafana Cloud stacks at scale. A stack is the customer-facing Grafana Cloud environment that connects an organization to Grafana and the backend services it uses, including Mimir, Loki, Tempo, plugins, dashboards, data sources, and stack-level configuration.
Our work sits at the intersection of product, platform, and operations. We build the control-plane services and workflows that keep stack state aligned across grafana.com, Stack State Service (SSS), Hosted Grafana, cloud regions, and the underlying Grafana Cloud infrastructure. When this domain works well, customers get reliable stack creation, safe configuration rollout, predictable migrations, and fewer manual operational interventions.
Design, build, and operate reconciliation systems, including the SSS backend, to track desired stack state, detect and repair drift across stack templates, grafana.com state, Hosted Grafana, and actual customer stack configuration
Collaborate across SSS, grafana.com, and deployment configurations to ensure stack lifecycle workflows remain reliable, observable, and resilient
Improve operational efficiency by reducing deployment complexity (e.g., aiming for single PR regional SSS deployment) and contributing to the Stack Config Reconciliation project
Manage rollout mechanisms for provisioned plugins, dashboards, data sources, Grafana versions, release channels, and stack-level configuration
Support new region and cluster rollouts, including the operational paths required to bring stacks online safely in new Grafana Cloud regions
Improve incident response and recovery paths for stack misalignment, reconciliation failures, plugin rollout issues, and Hosted Grafana integration failures
Partner with Product, Hosted Grafana, Infrastructure, Support, and adjacent AppCore squads on customer-impacting stack lifecycle work
Contribute to roadmap planning, technical design, OnCall improvements, and long-term simplification of stack operations
You will help own the production behavior of the systems you build. That includes improving runbooks, dashboards, alerts, reconciliation safety, rollout controls, and recovery procedures. You should be comfortable debugging across service boundaries and making careful changes in systems that affect customer stacks
What Makes You a Great Fit:
At Grafana, we actively embrace AI-assisted and agentic development practices, integrating these technologies into both our engineering workflows and the systems we deliver. We encourage our engineers to thoughtfully leverage AI tools to enhance every stage of the lifecycle, from design and implementation to testing, documentation, and operations. We also look for strategic opportunities to embed agentic capabilities within our services to eliminate toil, bolster reliability, and ensure that complex customer workflows remain resilient and safe.
We are seeking a Backend Engineer who thrives on building production systems where correctness, scalability, and operational clarity are paramount. As a remote-first organization, you should be comfortable collaborating asynchronously across time zones and taking full ownership of the critical systems powering Grafana Cloud. Our team is small and operates with a high degree of independence; you will be expected to lead major projects, coordinate across service boundaries, and help define the technical direction for our domain.
You will be particularly successful in this role if you enjoy solving challenges related to stateful systems, eventual consistency, and reconciliation loops. We value engineers who can take ambiguous lifecycle requirements and transform them into explicit, modular solutions. You should be adept at breaking down complex systems work into safe, iterative increments while clearly communicating technical tradeoffs to both internal stakeholders and adjacent product teams.
Some things you might be expected to do could include:
Writing efficient, readable, and easy to maintain code
Implementing new microservices or systems
Collaborating with teammates and other departments to reach consensus on proposed solutions
Coordinating with product and UX when needed
Responding to customer requests and feedback
When ready, participating in our follow-the-sun OnCall rotation
Participating in team decisions, such as roadmap planning and prioritization
Requirements:
You have at least 1 year of fully remote work experience
You have some experience working on a SaaS platform and are familiar with common distributed systems concepts (e.g., scalability, multi-tenancy, HA).
Have professional experience with Golang and be willing to work across both backend service and application code
Care deeply about developer and user experience and the quality of the products that you work on
Have some experience contributing to the delivery of projects, from initial brainstorming to shipping a product to the customer.
You write clean, well-tested software that other engineers can understand, operate, and maintain
Can take on well-defined tasks, break them down, and execute iteratively to deliver working solutions and gather feedback.
You are willing to collaborate across teams and ensure your work is aligned with the needs of other squads and external stakeholders.
Familiarity with Kubernetes in AWS, GCP, or Azure, and exposure to infrastructure-as-code tooling (Helm, Terraform, Jsonnet, etc.).
Experience participating in blameless incident response and contributing to post-incident reviews.
Bonus Points For:
Experience with TypeScript/Node.js
Experience with Kubernetes control-plane patterns, operators, reconcilers, or desired-state systems
Experience with Jsonnet/Tanka, Terraform, Flux, Argo, or similar deployment/configuration tooling
Experience working on SaaS provisioning, tenancy, regional expansion, plugin rollout, or customer lifecycle systems
Experience with incident response involving configuration drift, partial failure, or cross-service state mismatch
Compensation & Rewards:
In Ireland the Base compensation range for this role is EUR 81,000 - EUR 102,000. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed throughout the interview process. All of our roles include Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), giving every team member ownership in Grafana Labs' success. We believe in shared outcomes—RSUs help us stay aligned and invested as we scale globally.
*Compensation ranges are country specific. If you are applying for this role from a different location than listed above, your recruiter will discuss your specific market’s defined pay range & benefits at the beginning of the process.

Upstart’s Secured Lending organization is building the first-line risk and control infrastructure that will support the next stage of growth across home equity line of credit, auto direct, and auto indirect dealer products. The team helps ensure secured lending products operate with clear governance, durable controls, high-quality execution, and readiness for bank partner and regulatory review.
Loan Salability & First-Line Model Governance monitors portfolio-wide trends across loan salability, asset quality, and model performance. The team tracks results against investor and bank partner thresholds, interprets model execution patterns across secured lending channels, and escalates systemic findings before they become repurchase events, partner concerns, or examination issues.
As an Analyst, Loan Salability & First-Line Model Governance at Upstart, you will support the day-to-day execution of this function by conducting loan-level reviews, organizing portfolio and model performance data, maintaining tracking tools, documenting findings, and preparing reporting and governance deliverables. You will report to the Senior Manager, Loan Salability & First-Line Model and work closely with Credit Risk, Capital Markets, Model Risk Management, Operations, and other secured lending partners.
How you'll make an impact
Execute loan-level quality reviews across secured lending originations, assessing documentation completeness, underwriting accuracy, eligibility adherence, collateral quality, and other salability criteria.
Pull, organize, and analyze portfolio performance data, including early payment defaults, delinquency trends, prepayment rates, loss severity, exception patterns, and other asset quality indicators.
Maintain recurring asset quality and salability risk reporting packages for bank partners, Capital Markets, and internal leaders, including data pulls, analysis, formatting, and quality checks.
Execute first-line model performance tracking — maintaining production model tracking tools, logging override and exception trends, tracking version changes, and independently flagging patterns that may indicate performance degradation or out-of-bounds behavior for escalation.
Maintain issue logs, defect trackers, remediation updates, and documentation libraries so records stay current, organized, and ready for bank partner or regulatory review.
Drive governance and exam readiness deliverables — independently assembling evidence packages, populating reporting templates, and coordinating materials for bank partner reviews, committee deliverables, and regulatory examinations.
Minimum Qualifications
3+ years of experience in financial services, credit operations, quality control, risk management, compliance, model monitoring, loan review, credit analysis, or a related analytical function.
Experience applying established review criteria to loan-level data, credit files, origination documentation, collateral documentation, or lending operations outputs.
Experience analyzing portfolio performance, asset quality indicators, credit policy exceptions, loan defects, remediation items, or operational risk trends.
Experience using Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, business intelligence tools, reporting tools, or similar systems to organize, analyze, and quality-check structured data.
Experience documenting findings, exceptions, issue status, remediation progress, or review results for risk, compliance, credit, operations, audit, bank partner, or regulatory stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with loan file review, quality control, pre-sale quality control, investor delivery, or loan salability review in mortgage, home equity, auto, or other secured lending products.
Knowledge of secured lending and secondary-market quality expectations, including investor eligibility standards, collateral documentation, lien perfection, representations and warranties, defect remediation, trailing performance thresholds, or repurchase risk.
Experience tracking and interpreting asset quality or portfolio performance indicators such as early payment default, delinquency, prepayment, loss severity, non-performing loan trends, or credit policy exception rates.
Knowledge of model monitoring concepts, model performance reporting, validation outputs, override and exception tracking, or model governance documentation in a lending or fintech environment.

OWNER EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST
Department: Owner Relations / Owner ExperienceMarket: Puerto Vallarta & Nuevo Vallarta, MexicoReports To: Director of Owner RelationsEmployment Type: ContractorWork Arrangement: 100% Remote / Monday - SaturdayCompensation: USD $1,200 monthlyLanguages: Fluent English and Spanish, written and spoken — required
Position Purpose
The Owner Experience Specialist is the primary point of contact between Naya Homes and our homeowners in Puerto Vallarta and Nuevo Vallarta.
This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong, consistent, and proactive relationships with homeowners in order to support owner satisfaction and retention. Rather than simply reacting to problems after they occur, the Specialist is expected to identify potential concerns early and address them before they become reasons for an owner to consider terminating their relationship with Naya Homes.
The Specialist owns three key outcomes: executing the required owner communication cadence under the 33-Touch Relationship Model; providing homeowners with clear visibility into the condition and performance of their properties; and capturing property content that supports marketing efforts, social media, and owner communication.
The successful candidate will be highly organized, proactive, customer-focused, and comfortable managing a high volume of daily communication while maintaining accurate documentation and consistent follow-up.
Fluency in both English and Spanish, written and spoken, is an indispensable requirement for this position. The Specialist will communicate with homeowners and internal teams in both languages.
Because this is a remote contractor position, the primary focus is on achieving established goals, service standards, and KPIs. The schedule may be flexible as needed to ensure objectives are met, while maintaining the required availability and responsiveness for homeowners and the business.
Core Responsibilities
1. Owner Relationship Management & Communication
Execute 20–25 documented owner interactions per day through calls, email, and text.
Maintain 100% completion of required monthly touches for every assigned owner under the 33-Touch Relationship Model.
Maintain a balance across the three touch types:
Property Visibility: condition updates, inspection findings, photos, and property content.
Personal Relationship: relationship-building communication not directly related to a transaction or problem.
Informative / Value-Driven: performance, pricing, market conditions, and seasonal outlook.
Enter every interaction with a clear purpose and conclude it with a defined next step.
Complete scheduled owner check-in calls on the day they are due and rebook any rescheduled calls before the end of the same business day.
Maintain clear communication regarding availability, support, and expected response times so owners always know who to contact and when they can expect an answer.
Build trust and maintain professional, long-term relationships with homeowners.
2. Property Visibility & Owner Updates
Collect property updates from Operations, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and inspection reports.
Review condition notes and available photos before communicating with owners to ensure updates are specific and accurate.
Translate operational findings into clear, plain-language owner updates, including what was found, what action is being taken, associated costs, and expected resolution timelines.
Respond to all open owner conversations regarding work orders.
Ensure that no work order is dispatched to an owner's property without documented owner approval.
Ensure that every unresolved property issue has a clearly assigned next action and responsible person.
Provide owners with meaningful visibility into the work being performed on their property.
3. Escalation & Churn Risk Identification
Identify early signs of owner dissatisfaction or potential churn, including declining sentiment, slow or short responses, revenue complaints, recurring property condition issues, questions regarding contract terms, or references to other management companies.
Escalate concerns on the same business day.
Add applicable owners to the Owner Churn Board and keep records current as situations develop.
Confirm ownership of the next action for every escalation and ensure each open case has a clearly assigned responsible person.
Communicate potential risks early rather than waiting for issues to escalate.
4. Documentation & CRM Discipline
Log every owner interaction in Monday.com on the same day it occurs.
Maintain the Owner Churn Board on a daily basis.
Schedule all future owner touches and follow-ups before closing out the day.
Prepare a clear next-day action list before logging off.
Complete a weekly CRM documentation self-audit and correct any gaps identified.
Maintain accurate, complete, and timely records of all owner communications.
Daily Operating Rhythm
Start of Day
Log into RingCentral and Monday.com.
Review the Owner Engagement Tracker.
Identify owners due for required touches.
Review notes from inspections, maintenance, turnovers, and operations.
Flag owners with open concerns, negative or declining sentiment, or recent performance or condition issues.
During the Day
Complete scheduled owner check-in calls.
Send required emails and text messages.
Complete scheduled property-content activities remotely or through available internal resources.
Collect and communicate relevant property updates.
Respond to open work order conversations.
Escalate concerns on the same business day.
Maintain consistent follow-up with assigned homeowners.
End of Day
Ensure all owner interactions are documented in Monday.com.
Update the Owner Churn Board.
Schedule future touches and follow-ups.
Confirm that there are zero undocumented conversations.
Prepare the next-day action list.
Weekly Close
Maintain 100% progress toward required monthly owner touches.
Ensure there are no missed follow-ups.
Complete the CRM documentation self-audit.
Review owner sentiment trends.
Identify unresolved owner issues requiring attention.
Identify owners requiring proactive outreach during the following week.
Performance Standards & KPIs
Performance will be measured monthly against the following targets:
Daily owner touches: 20–25 per day.
Required monthly touch completion: 100%.
Documentation accuracy: 95% or higher.
Undocumented conversations: Zero.
Same-day escalation compliance: 100%.
Overdue escalations beyond SLA: Zero.
Owner sentiment trend: Stable or improving.
Overall KPI attainment: 90% or higher.
Retention saves: Tracked and reviewed through the Owner Churn Board.
Sustained performance below the established targets may result in a documented coaching plan.
Accountability Standards
Missed follow-ups are considered a performance issue.
Undocumented conversations are considered a performance issue.
Dispatching a work order without documented owner approval is considered a performance issue.
Early escalation is considered a positive behavior and is recognized accordingly.
Proactive communication is an expectation of the role, not an additional benefit or optional activity.
The Specialist is expected to take ownership of assigned conversations, follow-ups, and open issues through resolution or appropriate escalation.
Qualifications

Key Attributes

We’re looking for a technical, hands-on Technical Paid Advertising Specialist who knows how to connect AI, automation, and data to real advertising workflows.
What you'll do
This is a role where you’ll have the freedom to build, test, and improve, not just manage campaigns designed by someone else.
You’ll own paid advertising hands-on while having the space to explore how AI, automation, and better use of data can improve the way campaigns are managed.
You’ll be able to experiment with new tools and approaches, build your own solutions, and directly influence how we develop a more technical and AI-driven approach to paid advertising.
We’d especially like to meet someone who:
Has personally set up, run, analyzed, and optimized paid campaigns.
Has hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, or LinkedIn Ads.
Has used technical tools to automate, connect, analyze, or improve advertising workflows. This could include Google Ads Scripts, advertising APIs, Python, Zapier, Make, GA4, BigQuery, Looker Studio, and AI agents.
Is comfortable managing several campaigns or channels at the same time.
Can show real examples of using AI or automation to solve advertising problems or reduce manual work.
Thinks analytically and enjoys investigating why performance changes, not just reporting that it changed.
Understands that automation needs validation and can explain how they check that automated workflows are working correctly.
Can work independently, prioritize what needs attention, and move things forward without detailed instructions.
Enjoys experimenting with new technology and turning useful ideas into working solutions.
What we offer
100% remote position,

A computer budget to make your workplace better,
A Kindle device with access to our company Amazon account,
We respect national holidays in each country and want you to have a rest these days,
Great opportunity to progress and advance,
Collaborating with team members across the globe.
If you enjoy paid advertising as much as you enjoy building smarter ways to run it, we'd love to hear from you. Tell us about the campaigns you've owned and the AI or automation you've built into your work.

Expel: Managed SIEM Detection Engineer

Job description
Headquarters: Remote
Are you a detection engineer who wants to bring real depth of expertise into a new and growing function and use it to deliver security excellence to customers? Expel's professional services practice is just getting started, and we're looking for the technical expert who'll deliver the work that gets customers ready to thrive under our co-managed SIEM model. You'll bring hands-on skill to a team that's finding its stride, help it grow, and have a real runway to grow into a lead yourself.
Here's the work. Customers come to us with SIEMs that should be surfacing threats but are instead consuming their teams: ingestion costs climbing year over year, engineers buried in alert noise and broken pipelines, and detection blind spots leaving real gaps. You're the engineer who turns that around: authoring and tuning detection content that satisfies real security use cases, closing coverage gaps, migrating detection logic off legacy platforms, and helping optimize what customers ingest and pay for, so their SIEM becomes a force multiplier again, not a management burden.
And because this function evolves right alongside our customers and the market, the work won't stand still. Expect it to grow into deeper integrations, automated and AI-assisted tooling, and security strategies our customers need next.
What Expel can do for you
Give you a ground-floor seat in a new professional services function, where your expertise directly shapes the quality of what we deliver to customers
Provide real runway for professional development as the function grows
Put you on complex, high-stakes detection and SIEM problems across a wide range of customer environments
Let you work across leading SIEM platforms, including Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, and CrowdStrike NG SIEM, plus emerging AI-assisted tooling
Give you visibility and partnership across the organization, including Sales, Detection Engineering, our SOC, and Customer Success
Accelerate your career by letting you own meaningful outcomes end to end
What you can do for Expel
Deliver end-to-end professional services engagements, including detection strategy, MITRE ATT&CK assessment, SIEM optimization and integrations, SOAR playbook development, and custom log parsing
Develop and validate detection content that satisfies defined security use cases, at onboarding and as environments evolve, with strong coverage and clean fidelity
Optimize SIEM performance and cost by tuning detections for fidelity, reducing alert noise, and improving ingestion efficiency
Contribute to Expel's professional services proprietary detection library, continuously improving our detection strategy and capability
Translate detection logic between SIEM platforms and write custom parsers for standard and non-standard log sources, using AI-assisted tools where they help and validating the outputs
Partner with Detection Engineering and the SOC to hand off environments ready for ongoing co-managed operations, and work with SOC analysts to sharpen the fidelity and actionability of rules and alerts
Track the evolving threat landscape and turn it into new detection development

ZoomInfo Technologies LLC: Head of Data Partnership

Job description
Headquarters: Remote
ZoomInfo is where careers accelerate. We move fast, think boldly, and empower you to do the best work of your life. You’ll be surrounded by teammates who care deeply, challenge each other, and celebrate wins. With tools that amplify your impact and a culture that backs your ambition, you won’t just contribute. You’ll make things happen–fast.Head of Data Partnerships
Location: Waltham, MA | Vancouver, WA | Bethesda, MD | Remote (US) (Hybrid)
ZoomInfo is seeking a Head of Data Partnerships to own how we grow our data advantage through external relationships. Our advantage is built on what we acquire as much as what we build - and this role owns the full range of ways we acquire: what we license, what we co-develop, what we trade for, what we sell alongside, and what we should own outright.
Most of this is buying data, and buying it well. You will run a portfolio of hundreds of suppliers spanning company, contact, identity, and signal data across global markets - deciding which partners we invest in, which we consolidate, and which we walk away from, accountable for the coverage, accuracy, and unit economics of the whole thing. But the highest-value work is not a purchase order. It is the first-look arrangement that keeps a category away from a competitor. The revenue share that turns a cost line into a business. The co-sell motion that puts a partner's sellers in front of our buyers, and ours in front of theirs. The acquisition thesis that says this supply is too strategic to rent. You will identify those opportunities, structure them, and drive them to signature.
You are equally comfortable interrogating an evaluation result and negotiating a term sheet — you design the proof that tells us whether a partner's data is actually net-new, build the business case, and run the commercial conversation to close. Success here is not deals signed. It is data availability delivered and value created: measurable improvements in coverage and quality that customers feel, revenue from partnerships that earn it, and a cost per record that gets better every year.
What You'll Do (Essential Functions)
Own the multi-year data supply and partnership strategy - maintain a live view of the global data market by domain and geography. Know who is emerging, who is consolidating, and where our next structural advantage comes from. Bring a point of view, not a vendor list.
Make the build-buy-partner-acquire call - decide when ZoomInfo should license a source, co-develop it, structure an exclusive, build the capability internally, or pursue it as an acquisition. Defend that recommendation to executive leadership.
Build and run co-sell and joint GTM motions with strategic partners, in partnership with Sales, Product Marketing, and Alliances - from the commercial construct through enablement and pipeline accountability.
Source and shape acquisition opportunities - identify suppliers where owning the asset beats renting it, develop the thesis, and partner with Corporate Development through diligence and integration planning.
Own the supplier portfolio end-to-end and its economics - sourcing, evaluation, onboarding, renewal, and rationalization; total portfolio cost, cost per usable record, and consolidation targets. Kill or renegotiate what is not earning its place.
Design and run rigorous evaluations — define the test, measure net-new lift and accuracy against our own corpus, and produce a recommendation with numbers behind it. A partner's coverage claims are a hypothesis, not evidence.
Represent ZoomInfo to partner executives - build the senior relationships that make us the first call when a partner has something worth bringing.
Move deals through Legal, Privacy, Security, and Procurement without losing momentum, and ensure every source we ingest is compliant with GDPR, CCPA, and regional data protection requirements.
Own the outcome after signature - partner with product and data teams through ingestion, matching, and publishing; keep the portfolio's single source of truth current; measure each partnership's impact and retire the ones that can't show it.
What You Bring
Required Qualifications
8+ years in data partnerships, strategic partnerships, business development, or data acquisition, with direct ownership of external relationships and their commercial outcomes
Proven track record negotiating and closing third-party data agreements, including non-standard constructs — revenue share, reciprocal exchange, co-development, exclusivity, or joint go-to-market
Demonstrated strategic judgment — has built a supply or partnership strategy for a category, not just executed against a requirements list
Hands-on analytical ability — can independently interrogate an evaluation result, challenge a methodology, and tell the difference between a real coverage gain and a well-presented one
Deep understanding of B2B data domains - firmographics, contact, identity, intent, technographics - how quality is measured (coverage, accuracy, freshness, match rate), and experience designing and defending structured evaluations
Working fluency with data privacy frameworks (GDPR, CCPA) and how they constrain data sourcing, usage, and redistribution
Commercial ownership - has carried a spend envelope or partnership P&L and made hard consolidation or termination calls
Executive presence and cross-functional leadership - credible with a CDO or CFO audience and with partner executives; drives outcomes across product, engineering, sales, legal, and procurement without formal authority; writes a business case an executive will sign and a finding an engineer will trust
Preferred Qualifications
Background in business development, corporate strategy, or M&A - including sourcing, diligence, or integration of a data asset
Has run a co-sell or alliance motion with revenue accountability, not just a partnership agreement
Experience acquiring global data - regional suppliers, public business registries, non-US contact and company sources - and the compliance nuances that come with them
Familiarity with multi-source enrichment economics (waterfalls, per-match pricing) and the identity data ecosystem
Has built a partnership or vendor management operating system, not just inherited one
Who Thrives Here
You think in multi-year positions, not in deals. You can hold two things at once - the strategic case for why a partnership matters to where we're going, and the hard-nosed read on whether the data is actually any good. When a partner tells you they have 40 million records you don't yet have, your instinct is to design the test that proves or disproves it, not to build a slide about it.
You are comfortable telling a partner no, comfortable telling your own leadership that a deal we already signed isn't working, and just as comfortable walking into a partner's executive team and proposing something neither company has done before. You would rather run one partnership all the way to measurable impact than manage twenty relationships that produce meetings.

Expel: Enterprise Account Executive - New England

Job description
Headquarters: Remote
At Expel, we believe if we take care of our employees, they will take care of our customers, and the rest will work itself out. It’s as simple as that. We have built a great place to work where the culture is truly transparent, people love what they do, and work gets appreciated.
Now we’re scaling a sales culture that is also transparent and customer-focused. A place where our customers rave about their sales team. Where they speak of trust, openness, respect, and integrity. We want our customers to not only love our product but feel good about how they are treated during every interaction with us.
That’s where you come in. The relationships you have with current and previous customers matter! Your customers frequently introduce you to new people because of the way you work to help them solve real problems. This didn't happen overnight; it's something you've crafted for years and that experience shows.
You ask questions to understand problems and you enjoy being a true partner to solve them. You’re thoughtful and calm. Your customers walk with you because they know you only sell products you believe in, products you stand behind, and products only for a problem you actually have. We know that no matter how good a product is, someone has to guide the sales process – and you excel at this.
You haven’t sold just any enterprise product, you’ve sold information security products. It’s a market with sometimes confusing, overlapping messages and frequently unclear value propositions. Fear-selling nonsense is not how you do business; you show value.
If this resonates with you, we'd love to hear from you. You're our kind of seller.
We are looking for this individual to be located in the Boston/New England area.
What Expel can do for you
We provide an opportunity to tackle real business security problems
We connect you with companies who truly want to get better at information security and are eager to have conversations that matter and go beyond the sale of a service
We offer you people and a company who want to deliver an outstanding solution, and to reach the right customers we need to be excellent at sales
We'll give you experience in a startup environment with a team who truly cares about doing meaningful work
We provide a simple compensation plan that pays you well for closing deals and includes a strong accelerator when you overachieve
What you can do for Expel
Act as a change agent and educator, you’re not just a salesperson
Understand what Expel does and how it maps to your customer's business problems
Introduce Expel to the customers who believe in you and tell them what we do. Find where we fit and bring them on board, so we can help them together.
Engage with new prospective customers. Begin to build your personal relationship with them as you tell them about Expel. If Expel fits, change them from prospects to customers.
Tell us what you learn as you explore the market. Help us understand where Expel fits, what we are missing, how can we be better, and ultimately, get to “yes” before “no”
Seamlessly own the full sales cycle with a high degree of technical proficiency, familiarity with MEDDPIC is a plus
What you should bring with you
A real passion for consultative, customer-focused sales based on transparency, honesty, and integrity
A deep understanding of information security -- technologies, products, and services; direct experience with managed security is even more helpful
Resiliency -- you have a keen sense of where you’re going and what you can accomplish here, setbacks or challenges don’t interfere with your momentum
Empathy for your clients and their challenges
An ability to talk to both business and technical buyers about what you’re selling - you don’t have to be an engineer, but you do need to understand what you sell
A Bachelor’s degree or a compelling story
5+ years of professional experience, with at least 3 in enterprise information security sales
Additional notes
We're looking to hire in set territories across the United States.
The target compensation for this role is $150,000 USD base and $300,000 USD OTE, plus equity.
We believe in paying transparently and equitably. Your salary will ultimately be based on factors such as your experience, skills, team equity, and market data. You’ll also be eligible for unlimited PTO (which we model and encourage), work location flexibility, up to 24 weeks of parental leave, and really excellent health benefits.
We’re only hiring those authorized to work in the United States. We do not currently sponsor immigration visas.
We’re an Equal Opportunity Employer: You’ll receive consideration for employment without regard to race, sex, color, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or on the basis of disability.
We’ll ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment. Please let us know if you need accommodation of any kind.

About Mixpanel
Mixpanel is the leading product intelligence and analytics platform, trusted by more than 29,000 companies to help understand how people use the products they build. By combining powerful analytics with AI that knows your business, Mixpanel helps teams see what’s working, diagnose what’s not, and decide what to build next. Learn more at mixpanel.com.About the Team
Mixpanel's Customer Engineering team is a cross-functional group of highly technical problem solvers focused on driving customer outcomes across the full commercial lifecycle. Customer Engineers are the technical face of Mixpanel in the field — connecting prospect business problems to Mixpanel's technical capabilities, running sharp evaluations, and ensuring every customer who signs has a clear, fast path to value. The team works in close partnership with Account Executives on new business and expansion, and hands off to Delivery Engineers to own technical activation post-sale.
About the Role
The Customer Engineer owns the pre-sales technical journey — from discovery and technical fit assessment through competitive positioning, demo, and POC. You establish whether Mixpanel is the right technical fit before committing to a proof of concept, and when you do run one, you design it to be immediately actionable by the Delivery Engineer: focus metric defined, data validated, success criteria agreed upon. You also return post-sale for cross-sell and strategic expansion that requires a new technical evaluation. A great CE shows up researched, thinks in outcomes, leaves every interaction with more clarity than they walked in with, and treats handoff quality as a first-class output.
Responsibilities
Lead technical discovery, establishing the prospect's business challenges, technical environment, and qualification before committing to a POC.
Design and deliver tailored, research-backed demos that connect Mixpanel's capabilities to the prospect's specific business outcomes.
Establish technical fit — confirm the prospect's stack is a match and scope what a meaningful proof requires before the POC begins.
Own competitive technical positioning — be the definitive answer to why Mixpanel over Amplitude, PostHog, and warehouse-native alternatives.
Run tightly structured POCs with defined success criteria, a named focus metric, and a handoff package the Delivery Engineer can execute from immediately.
Return post-sale for cross-sell and strategic expansion requiring a new technical evaluation on a new surface or product.
Partner with Account Executives on deal strategy, technical objection handling, and expansion planning.
Stay close to Delivery Engineers to understand production realities — your POCs should reflect what actually works in production.
We're Looking For Someone Who Has
2–4+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or a technical pre-sales role at a B2B SaaS company.
Technical foundation in data analytics, event tracking, APIs, data warehouses, or adjacent domains.
Commercial instinct — you understand that your job is to win deals and you orient your work accordingly.
Demonstrated ability to run structured POCs with defined success criteria and measurable outcomes.
Clear, compelling communication to technical and non-technical audiences.
Competitive knowledge of the analytics landscape, or the ability to build it quickly.
Humble, hungry, smart, and accountable — these are the bar, not aspirations.

CircleCI: Senior Software Engineer
Company
Company not specified

Location not specified 📅
Published
Job description
Headquarters: Remote, Ontario, Canada
About CircleCI Engineering
CI/CD has been solved. Now it's being reinvented. AI agents don't just run pipelines. They write code, trigger builds, interpret failures, and propose fixes. The interfaces that developers use to understand and trust that work don't exist yet. We're building them.
At CircleCI, our guiding principles aren't posters on a wall. We learn fast: we run experiments, accept failure, and scale what works. We think like the customer: every decision connects back to the developer sitting in front of a failing build at 2 am. We own the outcome: not just our slice of it, but the whole thing. If that's how you already work, you'll fit here.
Team-Agnostic Placement
We don't hire for a team. We hire for CircleCI. Where you land depends on where your strengths create the most leverage, and we figure that out together. You might own the CI pipeline experience, deploy and release tooling, notification infrastructure, monetization flows, AI agent surfaces, or the foundational web platform. The through line across all of it is the same: full-stack ownership, a high bar for craft, and work that directly shapes how tens of thousands of developers experience CircleCI every day.
What You'll Do
Build AI-natively. AI is how we work. It's not a productivity layer on top of engineering, but the default starting point for how problems get approached and solved.
Set technical direction. You define the approach others build from. When the problem is complex or the answer isn't obvious, you're the person who leads the design discussion, writes the ADR, and makes the call.
Invent new interfaces. Software delivery is being reinvented. Pipelines run autonomously, generate fixes, and surface results that need human judgment. The tools developers use to understand, trust, and act on that work don't exist yet. You'll define what they look like and establish the patterns the team builds on.
Own the full stack. Build features end-to-end in Go, React, and TypeScript. You don't hand off at a layer boundary. You own the outcome.
Obsess over craft. Reliability and responsiveness are design concerns, not afterthoughts. Care about how the interface holds up when stakes are high and hold your team to that same standard.
Champion observability. Use Honeycomb, Datadog, and Rollbar to understand and improve your systems. Operational data drives stability, not just incident response.
Close gaps and fix the conditions that created them. You'll notice gaps and close them. When a gap reflects something broken in how the team works, you fix that too.
What You'll Bring
AI-native engineering practices. You use AI tools daily and can speak to what you've built, where they changed your approach, and where they fall short.
A track record of shipping. You've built something real and put it in front of users. 5+ years of production full-stack experience, with latency, responsiveness, and reliability treated as design concerns, not afterthoughts.
Full-stack depth. Strong React and TypeScript. Comfortable owning backend services in Go: API design, data modeling, service integration.
System design. You lead architectural decisions on complex systems. You make conscious tradeoffs, document your reasoning, and create the foundation others build on.
Adaptability. You don't just thrive in ambiguity, you reduce it for others. You turn unclear requirements into a direction the team can execute on.
Technical leadership. You mentor engineers, give direct feedback on technical direction, and raise the quality bar through how you engage in reviews and design discussions, not just what you ship.
Sound like you?
You've stopped waiting for AI to mature and are already building with it, not as a productivity trick, but as a core part of how you think about problems. You care about the product as much as the code. You're drawn to work where the patterns don't exist yet and the best answer requires you to invent it. If that's how you already operate, we want to talk.Canada Base Pay Range$156,000—$196,000 CAD
We will ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment. Please contact us to request accommodation.
About CircleCI
CircleCI is the world’s largest continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) platform, and the hub where code moves from idea to delivery. As one of the most-used DevOps tools - processing more than 3 million jobs a day - CircleCI has unique access to data on how the most effective engineering teams work, and the tools to help software companies successfully leverage the power of AI into their commercial applications. Companies like Hinge, HuggingFace, and Samsung use us to improve engineering team productivity, release better products, and get to market faster.

What We Do:
Cybercrime is growing, and more businesses are getting hit by threats that used to target only the biggest organizations. That pushes defenders like us to operate at the highest level, and it deepens our need for good people who want to make a meaningful impact.
Founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress is a remote-first team working to make enterprise-grade cybersecurity accessible to businesses of all sizes. We work closely with security teams and service providers protecting complex environments, often without the time or headcount to handle it all. That’s why we build our technology in-house and back it with a 24/7 human-led Security Operations Center (SOC). As a result, our platform is never disconnected from the experts who manage it, ensuring our customers' protection.
Huntress now secures more than 5M endpoints and 14M identities worldwide. Those numbers keep growing because more businesses rely on us to help carry the load and operate with more confidence. Every day, you can see that commitment in how we stand with our customers and how we show up for each other.

Engage with our Support organization to create streamlined workflows for partner/customer requests that need Security Operations Center analysis
Strengthen and mature our existing processes and relationships with our Tactical Response, Threat Hunting, and Detection Engineering teams within the Security organization
